Shea’s place is wonderful. Very cozy, clean home.
Has everything you would need on vacation, nicely stocked kitchen and beach accessories. I especially liked how uncluttered it was from homeowners belongings, which kept it neat and simple. The location was perfect, in a quiet area and a short drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

This was an awesome property to stay at. It was our first time on the vineyard and the cottage offered us a ton of privacy but was super close to lots of shops in Edgartown. The cottage was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cooking gear. The back deck was wonderful. My one very small complaint was that we ran out of hot water taking showers.
Our recommendations: Wasque Nature Preserve, The Atlantic Restaurant, Aquinnah Cliffs, Mad Martha’s and The Back Door Donut Shop.

Great spot!! Accommodations were so clean and the house was perfect for our family of four. Only a 3 mile bike ride to the Chappy Ferry. Owners were easy to communicate with and even checked in with us as a hurricane was approaching! Would highly recommend this spot for a great Vineyard getaway!

Our family had an excellent stay on Chappaquiddick! Tammy and Shea’s home was the perfect size for our family of 5. The home was cozy yet allowed us to have space to remote work and attend remote school for part of the day. We loved sitting on the deck every morning and evening and gathering in the living room for movie nights after the sun set.
The kitchen was well stocked with all of the staples you would need. My youngest loved all the toys and books and my two older kids loved being able to bike all over the island.
The location is off the beaten path, very quiet yet still located a quick bike ride from so many amazing waterfront locations.
We loved our stay and are already looking ahead to book again for next year. We loved Chappaquiddick and we loved this location!

Our family of four was very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. There is a great DVD selection and board games galore. Washer Dryer/Kitchen were updated and had all the basics. Less than five minute drive or bike ride to dike bridge and beaches for fishing, swimming and relaxation. We will be back to Chappy for certain! BTW, the Royal Chappaquiddick Golf Course is a great nine hole experience...regardless of your ability, if you like golf, go play. Brad the owner is a great guy and it was a highlight for us.

Last year while staying in Edgartown, we rode our bikes over to Chappy and took a guided tour of the shore line via the back of a pick up truck, it was fun and very informational. This year we decided to see if there were any actual rentals on Chappy. We were so smitten by Chappy that when we found this house, we booked it right away! We were looking for quiet, relaxation, star gazing and comfort. This house gave us all of that and more. The house is close enough to the ferry so getting to the mainland was never an issue. The house was immaculate! Unlike other rentals we've stayed in, there were adequate supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. With 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms we invited our son down for a couple of nights as he's a photo buff. He captured some amazing photos of the Milkyway and other stars and galaxies from the beach - it was so dark, his photos are quite amazing! We drove our jeep out onto the beach every day and enjoyed THE most perfect week of weather we've ever had! I read my books in the sun while my husband fished from shore. We brought a cooler with lunch and snacks and stayed on the beach all day! It was absolutely perfect! I can't recall a more relaxing vacation. At night we'd make dinner, grill on the deck, play board games or just read. The house is nestled on a wooded lot and very quiet. We loved it so much that we've already booked our return trip in 2016! For those wondering, we never felt isolated from real life, but were always far enough away from it to feel like we were off the beaten path. We brought our bikes but didn't ride them as much as we thought we would. We spent our days on the beach:) If you're considering Chappy, you won't find a more comfortable house to stay in! We can't wait to go back!!

This is a beautiful house, with a secluded, yet very accessible location. The inside is tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a night in. I loved relaxing on the deck and grilling, and taking long walks around Chappy. It was also great to have a beach right on Chappy if we didn't feel like going back to the mainland. It was great how close Edgartown was - if we were in the mood for a night out, just a very short ferry ride and we were back in town. I would definitely stay at this house again!

If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation on Martha's Vineyard this is the perfect spot. Chappaquiddick has the most "New England" character out of any spot on Martha's Vineyard. This cottage is set back in a peaceful wooded area that is 5 min from the Chappy Ferry, so you get the best of both worlds. You can relax and be on a secluded beach where you feel like there's no one else around or take a quick ride into Edgartown for all of the shops and restaraunts.
The house is wide open on the first floor which is great for hanging out with freinds and family there are two large bedrooms on the second floor. My favorite part of the vacation was spending time on the sun-drenched porch with a drink and grilling some fresh caught Bluefish. Great spot, I'd reccomend it to anyone!
