Top Floor Corner Penthouse!! Direct Ocean front with Unobstructed 270' Views!!

The Shores Club in Daytona Beach Shores is a direct oceanfront condominium located on a pristine, quiet no-drive beach. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 1800 sq. ft. condo was professionally remodeled and decorated by Saxon & Clark and includes travertine floors, granite counter tops, high end appliances and professionally adorned furniture and decor. The unit is a top floor corner unit offering the best and most unobstructed views in the building including not only the ocean, but the inter coastal waterway and the scenic Dunlawton bridge and Bird Island.

This unit includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The second & third bedrooms and back balcony feature wonderful sunset views of the Halifax River and the Intercostal Waterway. Sorry, no single night rentals.

All the amenities of home can be found here, including a 60' flat screen TV in the living room, Bose sound system, a DVD player, wireless Internet and TV's in all three bedrooms. There is a private, full-size washer and dryer right outside the frint door of the unit. Linens and towels are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers. It is a very safe area, and the building has electronic locks on all outside doors and secure main-level garage parking.

Daytona Beach Ocean Views – This is what Florida vacation rental is all about! The best view at the condominium is from the large balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. It provides a 180 degree panoramic view up and down the beach and out to sea. Dolphins are seen regularly and manatees have been known to be sighted. Seabirds are often seen diving on schools of fish visible from the balcony.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front balcony, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private master jacuzzi bath that offers the ability to soak as you look out at the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed, high end custom closets and a bathroom featuring a walk in shower with double heads. This bedroom offers views of the Atlantic, the Intercostal and the Dunlawton Bridge. The third bedroom has twin queen beds, flat screen television and offers views of the Intercostal. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishware and cookware. The living room, with its comfortable large twin leather sofas, a recliner and chair with ottoman, provides a nice conversation or TV viewing area. There is a 60' mounted flat screen TV for you to sit back and enjoy your favorite programs after a day of sun and fun.

The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean-side. There are also BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. Want a little exercise? The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna for your use.

The area has a wide variety of activities:

-Lighthouse Point Park– 4 miles down the beach. A beautiful 52-acre park that features a fishing pier, hiking nature trails, wildlife, an observation tower, swimming and picnicking. Over 2 miles of shoreline and beach. Nearby is a kayak nature trail.

- Ponce Preserve - 3 miles - a 41 acre nature preserve that includes a boardwalk out to the Halifax River with 3 covered gazebos, kayak and canoe launches and a fishing dock. Great area for bird watching, picnic areas and a new playground for children.

- Golf - The area has many nice golf courses. The renowned LPGA International Champions and Legends courses features 36 holes of championship golf – 16 miles. Golf Digest recently ranked Daytona Beach in the top 15 places to play in the nation.

- Shopping & Dining – Short beach walk to Sunglow Pier restaurant Crabby Joes; multiple waterfront restaurants within 5 minutes. Full range of shopping options nearby or consider a day trip to St. Augustine where there are many quaint shops and galleries.

This is our 3rd time at this particular property but we are well into the double digits in the overall condo building. Love having the higher floor condo over the 4th of July to be able to see all of the fireworks. This unit never disappoints with everything available and how clean it is.

There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful our stay was! The condo is amazing!! Extremely comfortable and opulent! I had never stayed that high up before and the 11th floor location was the key to what made our experience so enjoyable! The view is incredible! We really enjoyed watching the Pelicans soar past our balcony so close you could almost touch them. And watching the Osprey catch fish! We had no issues with the elevators and being on the 11th floor! They were fast and available. The condo is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, umbrella’s, toys, beach towels, etc. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Having the two master suites is a nice plus. All three bathrooms are large and all have walk-in showers. The condo complex itself is very clean and laid out well! They even have grills available for you to use! There is a nice ramp down to the beach or you have the option of taking the stairs. We had the pleasure of meeting Don and Wendy in person as they just happened to be there a few days while we were there!! They are the nicest, most accommodating people to work with! When you reach out to them they respond promptly! If there is an issue they will take care of it right away! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay in 1101! And a bonus is a parking spot in the garage with grocery carts to carry all of the groceries in that you buy for your stay! I can assure you I will be back!!

Condo had great views from every room and was well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, seating for our group, etc. Elevators were quick and areas around the building and inside the condo were always clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. The only negative I had for the condo complex was if you did not bring your own pool chairs it is hard to find one unless you are up around 6 am and put your towels down on them. We brought our own chairs so it ended up being fine for us. Very safe area and quiet. I liked that you had to use a code to access the building and beach area. I would definitely stay here again.

This was probably the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Location was amazing, beautiful views of the beach and waterways. Our kids loved the heated pool and we appreciated the beach supplies that were in the condo! Everything was very clean and beds were all very comfortable! Thanks for a great place to stay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully/gorgeously decorated and equipped with all the dishes, flatware, pots, pans, etc. we could have possibly needed as well as plenty of towels, washcloths and additional linens. And then there were the views. The views were amazing! From the master bedroom and den/dining area leading out to the back deck, we had great ocean views. We could also see the ocean and the Halifax waterway from two windows in one of the guest bedrooms. There were 4 chairs and a table located in the front of the condo on the walkway where we could watch the boating activity on the Halifax as well as the gorgeous sunsets. We loved how the building wasn't overly crowded and that made elevator wait times minimal. The pool and pool deck were also very nice. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and easy to work with. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend it!

This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone with 2 master suites! Panoramic view of the ocean all while standing at the kitchen sink! Lovely views too of the inter coastal sunsets. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure for showers! Front bedroom is great for sleeping in with room darkening blinds!! The property is perfectly located on the non driving beach. We always felt safe and secure!! Will hopefully rent here again!!

In Daytona for ERAU graduation, great location on beach, very comfortable to sit and table grab a meal at the big table (sat 8 people very well...). Was very pleasantly surprised with all the beach gear in the front closet, made for a great day !

We love staying at this building. This was our 3rd stay but 1st in this particular condo. Everything was exactly as advertised and we had no issues. Always friendly people around if you have any questions. Easy access to thr beach. They also provided everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, toys, games and floaties for the pool.

We went to Disney and came here to stay afterwards to relax. We wished we would’ve stayed here longer. I know we will be back. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has everything you would need in it. The beach is so quiet. We loved that it’s like your own private beach. Even walking a couple miles each way it’s so nice. The softest sand ever. The pool was great too. Everyone was so nice there. Don was so nice to work with also.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay - Everything! Several towels - both beach and bath are a major plus! The ice maker and wine cooler were such a wonderful surprise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the shower hot and the pressure perfect. The large dining room table was a perfect size for a puzzle on one side and room to eat on the other. We have stayed in this building several times in the last few years and this condo is one of the best!

Great pool, views (both front and back), location, very comfortable condo (we were 6 adults). Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware. Bring your own cooking essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, foil, etc. It would be great to have a Keurig-type coffee maker. Lots of beach towels and beach accessories. Definitely coming back!

Gorgeous views of the sunrise over the Atlantic on one side and sunsets over the Halifax River on the other side. Beautifully and professionally decorated. Everyone we met in the building was so friendly and welcoming. The pool water was warm making for a perfect swim. The beach access was just steps outside the building. We took many walks in both directions. On the street side it was a quick walk to Starbucks, a few eateries and other stores. The elevator access was quick and easy. There were shopping carts available in the garage to bring your groceries to your unit, a nice addition. Our only suggestion would be a Keurig. We used the book in the lobby, a friend and a gentleman that lived year round for restaurant recommendations. Don returned our call quickly when we noticed the battery in the door lock needed to be changed. By the time we returned from a day trip to visit family a new battery was installed. Our daughter joined us for a few days and had good connection to set up and operate her computers to work remotely without problem. Would definitely recommend the Don’s properties.

This place was perfect for us. Sunrise over the ocean, and sunset over the river! Beautifully furnished and decorated, everything high-end. Three suites, perfect for six adults. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.
