Like stepping into a magical Moroccan oasis dream that is so perfect you want to keep it secret

Atmosphere is magical! Food is fantastic. Cool music playing everywhere. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Best hotel ever in the desert.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave 😂

Superb hotel in Indian Springs for relaxation.

This is a well appointed hotel with a lovely pool and gardens, very picturesque. The staff are very attentive with pool side service and a nice restuarent attached which served very good food and cocktails. There is also a hot spa pool best for the cooler evenings. Free parking was a bonus. Lovely, quiet and relaxing. We will be back.

We were in Room 11 and there is a very noticeable pungent smell from the pool pump room, we mentioned this to the staff and it was checked to be safe but it was very strong at time. The rear ground balcony with sofa was disappointing and the seat had a number of cigarette burns. We didn't really use this as it was off putting. We stayed mid week and can imagine a different experience at the weekend with more people.

Very good

The room was nice, stylish and VERY clean! Pool area gets cleaned well also. There’s pool service. Food and drinks are okay. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable but it’s a matter of personal preference. Mattress was a bit too soft and pillows were huge so if you’re a side sleeper better off without them at all.

Very good

Room was spacious. I really enjoyed having the balcony. The soaking bathtub was wonderful. Appreciated the bath salts! Mini-bar was well stocked. Richard, the massage therapist, is amazing. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent.

The pool wasn’t very clean or clear, which surprised me, considering how clean everything else was. Restaurant food was bland. I eat a low-salt diet, so that wasn’t an issue for me, though I heard several people asking for salt. The flavor just wasn’t there, unfortunately.

Superb

The whole experience from start to finish was extremely good. We got upgraded, the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Mattress was unbelievable. Our breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel in the desert cities. Service top notch. This deserve is overall the best I have stayed in for a long time.

Absolute gem of a property with a gorgeous courtyard HEATED pool and beautiful lounge and restaurant

The decor was very hip and cool - the property is small, intimate and elegant. Very "old school". I am not one for needing a lot of amenities such as gym, game room, gift shop, etc. so this worked well for me. I wanted a relaxing, peaceful environment which is exactly what this was. Others who want more activities and amenities may want a larger property elsewhere. I also loved the proximity to "the Nest" restaurant - a very fun Palm Desert hot spot!

There truly was nothing I didn't like! This hotel did it for me in every single way. It will be my new "go-to" in the desert! I even loved the delicious ice tea at checkin.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Staying on the ground floor as there is no elevator. The pool area.

The shower, while lovely, was very slippery. There were no grab bars. One could very easily slip and I envisioned myself falling against the glass panel! I had to be so careful and we could not trust my husband to even take a shower. Another “fee” of $2.25 was added after payment. Do not like the resort fee. Just another gimmick. Received nothing for it.

First timers as we celebrate our anniversary i surprised her by selecting this gorgeous hotel and after that your whole staff took over and made it very special. She loved it, took pictures everywhere she could the facility is well maintained, clean and had a modern look to it. Awesome! Definitely coming back.

Nice room. Nice pool area.

Restaurant way overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was not included. Most staff was not service minded at all and seemed they couldn’t be bothered. The hotel delivers on design but I would rather prefer friendlier staff. Overall the hotel does not live up to the price point.

Perfect adult get-away: a quiet, elegant, exotic desert oasis with great food and service.

The Moroccan décor and layout of the rooms, gardens, pool, bar/restaurant, makes it feel like an exotic, private, luxurious retreat. The dinner was fabulous, service superlative. Beds and pillows very comfortable.
