Was convenient
They refused to let me in despite having booked online. They said they didn’t receive a booking and I showed them the email confirmation.

Very very bad attitude of the owner, and the room is very very dirty and smelly, I only open the door, I didn’t stay and I already smelled the bad smell from outside of the room, the bed already sunken, and I see cockroaches, I don’t want to stay, the owner said we can go and she will refund to me, after I leave she refused to refund

Nothing
I booked on booking .com and when I arrived they refused to rent me the room because I left a bad review. They charged me for the room I didn’t stay at. They are thieves and the most rude ppl in the motel industry. I will be suing them for fraud.

It existed, and check in was easy
Room smelt of cigarettes and was generally not clean. We stayed for a single night and i guess we got what we paid for. would not recommend this place. Next door there is a knights inn which looks much better

Just the location.
We were very disappointed with the room. No water or cups were placed. Nowhere to hang clothes. No no mirror. Towels were so thin and couldn't even dry your skin. Only 2 thin towels were in the shower area. The bathroom rug was wet. Washroom tiles were stained and dirty and looked so scornful. There were 2 extremely thin and small soaps that broke immediately, and only was able to use for one person bathing. There was no ice. The attendance at the office counter (lady) was not pleasant or friendly. Neither did the guy we met to return the door key. No courtesy to say thank you or to ask if we were comfortable etc. For the Price - it is NOT worth it at all and I will never recommend there to anyone.

The owner is dishonest The hotel changed the price once we arrived, we were forced to pay 40$ (no it's not the tax) more than the amount we reserved on booking.com
The location is unclean and noisy, not enough parking for all the rooms. Please avoid.

The place was flithy, there was rotten food under the bed, the tv didnt work, the chair broke from underneath me, there was cob webs everywhere. The floòr was sticky, the bathroom was still dirty. There was a constant buzzing noise all night, sounded like a hidden camera, it felt like I was staying at an abandoned motel. I knew it wasn't going to be anything special but for $147, I was expecting at least clean and oh the beds felt like sand bags. The woman at the front desk aruged with me, after showing her pictures she still argued that it was ok.
I would recommend staying at the motel right beside. Stayed there the night earlier and it was much better.
Can't believe there was that much to complain about unacceptable
Everything, it was ridiculous. Nothing was clean, nothing

Cheap, near lots of retail and food options. The family who run it are very nice - I thank them for mt stay! Want to pay little and stay in a decent place? This fits. Maybe call first though, and book direct.
I had to book an extended stay. Ended up going out for cleaning products and cleaning the place my first night. It wasn't "dirty" just not clean enough for staying more than a single night. And if one stays more than a night, it gets more noticeable.
But you get what you pay for. It met my needs for the time I needed it.

nothing is good . it was the worse place ever.
the bed is full of lights like bars lighting. the smell of smoking is there even though there is no smoking sign is labelled. Washrooms are not clean and in the bathroom area there is a dirty polythene.
No internet connection is there and comforter is also dirty and smelly . it was very bad stay there.

Nothing.
Room was old and unrepaired. Everything was dirty and smelly.

clean bedding
Paving repairs/improvement were being done on the parking area.
The stench of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming. We were promised it was a no smoking room but someone who had stayed had smoked in the room. Sorry, far too stinking for a one or two night smoker. Owner brought us a can of air freshener (wasn't any real help). Windows didn't work properly so fresh air was lacking.
Dark, dank room in need of professional renovating. lipstick won't help this poor motel. Lights over the sink/counter area not working properly. Towel bar cracked and broken.
Furnishings looked like they had been rescued from a street side dumping.
Windows in need of good cleaning. Curtain rods questionable
Questionable characters about the facility.
If there had been vacancies elsewhere we would not have stayed

The room was clean
We could not even park by the motel as they had t.v show crew there with their trucks blocking everything. We were told to book across the street. WI fi was not working. No cable. We could not sleep all night as the crew was filming and packing up untill 3am and it was non stop loud noises. We should of been notified prior to booking!

I have never gone to a motel or hotel that made you do their cleaning and take out the garbage... paid more for less was terrible
1.Offer cleaning
2.Owner not be rude
3. If you don't offer cleaning lower the cost
4. Have a sink in the kitchen that runs water
5. Make sure all your outlets work when you don't have many outlets
6. Make sure the bathroom is clean so people staying don't feel they can't use the bathtub
