Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.
Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

My friends and I had a great stay at Bo’s property. We had 8 adults, and although a bit tight for a lot of people, it was all we needed. Easy town access via the bus system. Quiet community. Would stay again.

Everything was great for our family ski trip. The townhome is on the top floor and incredibly quiet. We never heard the tenants below. It’s super clean and spacious for our 2 families. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics, the location cannot be beat with just minutes to restaurants, skiing, an amazing grocery store, and everything else. The owner was incredibly communicative, generous, and open. I would love to stay here again on our next visit to Park City. Don’t think twice! Book it.

We came for a family ski vacation with our 4 and 2 year old, with our nanny for the kids. It’s was a great distance for her to go do stuff with our 2 year old while the 4 year old was in ski lessons, and then come pick up and not lose a lot of time before naps. Kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub was perfect for after skiing before dinner! We wouldn’t hesitate to return

Location is right near the public bus stop which is free and frequent. Condo was well equipped with great kitchenware and nice smart TVs. Great communication with Bo the property manager who was flexible enough to accommodate check in and check out with our flight times.

We weren’t aware that it was an upstairs unit and more stairs to access bedrooms upstairs (but we may have missed that detail). Hot tub very small - fits only 3 people, maybe 4 small people, but the water would overflow. Host was immediately responsive and welcoming. Would stay again!

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Easy check in, the condo was very clean and just as beautiful as pictured. Bo was great to correspond with and easy to contact for any questions we had. Hot tub on the deck, mountain view, quiet community pool, comfortable beds, great kitchen and living,/dining area and all within a short distance to many of the attractions on our see and do list. A great time was had by all!

We recently stayed at this condo and I highly recommend it! I had my family of 5 plus my parents for a summer getaway in the mountains.
The space was perfect for everyone to have their own bed. Location was perfect for all Park City/Canyons/Deer Valley activities. It is walking distance to some restaurants, a grocery store, a park. The paved trail that connects the whole area goes right outside the front door.
The kitchen has everything you could want to make dinner at home. The whole place was spotless.

This was one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! Even nicer than the photos of you can believe it. It is immaculately clean, nicely updated, comfortable beds, and luxurious linens. Kitchen has everything needed to cook up a nice meal. The set up was perfect for adults and kids alike. The kids stayed upstairs, and adults downstairs. Hot tub after a day of skinning was a huge bonus. Not to mention the location is perfect. 3 minute drive to Mountain Village or Main Street. Communication was fantastic and easy check in and check out. We will be back!

We stayed at this property for a full week, and loved every minute of it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect girls week away. Having multiple bathrooms was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable we would definitely book this place again. We were even able to do a late check out because we had late flights. We really enjoyed our stay here in Park City. It was in a great location close to everything with mature trees all around. There was easy access to the bike trails and it was within walking distance to The Market. We also enjoyed having the tennis court right across the street, and had a nice swim in the pool. The condo was clean and modern with fun decorations. I loved the spacious bathrooms downstairs and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need. Great space, lots of amenities
This is a great place for a vacation stay. The pictures on the listing really do show just how large the space is. It was plenty of room for the full occupancy to be comfortable when eating, sleeping and relaxing. The property was well stocked, particularly the kitchen which had everything you might need. The owner with Luxury Park City Rentals was very responsive and helpful. The pool, tennis courts, and small creek, all located right next to the unit, were easy to use and enjoyable. The hot tub was also very pleasant. We would absolutely return here in the future.

park city get together.
Great location. Super clean and nicely updated interior. Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 kids (3.5 and 2.5). Dated exterior (70s condo/ duplex). pool was small nut perfect for our needs. Not much of a deck, but we spent most of our time out and about. Bo was friendly, accessible and attentive. We would stay here again.

Amazing place and location
This place was perfect for our Park City vacation! Very clean and well stocked. I loved the garage access as we came with 3 mountain bikes. I am looking forward to the next time we stay here.

Great location!
This location is fantastic! You’re within 10 minutes of the outlets and alpine slides which are great visits. We would highly recommend staying here if around Park City!

Beautiful condo, very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything necessary to cook or bake. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck, and the beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend this location.

Just what we needed!
We booked Bo's rental for our girl's weekend. It was perfect for our group. The space was perfect. We spent a good amount of time in the living room in front of the fireplace. The layout of the townhome was really great for our group. Two rooms with king beds downstairs as well as two bathrooms. One bathroom was outside of the bedroom which was nice so when you were using the bathroom downstairs you didn't have to go into someone's bedroom. The upstairs was good for 3-4 adults. The bonus room was good for two adults but probably best for just one based on the bed locations and the slanted roof. We had a small issue with one of the showers and contacted Bo about it. Bo was very attentive and took care of it right away. The kitchen was really well stocked! It had everything we needed and more. There was also a great amount of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc... Also, the quality of linens, bedding, pillows, dishes, etc was very high.
Mid-stay Bo came by the check the hot tub. I knew this possibly would happen based on other reviews I had read but an email or phone call ahead would have been good too. The location of the townhouse was great. We took the shuttle many times to Mainstreet and even to dinner in Deer Valley. It was easy to follow using Google Maps and defiantly a bonus. The townhouse is also within walking (short) distance to a great breakfast and lunch place Five5eeds as well as a grocery store and liquor store.
Overall it was a great house. I would definitely stay here again. It was just what we needed for our girl's getaway. I highly recommend this property. The pictures match what you get.

Great location. House not family oriented
Property was in a great location for park city. House had no games for families. Property manager ended up stopping at property at least twice while we were home. Would have enjoyed more privacy from property manager and more consideration in communication vs telling me he had sent the information months ago when questions were asked.

We had a great stay in Park City! The house was perfect for our group, great accessibility to Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley. Looking forward to our next trip.

Ski Vacation
The 7 adults in my group were happy with the selection of this property for our 5-day ski vacation. The great room with fireplace was a comfortable social area for everyone. The hot tub is best with 3 people at a time and a welcome respite after a day of skiing. We had one adult sleep in the small room upstairs with the slanted ceiling which was a head knocker for an adult but would work better for 1 or 2 kids. The property is convenient to the shuttle bus stops, although it is challenging to cross the highway without a light. The garage and driveway are shared with another condo, and we parked our vehicle in the driveway. I would recommend this property.

Park city
The house has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fireplace, hot tub and location is great. 5 minutes to the mountain and grocery stores, restaurants within walking distance. Main Street in just a short ride away. Bo was very helpful.. we left our laptop and he emailed me within 60 minutes of our departure and is shipping it to our home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property; well stocked with everything we needed! Location was close to everything… hot tub was spectacular! Space was well suited for our large family and internet was top notch for those who had a working vacation!! We will be back!!
