The unit was pleasant and in a great location. :10 - :15 walk from Waikiki Beach. There were restaurants, fast foods and convenience stores nearby. The unit was on the 16th floor and had a wonderful view of Honolulu, especially at night. Because it was back off the beach a couple of blocks, it was less expensive than all the beachfront hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

It’s good location in town and enjoyable clean room .

The A/C in the room barely kept the tiny place cool. They didn’t leave any more trash bags, so WE had to buy trash bags for their apartment (you’re welcome). They charged us $35 for “pink stains” in the shower?! The soap I use is a red color… but it’s never stained anything!! Ever! Oh… and did I mention the BUGS!! Bugs everywhere!! On the window sill, on the sink counter!! EVERYWHERE!! Absolutely disgusting!! I recommend not renting this specific space.

Cleanliness was appealing to our expectation. Parking fee was very high.

Simple accommodations with a comfortable foam mattress!

The studio had the basics that I needed. Unfortunately for me, the A/C could not circulate the air well enough to sleep comfortably. I get hot easily, so I woke up often to stand in front of the A/C to cool down.

All of the places we wanted to visit were easily accessed

A vacation recently in Hawaii and found this listing on VRBO.
The room was not clean at all two of the pillowcases were dirty I was afraid to lay in the sheets but there was nothing else. There wasn't even a comforter to put over us, there was just a thin blanket.
Just a simple comforter would have a nice. Also bare minimum on the sundries and there was no coffee creamer or anything to stir the coffee with.
It was just very unclean and tiny, we thought there might at least be a balcony but there wasn't a balcony it was just a very small room and the AC was slow, it did not really get cool.
Definitely would never stay here again and would not recommend. It would totally be worth it just to spend the extra money and get a nicer room for the night!

Perfect location! The wind is a little loud in early February but otherwise was perfectly well appointed and comfortable for my husband and I asked our co-sleeping toddler!

It’s a small cute corner suite has everything you need.
Maybe a little updating would be nice but it worked great for us for our 7 day stay.
And the price was right for us!
It has a beautiful pool deck & hot tubs with bbqs to use.
There is a nice coffee shop below at the entrance
And fantastic food trucks across the street
Really close to everything we used the bikes and bus route very close.
Responds very well to texts.
We had a delay in flights and needed another night and was very accommodating
Thank you so much for making our 1st stay in Waikiki FANTASTIC.
We will definitely be back

It was nice to have a well lit corner unit with 2 windows and nice view.

Great view walkable to the shopping beach and restaurants

No blind installed. The sun in the morning was disturbing.

Great location, however do keep in mind that the parking is $40 a night, so factor that into the price here.
Other than that, this was a lovely place to stay, great views and the room was nice.

The place was amazing. It was super clean and comfortable and had some amazing touches --- extra towels, blankets, clean refrigerator to keep my water and sodas cold. There was even a coffee maker. I enjoyed the location with a great view of the canal and the sunsets. Love the walk along the canal next to the hotel and the short stroll to the beach. Very convenient as there is a 7-ll next to the hotel with a lot of eating places to choose from in the area. Will definitely stay at this place again! The rate was more than fair and affordable---- for what I would have paid elsewhere-- this is a gem and a steal! Five stars out of Five Stars!

Wonderful place and Location, all clean and well organised. Clean bed, clean Towers and nice shower. The pool and hot tub Are great also. Thank you for everything. Nothing bad to say, it was 10/10. I reccomend it 100%.

1- Parking: This is a 26-story building surrounded by other buildings and one way/busy streets. There are only a few places to park for free, and only during specific hours- or they tow. If we had known we'd end up spending an additional $45/Per Day, Cash, for parking we would have found a different property!
2- When we arrived the bed was made-- with stinky, Dirty sheets! So we had to waste our own time to launder them. The host refunded $6.50, no questions asked, like, she wasn't even surprised??
3- Shortly after the original booking, during the Free-to-cancel time period, we reduced our reservation by one night. After countless calls with VRBO, who contacted the host, and contacting the host directly ourselves, we Still haven't received the full refund for that night.
4- A/C ran non stop and did not cool the room.
Our review: Huge disappointment. Six nights we wish we would have stayed somewhere else!

The building is a bit dated, but it served its purpose, and sounds like getting a facelift soon (nov). Nice pool, 2 hot tubs, parking is the issue! I rented a car from the airport, I do not suggest this. When staying at this hotel they have their own rental car service on LL, and apparently parking in the deck is half price when rented from them. I paid a lot for one week. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to restaurants, food trucks across street, 7/11 next door. Highly recommend the Waikiki Brewing Company to the right. Delicious food and beer. Apartment was perfect for myself. Definitely no more than 2 people.

Location was hard to find. Condo was not clean. Parking very expensive. View of the mountains was nice. Needs bathroom fan and AC in bathroom

The place was convenient and ther is free parking a la wai Blvd. However cars need to be moved on Monday and Friday before 830am til 1130 am due to street cleaning
The place was abit old. But has all the amenities in the room. My one complain is that the bed is unstable and so is the table. It wobbles
Location wise it is great as u can walk to almost anything on Waikiki

I really enjoyed staying here. The host was very responsive and check in was smooth and easy. The place is clean with a great view of the area. The location was very convenient and walkable to the beach, restaurants, attractions and shopping. The price was very reasonable. Room and bed were comfortable. The shower was a little finicky. Overall, a good place to stay. If I’m ever back in Oahu, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was as expected, like going back to college. Good value, clean, everything you could ask for. SWife and I stayed 15 nights, shopped locally, took Uber or bus where needed. Host could provide some simple notes on where things are which would save having to hunt around (local groceries, laundry, coffee shop, major grocery). Will travel to Honolulu again and will consider this rental.

The properly's location is convenient. The hotel is very clean and it is taken care of.
We were not so happy with cleanness of the apartment, especially in bathroom (there were a lot of black hear on the fllor and in the sink).
We had to buy kitchen knives as there were none (only table knives).
On the good side - other supplies were satisfactory, it could be better to have more than 3 dishes and more cups and glasses. There was a large refrigirator. The unit has a great view.

Parking was a pain but great location!

Apartment has beautiful views of Mountains, canal and sunrises. As other reviewers have noted, it is in an older building and it is a little outdated, but it was clean with a comfortable bed, and again has great views. You can’t be the location for the price. Perfect for 2 people. Owner was easy to communicate with, and was very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our Valentine’s Day weekend. We went to a luau nearby and snorkeled nearby. We thought this place was one of the cutest we’ve been in. We love the layout! Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend!

Jan was super. Great views with panoramic windows of Honolulu area. Located by 7-11, Subway sandwich, various TheBus lines. Biki Bike station. Views of Ala Wai canal with outrigger canoes running up and down. Nice big tv with roku. We had a great time.

Condo building is interesting, elevators broken every other night, shower was scalding hot or freezing cold ever 10 seconds. The room needs some maintenance love, the bed is wobbly, scotch tape holding drawers together, and the AC froze up regularly so you have to turn it off for 1/2 hour or more at a time., and missing curtains so the blasting sun wakes you up 1st thing in the am. We loved the location, close to busses, the main streets and 10 min walk to
The beaches.
4.0
Our experience is in-line with most of the other reviews for this property. Functional, not luxurious, but hard to beat at less than half of a Waikiki hotel room. 10 minutes walk to beaches and high-end Waikiki shopping and 10 minutes walk in the other direction to the Moana shopping mall. The appartment was clean, but the entire building is on the older/tired side. Comfortable newer mattress and hot water, fridge, air con unit, elevators, laundry facilities, pool, etc all working /open. The owner did not respond to our message on the TV remote which did not seem to change the channels. Very easy check-in with lock boxes in the lower lobby (for which the code has been supplied before arrival). Overall, if you are looking to stay within a 10 minute walk of ‘everything’ and you don’t mind a bit of a worn down look, this is great value.

Cute place with gorgeous views!
We loved waking up every morning to see the beautiful green Hawaiian mountains and watch the rowers on the canal. The studio was really cute - I think the owner redecorated! The only con was that parking is SO difficult to find. My partner and I had to hunt every time we wanted to park - the parking laws were tricky, so watch out!

Updated, clean and killer view
Had an amazing stay in this cozy studio with killer views of mountains and canal. Wanted to extend my stay even longer but the condo wasn't available. It's quiet, breezy, no need AC or fan at all in December, walking distance to both beaches and shopping plaza. Had a great communication with the owner.

Very nice corner suite view.
Consider updates on furnishings. Bed round table and one dresser ok. Replace other furnishings and raggedy blankies. Have 2 cushiony chairs not just one and 2 night tables. Go shopping. Spend a little.
