The condo was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is great and very relaxing. The location is next to just about everything you need, Bruce was a great host and replied right back to any questions I had. My family and I had a great time, and we will definitely stay there again.

From arrival to departure this beautiful condo did not disappoint! The photos best described the place, and the location was great! Easy walk to the beach, stores, and awesome bay sunsets on the private bay beach! The condo was clean, basic kitchen needs met, and the host gives a great list of what to bring! Only suggestion would be bring your own pillows! Highly recommend staying at 402 sunset beach, and give the host a big thumbs up!!

The condo was nice. TV was difficult to watch. Kept lagging which was annoying. Master bedroom toilet had water shut off not sure why. Wasn’t a fan of an Alexa device being on in the living room. Wasn’t accessible to use so not sure of it’s purpose. A little unnerving. Single serve coffee maker would have been a plus. Overall we had a nice time.

We were in town for the Ocean’s Calling Festival and stayed 3 nights. The property was very clean and the listing photos are accurate. Nice views from balcony overlooking the bay. The location is convenient to Seacrets and several other nearby restaurants and shops that are walkable and not too far from downtown/boardwalk. Wish we weren’t so busy while we were there to actually enjoy the condo. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

We were two families with kids and LOVED this place. Bay and sunset views on lovely deck. Clean, quiet and nice building. Decently equipped kitchen with comfortable queen and king mattresses (with exception of twin trundle). If splitting with another family/couple it is good to know the master bedroom and bath are luxurious and incredibly spacious, but the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are relatively tight. Pool on the roof is tiny and does not have a shower. Overall, it was most amazing place we have ever stayed.

The experience was exceptional. The owner made everything very easy and was available for questions. He was very responsive. The property was very clean and everything we needed was there or on the suggestion list to bring, except hangers. My parents who are in their 80’s had a wonderful time.

Highly recommend this property. My fiance and I met family here for a long weekend in October. The property is located within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shops. Yet the balcony offers a quiet and peaceful escape from all that. Overlooking the sound, we couldn't get enough of the view. There were 6 of us (all adults) and there was plenty of room in the common areas. The layout allowed for easy conversation. The large table seats six to accommodate meals and family game night. Privacy in the bedrooms was not an issue and it was nice that we each had our own bathroom. Very clean, secure, and beautiful decor. We will consider this property again the next time we're in OC.

Such a relaxing late season getaway with family. Prepare in advance due to providing own linens, tp, etc., but the owner provided us a packing list. It was such a convenient and beautiful location for us to gather as a family. We had a blast!

The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views of the bay. The location was ideal in the center of OC, just 2 blocks from seacrets. We were able to walk to all of our destinations. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an exceptional condo on a great property in a perfect location for adults and children. Our 4 person family was very comfortable and loved the pool, baby beach and proximity to the beach, Seacrets and Dumsers. We will definitely be back!

My family has started a tradition of going to a Ocean City, MD every summer because we love it so much! This was our second summer going and it was good to experience a new and different area as we never stayed on the bay before. The condo was spacious. clean and did offer some amazing water views! Really enjoyed the master bath jet tub on one of the cool, rainy nights we had during our stay. I also loved the close proximity to Seacrets and Dumsers! I will say when I booked I had it in my head that this property was walking distance to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Perhaps I read the ad too quickly when booking but I was disappointed upon arrival when what I thought was a Boardwalk property was in fact on the Bay and the Boardwalk around the complex was one you could walk out into the bay on or launch a boat from! We still want to experience what a stay on the Boardwalk is like but if there are too many partiers and a lot of noise like I’ve heard, then we very well might return to this location as it does offer great amenities to families with young kids (private beach, calm bay water, multiple bathrooms, tv in every room) and it is a great unit! Bruce also was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. We really enjoyed the stay and while I always thought I would prefer to stay right on the ocean. something is telling me we very well could end up back on the bay and at this property in the coming years. Grateful for the experience!

Have stayed in this complex twice but this was the first time with the waterfront view. It was a wonderful experience. My only recommendation is to make sure you pack everything you need to stay in a condo. There was nothing consumable upon arrival not even a square of toilet paper or salt and pepper. Not a big deal since I went prepared but it’s typical to see at least time items available or leftover from a previous tenant. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay! Condo is located near the convention center with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The view of bay from the balcony was spectacular. The condo is laid out very well with 3 beds and 3 bath and plenty of room in kitchen and living room. Two parking spots which was perfect for towing a car for the car show. Condo was very clean. We will definitely book here again.

We had a great time in Ocean City and a big part of it was because of Bruce’s wonderful property. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located nearby everything. The view was spectacular and the beds comfy and we had enough space and felt right at home. Will definitely rent again the next time we’re in Ocean City.
