It was a great stay. No problems!

It’s a nice hotel. The food is on the same street as the hotel.

The road will tear up your car. It’s to Raggedy. I didn’t like the fact that my kids like to step in dog poop. It was all over the ground. I wish people would have sense to let their pets go in the bushes. I hate it sit next to the other hotel which looks like it needs to be condemned.

Not interested in ever staying there again.

Really, there wasn’t one redeeming aspect of my stay at this property.

I really cannot believe I paid $175 to stay in a Red Roof Inn in Columbus, MS, but I accept this is what motels do when MSU has home games (supply/demand situation). I was displeased with the room. My biggest complaint is that the room smelled like a group of people had been smoking in the room all day before we got there. It was very bad. I asked for a non-smoking room and it was anything but. It wreaked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was particularly bad as was the blanket on my bed. The smoke detector in the room was removed and missing. The bed was uncomfortable and I awakened feeling sore. The vent from the AC unit on the wall and the vent from the fan in the bathroom were dirty. I left the room with wet hair because the on-room hair dryer didn’t work. My daughter and I didn’t feel very safe either. Overall, this was not a good experience and would have preferred to sleep in my car.

We enjoyed our stay at Red Roof Inn! We needed to be close to the hospital and it was a short drive away.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk got me checked in quickly and in my room.

The roads around the property are rough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The rooms had a very strong cigarette smell and we found cigarette buds behind our bed. Also, there was holes in the sheets and a lot of stains.

Impressed

The room was nice, the bed was comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. The shower was was excellent with lots of pressure for the messaging head. The location was okay near the historical downtown area., Felt safe. The streets need paving but that was not the Hotels fault. The front desk Lady at Check in was very nice. Overall a value for the cost.

The staff made up for the room quality but I do not think I would stay there again.

The staff were very caring and friendly

The room smelled bad and there was a large open gap under the door. The fridge door was slightly open and there was a puddle of water in the room.
