About this villa rental
Relax in this fabulous top floor of a luxury Southwest style villa with world class panoramic views of the Red Rocks from every room. 1,525 spacious square feet of elegance. The great room is designed with a huge wall of windows to give you views of sunrises and sunsets as well from the elegant dining area or the fresh air on the deck.
The better than 180° view looks out at Doe Mountain, Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, Brins Mesa, Wilson Mountain, and up the gorge of Oak Creek Canyon. Guests have commented that the view is so much more impressive than my photos of it. Between the villa and mountains, you will see a carpet of lush green treetops. Check out the VIDEO from the deck. Elegant bedroom decorated in a rich European style with red and gold brocade, and layers of ornate fabric, huge Italian tassels, unique beaded ribbons and crowned with a crystal encrusted chandelier. The king bed has a Tempurpedic pillow topper and luxury linens. Bedroom has an adjoining spacious, well-lit, walk-in closet with detailed trail map.
The huge bath has a soaking tub and Empress Green marble two-person shower. Enjoy views of our Arizona Cypress as you luxuriate in the tub which holds two people if you're very friendly. The tub and shower have both European and American style faucets and handheld massaging jet sprays. You will not run out of towels for the bath or hot tub.
The home is designed for two guests and there is an inflatable double bed for overnight guests. Additional guests are allowed with owner's written permission prior to booking and a fee of $25 per person per night payable one week in advance through VRBO. For long-term stays over 14 days, the additional cleaning fee every seven days is $100.
The villa has central air conditioning and heating and a Nest thermostat. There is a private deck with marvelous views and a trillion stars at night. Sedona is an International Dark Sky City so stargazing is popular here.
It is a 25-minute walk to the Airport Vortex with its gorgeous Eastern vistas. The home has a very quiet and private feeling because it is located high up the Mesa even though it is centrally located West Sedona. It is very easy to get to many restaurants, art galleries or shopping and hiking trails abound. There are four supermarkets within a two mile radius including Whole Foods I/2 mile down the hill. The complimentary Sedona Shuttle will take you to some of the more popular hiking trailheads. The villa comes with a Red Rock pass so you won't need to purchase one if you choose to drive to a trailhead. The Verde Shuttle can get you around Sedona and to Cottonwood.
In the evening relax in the great room enjoying the top-of-the-line 65" OLED 4K Smart television with Sonos sound. You can stream Netflix or watch TV shows with no annoying commercials. If more quiet is to your taste enjoy music on the quality sound system and the gas fireplace. Also, enjoy serene outdoor meditation areas with shade trees.
For the more adventurous try the hot air balloons, a helicopter sightseeing tour of our hoodoos and Sinagua ruins or take a small airplane for a flight over the Grand Canyon. For the really adventurous try the Predator Zip Line over the wild animals in the nearby Out of Africa wildlife preserve. Bicycle rental shop is a half-mile away and the horseback riding a half-hour away.
High speed wireless internet is easy to connect to and there is a desk, with views of course, if you need to keep in touch with the outer world.
The open floor plan kitchen is fully equipped, has granite countertops all around and most all appliances you might want. The electric glass stove top means an easy cleanup for your relaxing vacation. You may not know the Asko Swedish dishwasher is on it is so quiet. For those of you who prefer, bottled water and reusable bottles are provided.
Upon check-out, no need to make the bed or take out the garbage. You just have to put the dirty laundry in the laundry basket and turn on the dishwasher. That's all! No other surprises or work.
There is off street parking for two cars--front to back, not side by side--in the driveway. The driveway will not accommodate RVs, monster trucks, trailers, pick-up trucks or any vehicle over 4,500 lbs (such as a large SUV) because it will crack. Please contact owner for other parking accommodations if you have a heavy vehicle. If you plan on having more than two cars at the property, contact host before you book.
If you have an electric vehicle, please bring your own cable that plugs into your car and heavy-duty extension cord. There is a 110 plug by the front door which charges the car overnight (and it's complimentary)!
This property does not permit events (party, wedding, commercial venture, etc). If planning on having a gathering of more than four people, contact owner first prior to booking. All is on one level and there are no stairs. Not suitable for children or pets. No smoking or vaping, candles or incense. Owner is on premises for any needed assistance. I walked to Airport Mesa.
There is also an easy-to-understand map, and attention is paid to details

Chetan is a breathe of fresh air..i had to cut my time short but this house is THE spot if you are considering a stay in Sedona!
5.0 / 5.0
Stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The view is even better than advertised. And, not sure if the owner (Chetan) was going for it, but we loved the 90's vibe -- nostalgia washed over us, making the stay even cozier, and more relaxing. The Welcome Book/House Manual was top notch - Chetan clearly went all out with tremendous thought and detail when making it to ensure the perfect Sedona experience. Highly recommend staying here. You won't want to leave!

We spent 4 days here and enjoyed waking up to a gorgeous view. The photos of this VRBO did not do it justice. Upon walking through the front door, you can’t help but gasp at the beauty of the view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
On the table is a big book full of information about Sedona, and instructions on how to use her home.
The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, pots, a bbq, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker, teas, lots of spices , full size refrigerator with an awesome ice maker. She has drinking water and reusable bottles to take on your hike! And if you return from the trail all filthy, she has a washer and dryer to use too! There’s a bathroom with a huge tub, plenty of towels and lots of hot water.
To those who can’t disconnect: Fast WiFi and a TV with free Netflix, Amazon, YouTube Live TV.
If you’re a light sleeper bring a white noise machine or use your phone. It’s very quiet and since there’s absolutely no street noise, you can faintly hear the tv downstairs.
The location is close to a Whole Foods, a Safeway and a Bashams or find a restaurant within a 10-20 minute WALK or a quick drive away.

Great views and a lovely house. We didn’t expect to see the owner so much ( first night, second day and again to fix something 3/4 days) but she communicated well about it.
Can’t beat the location and views!
We absolutely loved all the hummingbirds!

The Villa is beautiful...everything was wonderful. Beautiful furnishings, amazing views and quiet surroundings.
If we had a wish for any changes...the couches were a little uncomfortable for my husband, who has replacement knees. It would be better if one couch was a reclining love seat. We manage it with soft bedding that was provided...Chetan is an excellent hostess. We look forward to visiting again.

Very nice, great view, very very uncomfortable couches. Great place to stay to nearby many attractions. Too many rules made it uncomfortable for us.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The property is located near many fine restaurants, trails, grocery stores and coffee shops. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and is one of the reasons we spent so much time enjoying sitting outside. This property is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with amenities right down to the peanuts for the blue jays! We would definitely book this property again.

The red rock views are exceptional! The bed is very comfortable and the home is clean & well-stocked with everything you could need. Do bring your own food and condiments. And the tub is perfect for two! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful place in Sedona. I can’t imagine there is anywhere else with this view. It’s just like the photos on the VRBO website. It was clean and had everything you need. Chetan was a wonderful host.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The villa is s exactly what you see and more. The owner had so many little extra things you usually don’t get. I was blown away. Would rent again

Nice setting and good location for West Sedona access.
A few too many rugs for elder safety.

Such a fantastic stay in a lovely property in a magnificent setting. Our mistake was to only stay for two nights - something we hope to put right in the near future.

Elegant yet homey and comfortable with all our needs met. View is SPECTACULAR! Ate a lot of meals in to enjoy the view. Handy to everything in the area, and did a day in the Grand Canyon, 2 hours away. Highly recommend

The only reason I gave this 5 stars is because I couldn’t give it 6 stars! Chetan was a fantastic host. The views in the pictures in the listing are dead on - but as with all photos “don’t do it justice”. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was better than expected. Chetan was always available to help make our stay a 5 (or 6!) star stay.
We would love to be able to go back again.

Wonderful place great visit

Too many rules. White carpet stops any feeling of relaxation. Noisy at night. Loud tv was left on all night next door. Parking is confusing. We were told to park down the street on a gravel driveway and haul 3 days of luggage up a steep driveway. So if you’re looking for a view this is great otherwise over priced.

This property was lovely all around but the best part was the stunning views of the red rocks.

This place draws you to it. I had planned to eat dinner in town every night. That did not happen my entire stay. There was no better view than the one from this dining table so I enjoyed dinner every night right here. TV was never turned on. View was too spectacular to not just take it all in as much as possible. Host is fabulous. Dream stay!!

Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The view takes your breath away upon entering. A very spacious place that still felt warm and cozy. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. We were searching for rest and relaxation and we found it!

During a chat with Chetan I thanked her for the thoughtfulness displayed by the extensive accommodations. Her response was “I care about people”. It shows. I hope everyone is able to stay here at least once in their life. The views, resources, suggestions, etc… I highly suggest to arrive the minute available to review all that the place has to offer. Enjoy!

This is one of the most thoughtful and organized places I've stayed. Of course the view is amazing as well!

This was our 4th stay and will bot be our last. Fantasic property wirh the most amazing views.

Our host, Chetan, thought of everything and you can tell she is passionate about having it the best experience for her guests. There was nothing that it lacked. She left notes to make it easy for us to know the light switches, control the tv and more. Cleanliness is an understatement. The place was impeccable down to the smallest details. Our only reservation was the white carpet and formal white cloth sofa and dining chairs were a bit intimidating to completely relax without the worry of staining something. But that was the only thing. We just took off our shoes and placed a throw over the sofa. The pictures don't do it justice. We found ourselves just wanting to lounge and read while enjoying the fantastic views. Excellent location being close to town for dining and shopping and hiking. By far, this was the nicest VRBO we've stayed. Thank you, Chetan, for making our 45th anniversary one to remember.

The view from the bedroom is beyond amazing.
Everything in this property is detailed and beautiful in every single way. The spring-fed well water is truly amazing.
This host has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is in perfect condition and that your stay is spectacular. Even offering to pay for us to go to the movies when the internet went out for several hours.
I would stay here again in an absolute heartbeat. I have friends wanting the info on this vrbo so they can plan a trip in the near future.

Everything about our stay and this property was beyond five star! Chetan gave us a wonderful welcome and made sure that we had everything we could want or need. This was our fifth trip to Sedona, staying at Enchantment our last three times and hands down, this was much better than our prior stays. We will definitely stay here next time!

The views were outstanding and the property itself was close to supermarkets and restaurants. The manager was responsive and even left a birthday note. They also had a Red Rock Pass for parking at the trailhead of many popular trails. Truly outstanding place to stay.

This property has such a wonderful view! It is mesmerizing to look at the beautiful Red Rocks. The hotels don't have the view that this VRBO has. The place was also very clean. I was very happy with my stay. I would recommend!
