A newly built studio apartment entirely furnished in the heart of downtown Boulder. The apartment has two levels with the main living area and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Located two blocks off Pearl Street in a residential neighborhood, this location is ideal for walking or renting a B-cycle bike to explore all that Boulder has to offer. From the Pearl Street mall that has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, retail, and night life to the University of Colorado, home of the CU Buffs. Just a small commute and your options are endless to hiking and biking trails, great fishing spots, golf courses, rock climbing, and Eldora Mountain Resort.

This place was quite the gem for the two of us. Very near the hub of Boulder with all the great shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries. It will be our go-to lodging when in the Boulder area again. Landlord and property manager are both great too.

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for us. It was also a short walk to Pearl Street and some great restaurants and coffee shops. We had everything we needed in the house too. Would definitely recommend!!

Condo was just as described, lovely! Perfect place to call home during CU move in. Easy walk to Pearl street area. A quick drive or 20 minute walk to campus. Owners lives in the house in front and were very friendly and helpful when needed but otherwise I didn’t know they were there. Shower and bathroom amenities were great. Kitchen had the essentials. It was hot during my stay and the AC upstairs in the bedroom worked great. Super cute place. Bummed it’s not available for Family Weekend as I would definitely stay again.

We loved the location. Everything was as described and spotless. The parking spot was also very much appreciated. We could walk to Pearl Street and drive to the Flat Irons. It also wasn't a difficult trip to Denver when we wanted to explore more. It was a wonderful!

Stayed 5 nights in late May, two people. Great location near downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street Mall. Excellent unit, very clean and quiet. No oven, but cooktop, microwave, and pop-up toaster, all work well. Keurig-type coffeemaker and tea kettle. Upstairs sink is adjacent to bathroom (shower/toilet) and located in bedroom. Large walk-in closet adjacent to bathroom. Wooden garage in pictures is not part of unit, which is the tall gray structure. Parking space is on other side of unit from wooden garage and leads directly to unit entryway. Really nice visit and would definitely stay again!

Bright and airy loft. Great location with a dedicated parking spot. Easy walk to Pearl street for coffee and dining. Short drive to hikes and other attractions. Small kitchenette with basic essentials- but no need to use this with the abundant dining options within walking distance. Very clean! Overall, great stay.

Cannot say enough good things about this property! Exactly as described, clean, well-appointed and great location. The owner is friendly and extremely responsive. Our daughter is moving to Boulder and I hope to be a regular guest here.

This was hands down the perfect place for my husband and me! Very well equipped . We were both working and had plenty of room to spread out. All accommodations were excellent. We will be back again! Location was exceptional! Close to everything we needed.

Location! Location! Location! Great spot near CUB and everything that Pearl Street has to offer. Hosts were very welcoming. The condo is fantastic and had just what you needed to make you feel like you were home. Definitely will be back.

My wife and I stayed her for a long weekend and it was great. The property is located about 3 blocks from Pearl street on the east end. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The condo is super nice, and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again the next time we’re in Boulder.

What a great place to stay! A exceptionally cozy home with great amenities. All of the shops and restaurants on Pearl are easily within walking distance a couple of blocks away. The area is quiet, and the bed and linens are very comfortable. As outdoor enthusiasts, Boulder is one of our favorite places to visit, and we'll absolutely book this unit on our next trip. Highly recommended!

we have stayed in many VRBO's in Boulder. This was by far the best - we would give it a much higher rating than 10! Location is superb - very near Pearl Street and downtown, unit is exceptionally well designed and looks newly constructed, clean, comfortable, private, fully supplied with kitchen and bath essentials, on site parking - overall excellent!

We had such a great time this week! The property is perfect walking distance to everything you could want! We were so impressed with how clean and well maintained the apartment was. The bed was so comfy and the closet was super spacious! The location is ideal for traveling to any great hiking spot as well. Restaurants we enjoyed close by were Mateos, The Kitchen and Centro! We hiked to Sky Pond out of the Bear Lake Trailhead and we loved white water rafting out of Idaho Springs through Rocky Mountain Rafting Co.

This was perfectly located just walking blocks from Pearl Street. Very easy check-in. Very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need. I stayed there by myself and it was perfect, but it would be big enough for a couple for sure!

Very cute, clean and modern appt within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed, including off street parking. Kitchen was very functional and even had basics like salt, butter and oil. Comfy bed with enough room for two throughout the appt.
