It is also located on the world famous Boardwalk where you can access food and fun by just walking out of the building. You will also have 2 assigned parking spaces in a private gated covered garage.
Enjoy beautiful direct oceanfront views from the private balcony, main bedroom suite as well as from the family/dining room & kitchen. The beautiful sunrises are always picture worthy. Also enjoy bay views from the two other en suite bedrooms. You will find yourself waiting for the beautiful sunsets daily. This is the only direct oceanfront unit on the 8th floor where both bay facing bedrooms have a completely unobstructed bay view.
UNIT AMENTITIES include professionally decorated 1,700/sq ft condo with a tropical flare, Tommy Bahama furnishings, and high speed Internet. The oversized main bedroom features a king-sized hotel grade poster bed, large flat screen TV, xfinity X1 cable, DVD player, Bose Wave music radio, ceiling fan, two sitting areas, and two large closets with lighting. One sitting area is located directly in front of a 9 foot, 3 panel arch window framing the stunning oceanfront backdrop. The main bedroom also offers direct access to the oversized private balcony. The large main bath offers double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, spacious shower and an enclosed room for the toilet.
The family room offers direct oceanfront views with comfortable furnishings where you & your family can relax and enjoy entertainment with the large flat screen TV, xfinity X1 cable service, Blu Ray DVD player, board games and a selection of movies for our guests. For our off-season guests, the family room fireplace warms the condo in cooler temperatures and provides a relaxing warm ambience as you curl up with your favorite book. The family room also offers direct access to the oversized private balcony and a wet bar stocked with various glassware to enjoy your favorite adult beverage.
The dining room, breakfast bar and large gourmet kitchen will be the cook's dream offering granite countertops, stainless top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, a doored pantry and fully stocked cabinets with abundant space for you to bring your own favorite kitchen gear as well. The well appointed kitchen offers all glassware, silverware, dishes, cookware, cooking utensils and several small appliances including a toaster, coffee pot, blender, and hand mixer.
The bedrooms facing the bay also boast private bathrooms for each as well as large flat screen TVs, high definition cable service, DVD players, and Bose music radios. One bedroom has two twin beds with a gaming system/games for guest use and the other large bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed.

You can’t beat the location! We had such a great time staying at Ed’s condo. It was so easy to go to the beach or boardwalk and come back to the room when we needed to. The condo was clean, parking was easy, and Ed gave great instructions. You’ll need to bring sheets, towels, toiletries, dish soap, trash bags, etc, but there’s a Walmart Supercenter about 10-15 mins away and the OC Food Market across the street has some necessities. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This place was amazing, 8th floor so high enough to see in every direction from the balcony. Each room was spacious and well kept. We had 7 people in our group all adults, and never felt like we were on top of each other. Would recommend this Vrbo host in a heartbeat, easy communication with him and pleasant to deal with. We have stayed here twice now and the place, albeit dated and could really use a deep cleaning, the location and communication was great. In consideration of all aspects though, it was priced accordingly. Ed was informative on the check in and was helpful if I had any questions on the OC area. You do need to bring basically anything you need in terms of sheets, towels, dish soap, sponges, T.P., salt/pepper/spices and kitchen supplies like, tin foil, trash bags, etc. There is an initial trash bag and a roll or two of T.P. to start.. but otherwise pack what you may need to get get yourself by for the days you are there. If linens are too much to pack, you can rent them locally. Just plan ahead. The area is great, you can walk almost anywhere (except major grocery stores). There is a small grocery store across the street that has a lot of the things you may need in terms of basic necessities.

The room smelled musty, all of the furniture was worn and old. Sliding door didn’t lock Floor ,had to put socks on because my feet would get dirty. Comforter had stains on it, afraid to touch it

Check in a little late and cleaners could have done a better job. If you’re planning to cook meals, kitchen missing slow cooker, strainer, tongs and large serving bowls. All-in- all a very pleasant experience.

Location is awesome; not as clean as hoped
I am a particular person when it comes to cleanliness.. Some people may not be as picky as me.. BUT when paying a very high rate a night (which VRBO wouldn’t allow me to post) I expect to pay that high price for both the location and for the quality of the place I am staying.. first the good:
Communication was awesome, check in super easy, location great. Added bonus was the access to chairs and boards for the beach.
Now- what I was unimpressed/disappointed by: there were lots of minor things that added up: toilet paper holder missing, blinds in living room broke, doors sticking, dryer taking three cycles to dry. What bothered me was the lack of cleanliness- not from one stay to the next but over time- the baseboards were nasty, the bathroom vanities need cleaned, the bathroom vents were filled with clump of dust, there were pee stains on the Queen mattress pad, there was fingernail clippings on the floor. Also the living furniture is in need of replacement.
Like I said- good was location which was expected but overall wasn’t overly impressed with the general cleanliness.

Ocean City Family vacation
There were some minor items that were not working (lights, blinds) the living room furniture was well worn (sofa bed was broken, it did not fold out correctly and when folded up boards were under cushions for support). The overhead lights in ,Master bedroom did not work at all and in bedrooms #2 & #3 the over head lights just blinked when turned on. Kitchen area one light was burned out and hallway had one light burned out.

Views were spectacular of ocean and bay. Location was excellent on boardwalk. The Belmont needs to clean/ paint entrance doors to units. Management of Belmont needs to clean hallway carpets/ floors throughout the facility .
Facility looks dated and dirty.
Inside was not cleaned well. Bathroom mats filled with sand. Had to shake outside then wash them.. sand on bathroom floors, carpeting was dirty, needs steam cleaning, windows in master had fingerprints on it as did coffee table in living room… did not see windex to clean them with. Living room furniture is old and worn. Needs to be replaced. Lr blinds had string hanging.. Master bedroom blind has slats broken. Closet door broken in master. Too many plastic floral arrangements around condo that were very dusty and need to be cleaned or removed…

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property with my family and parents. We were absolutely thrilled. Prior to arriving, my husband was unsure, saying that sometimes the pictures look great , but once you arrive it isn't all that it appeared to be. I am thrilled to say that this time…he was absolutely wrong. The owner (Ed) was so helpful, kind and courteous! Communication both prior and during the trip was great. The property was immaculate! I too was quite impressed and happy that I chose this location. For anyone who is skeptical, I promise you won't go wrong with this beautiful property.

Great location, you can enjoy the beach rain or shine. Unbelievable sunsets can be viewed on one side of the condo and get up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise on the balcony. Condo had plenty of room, very clean and comfortable!

Beautiful Condo Oceanfront on Boardwalk
Property manager was perfect to work with!! Communication regarding parking, building access, and virtual check in was so great to arrive to. The condo is by far the nicest I have ever stayed at on the boardwalk in OC. Great location, park your car in a secured garage and walk everywhere. Beautiful view of the sunrise, ocean, beach, boardwalk, rides, and the beautiful sunset over the bay. All made for a very relaxing Easter weekend.

Perfect getaway
Husband and I stayed at Ed's condo over a long February weekend for my birthday. Covid is still raging, but we really wanted to get out of our house. Well this condo was better than expected. We were so comfortable that it was super easy to stay inside. The bed was perfectly comfortable, I loved that it sits up high- can see the waves crash while in bed! - and we appreciated having carpet in the living room. Seating in the living room not so comfy. Ed is was very nice to work with- patient and kind.

Lovely Weekend Away
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at this lovely property. Our visit was in the winter, so we enjoyed the awesome fireplace while relishing the ocean view from the windows. We especially loved the window view in the master bedroom. We could have stayed longer and would enjoy visiting again. Great property at a great location!
