The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru Tennis and Pickleball Courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.
The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.
If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Full week stay
Everything was A plus!
TV needed help early but your tech came right over and was great

Needs updating!
Mattress had terrible ruts on both sides. Kitchen utensils etc. were not supplied well enough to stay in and cook. Ceiling fans were so filthy that when we turned them on clumps of dust blew everywhere. Closet doors fall off the track constantly. This must truly be just a rental because no owner would want to stay there.

Great view of the Gulf
This unit needs to be updated, but it has a wonderful view of the Gulf. Beach chairs were also provided. We had an issue with the sliding screen door when we arrived, but Kathy Nesbitt quickly resolved the issue. The online description of the unit was accurate.

Vacation on a budget
My family of four stayed here for a little over a week and this condo suited our needs. The unit has an amazing view of the gulf. However, it could defiantly use some updating especially in the kitchen. The screen on the sliding door was difficult to operate at times and the screen itself needs replaced. The owner provided 2 nice beach chairs which was a bonus and the real estate office was a close walk if you need anything. My family and I would definitely visit the Estero Beach and Tennis Club again. However, we would probably try a different unit unless some updates are made.

Very helpful and friendly management company. Especially Terri! Thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay in that unit

THE VIEW
This property could be updated but we loved the view from the balcony. Plus it was very pet friendly. We will book it again.

A few things...
The property was very convenient to all beaches and happenings. A few things inside the rental like cookware, it needs to be replaced. Also the sheets and blankets need to be updated. The sofa needs to be cleaned... There was a busted up screen on the lanai, that should be properly disposed of and the sliding screen door should be replaced as well, it was ripped and kept sliding off it's track...
The room was great, the bathroom was very clean. The view was incredible especially for sunsets...
We would definitely stay there again...

Overall description of property was accurate. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony, which overlooks the beach and results in a perfect sunset nearly every night. Our biggest complaint is that the kitchen is relatively small compared to other suites we saw and a bit out dated. It served our needs but was a bit small and lacks adequate counter space. Overall location is great, with many venues easily within walking distance. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit/veggie stand across the street (held daily) and farmers market held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our two kids would overwhelmingly say the pool was the best! It’s a bit small compared to other venues we have stayed at, but we never really had trouble finding open spaces, even during a very busy season. We sure to catch at least one sunset from the beach!!

Beautiful space, matched pictures perfectly, we had a plumbing problem the first day and the leasing agent was great, she came right to the property immediately and had it fixed the next morning. Look forward to our next stay.

Great Place and Great Time
We really enjoyed our stay at Estero Beach and Tennis Resort. The condo was small but perfect for my wife and I for our two week stay. It had all the amenities needed except no dishwasher, but not a big deal for us as we ate out most of the time. The bed was firm but comfortable. I recommend this condo and resort to others and look forward to coming back soon!

Lovely beach and grounds!
Our first time on the west coast and in Fort Meyers. We thoroughly enjoyed the area. However, we were disappointed in the condition of our condo. Cleanliness was mediocre. When we arrived we were told that we were on a laundry service which was fine but the bottom sheet on our bed was old and pilled so badly that it literally felt like we were sleeping on a Brillo pad. After two sleepless nights we requested an exchange of the sheets and the newer set was better. There were ants on our kitchen and bathroom counters the entire week that we were there. The door to the patio was extremely difficult to open and close. My husband had to open and close it for me as it was too difficult to pull the door. My husband cleaned the track which made it a little better but not much. The air conditioner was extremely loud.
We would give the Estero Beach and Tennis Club another try but never would we stay in that particular condo again. The description of the condo when I chose to rent it said that it had recently been renovated but I’m not sure how recently that was. It certainly could use another reno. It was very dated. Also, the coffee maker had definitely reached replacement stage and so had the toaster which was all metal and couldn’t safely be touched while in use without burning your hands. Just being honest!

Dirty and no amenities
The place was unclean. Dishes and glasses were dirty. No basic accommodations such as a beach umbrella or even beach chairs. No basic kitchen items like clean salt and pepper shakers, dish soap, coffee filters, extra toilet paper, bath soap.
Worst place that I've ever stayed at. Bring your own stuff and cleaning lady. Goodluck.

Decent property, great view, limited amenities and not kid friendly
This property has a great location and the price is reasonable, however, it is missing several key things for a great vacation:
1)The pool is full of elderly people who aren't very tolerant of children, even on spring break.
2)There is a resident there who polices all policies and is constantly correcting guests - making them feel belittled in front of the entire pool.
3)The condo offered limited ammenities from the standpoint that beach chairs were provided but no sand toys etc.
4)I received a single bar of soap so one for the bathroom sink, nothing for the bath or kitchen sink.
5)It is filled with glass tables and no cleaning supplies such as glass cleaner to keep them clean throughout the week.
6)Dishtowels - one towel, one wash rag so doing laundry on a regular basis was a necessity - no units in the actual condo so you have to go downstairs and wait in line.
7)When I arrived, the sliding door was ajar and wouldn't close or lock so it required maintenance from the beginning.
Aside of location, away from the spring break Lani Kai chaos, it didn't have a lot to offer other than a great view.
I would not recommend this property to people traveling with children. My son is 6 years old.

We had a great time, our room was perfect for us.
We had everything we needed for our two week stay.

Perfect Location
Perfect get away for 2! The unit had all the kitchen basics, ice cubes ready and waiting upon our arrival! The king size bed was comfortable. The view from our balcony-amazing-could see Sannibel Island clearly and spectacular sunsets. If you looked around the corner you could catch a glimpse of sunrise!
Chairs for the beach & beach towels provided for 2. The grounds are immaculately taken care of. Best seashells are waiting for you along the shoreline, seriously best seashell sightings to date for us. Gorgeous birds. Dolphins swimming by to say hello! Can't say enough good things. This was our 2nd visit here. 1st visit was in a different unit, same building. Equally as mesmerizing. We would stay at this unit again in a heartbeat.
Santini Plaza right across the road , trolley as well.
Beautiful memories!

Relaxing Get Away
Great location with a lovely view. Comfortable accommodation with everything for a relaxing time away.
4.4
Relaxing and reasonable
Easy check in, convenient location (about 45 minutes from airport, south of the busy Fort Myers Beach downtown, minutes from a state park). Nice grounds-tennis courts (bring your own rackets or check with condo owner to see it there are rackets in the unit). A small natural reserve is between the condo buildings and the Gulf, so there are wading birds to watch and a less-than-crowded beach. Overall, a very pleasant time away from New England's winter.

Our unit was a bit rundown but comfortable
After I got over the large VRBO fee,new to me, I enjoyed my stay.
