Front desk was rude, they were given an upstairs smoking room after requesting a handicapped downstairs room.

Nothing. Booked this room for my brother and his wife to attend her Mother’s funeral. Requested a handicapped room. I paid for the room in advance! When they arrived they were given an upstairs room and when they asked for a downstairs room, desk clerk told them to take it or leave it.

No given the room l paid for.

Adequate stay

This is an older hotel and shows its age in several areas. But it was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The coffee and flavored creamer at breakfast was nice. The breakfast was adequate.

For what I expected of the hotel and for the price I paid, there was not anything I didn’t like.

Got what I paid for. A clean place to sleep and a quick breakfast. Will probably stay there again.

Day One: Minimal, but OK. Day Two: Cold sausage. Had to ask the desk for butter.

Day two morning staff didn't even look up from his phone when I came in.

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always good and I had unlimited coffee in my room.

The parking lot and roadway around the hotel could use some work and the smell in the breezeway by the office was not pleasant.

We were not please with our stay

It was on the front of the Hotel

The toilet stool was too low we had to pull up on the door to get up, the water in the bathtub wouldn't go out we had to lift the drain up with our hand. Even though it was supposed to be some free someone had been smoking in the room we were to tired to ask for another room. Breakfast wasn't all that. Don't think we will be staying there again

Location was great but trying to steal my money I did not like nor appreciate

How the property tried to charge me twice on same day and time as if I had 2 rooms. Then after check out I had to return to hotel to make them void out one charge and lady that morning was upset when I made them aware of me being charged twice.
