We had the best time. The place is beautiful, and close to everything. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!!

Checkin was poor. Wrong code. Poor communication. Otherwise was very nice!

This is a cute place with lots of character. We enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to several local hot spots. But keep in mind it is downtown with bars across the street, so there is street noise until after 2:00. This would be a great place to stay during football season!

My oldest son is a photographer and wanted to visit Yellowstone and Bozeman area. It was perfect. I slept in the loft away from the nightlife noise and he was able to come and go without disturbing me. Great fun.

Nice location overlooking downtown.

We stayed here in Bozeman for one night and I wish we could’ve stayed all week! It was so cozy with a great view of the town. I loved the huge windows and the fact that you can walk to tons of bars and restaurants. Thank you for letting us stay for the night! We will definitely come back again.

Our check-in process took over 3 hours as we were given the wrong door code! It was after 5:00 pm. Even though we were able to speak to someone It took 5 contacts with h different people until the 5th person had the right door code! Totally inefficient to say the least, as the staff was uninformed…
Also, the place needs to be refreshed.. A bit shabby and dated. The shaggy carpet needs to be replaced as well as bedspreads..Kitchen is dated with chips in the Formica.
We had to call mgt. as the heat in the downstairs bedroom did not come on and they we prompt with service.
We booked this place as it is a great location on Main Street but above a pizza parlor and noisy until they closed.
Be prepared. I would not book again due to noise!
But we did enjoy our visit and loved the beautiful state of Montana!

This flat was perfect for our family. The location was excellent—walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and coffee. Charming place had everything we needed. Only thing to know is the bedroom facing Main St was a little loud with bar music and noise at night but the bedroom facing the rear was fine. Used noise cancelling air pods which blocked out the noise.

Great location for first timers to Bozeman. Easy access to restaurants and shopping and great people watching from the balcony. Unit was easy to find and enter. Smelled a little musty when we entered but quickly corrected. It was in 90’s one day so unit was a little hot but perfect the rest of the week.

We wanted a Place in Bozeman, that was easy to use as a base for Yellowstone and other nearby opportunities, and also allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. This apartment was perfect, and exactly as advertised.
4.0
Nice property. Great location but Bozeman is a hopping town at night, so plan for street/bar noise. The apartment is accessible only by stairs but they are sturdy with good hand rails. The seating is either a really low couch or stools for high top seating. Probably not an issue for most but provided some challenge for the 80 yr old in our party.
The one problem for us was that the door code didn’t work. The person who responded to our call was very polite and helpful. We had to gain entrance to another building to get the key. Not insurmountable but annoying after a long day of travel.
Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Very comfortable for three folks but would be tight for more than four (I think the couch is a hide-a-bed).

Instructions said there was an additional free parking lot near the unit. The parking lot has a 2 hour max do not a viable option. You have to be really lucky to park “in one of the reserved spots” as they are also reserved for two restaurants. Unit is on Main Street which is a great location. You know it is on a busy street so never expected it to be quiet, but cops every night at the bar across the street at 2am was SO loud. Great location if you want to be at the bar until 2am, if not think twice. Furnishings in the unit were very dated, floor not level, kitchen minimally stocked and kitchen counters felt sticky. Chairs that were left to put on the balcony were filthy and stained. There were no easily accessible outlets to charge devices. Power strip in bedroom looked like a fire waiting to happen. Closet doors wouldn’t to open. Unit is in need of an update.

Delightful & cozy, this two story apartment has all the convenience of downtown Bozeman and the comforts of home. Our second time staying here didn’t disappoint!

This place is perfect for exploring downtown by foot. The property is clean and the manager is excellent with communication and responding to inquiries. Highly recommend.

Loved staying in the heart of Bozeman, just down the street from some of my favorite places in town! As suggested in other reviews, this place is definitely not a sleepy quiet spot, and the bar noise is a thing, but we really thought the location was well worth the late night party energy across the street. Downtown parking very easy right behind the property. Will stay again!

Fantastic location for fun downtown stay in cool historic building. Perfect for able- bodied guests who can negotiate stairs and don’t have a lot of gear to haul up or fry out.

Love the convenience and location.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is located in the heart of Bozeman. The double height ceilings and windows in the living room lent a European feeling to this apartment. The only thing was the noise from the bar across the street which is unavoidable but we switched bedrooms to the upstairs room and had no noise up there. We enjoyed being right in the heart of Bozeman and would definitely come back.

We loved every is out this place: great location, comfy beds, all the amenities! Will definitely come back!

Love this condo, clean and well appointed. Please note that it is right on Main Street, so not very quiet on festival nights or the weekends...bars right outside. (Convenient but not quiet.) Also, the two "portable" air conditioners are NOT portable, they are attached to the walls in the bedrooms. This means there is NO AC in the living/kitchen area - it gets very hot in these rooms in the summer; you really can't be in the condo during the day. I hope the owner fixes this problem because otherwise it's a nice place and we enjoyed our visit.

Very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located, but that comes with the Main Street traffic noise.
GREAT location
Lots of traffic noise until midnight.

We had a wonderful time in downtown Bozeman. Property location was ideal.

Great location, but not clean and run down
We loved Bozeman in general. The location of the apartment was great (while VERY loud in the evening), but the place was VERY filthy. I had to dust a lot of dust off of the end tables so that I could set my drink on it. The place was not very clean and very run down. This apartment has a lot of potential, but needs some work. The pictures on VRBO made the apartment look much nicer that it actually was.
Also, the apartment smelled horribly (Very Musty). I feel like you need to hire new cleaning people in the future.

Fabulous location for young folks
Fabulous rental, truly couldn't be a more central location to enjoy Bozeman from. Only issue is that the apartment is in the heart of all the vibrant bars that play LOUD music until the early morning. If you prefer to go to sleep before 2am be sure to pack to ear plugs. If you're looking to enjoy bars, then this is spot for you!

Great Location
A great location right on Main St. tons of good restaurants near by. Two bedrooms with king beds - was perfect for our family.

Downtown Dream
After spending 4 days in Yellowstone National Park this place was an absolute delight. Warm & soft beds, ample space for 2 couples who spent the previous nights in close proximity/tents. Great location walking distance to main strip in Bozeman.

Great location
Great spot, only thing you want to consider is the noise from the bars across the street. Was really loud on Friday night, fine all the other nights. Maybe just a once and a while thing , not sure but it was really loud until about 2. Was only loud in the bottom bedroom not the top. Other than that it was a great spot, very convenient location. Walking distance to tons of places to eat.

Great location on E. Main Street
Enjoyed the stay at the Flats. We would certainly do it again

Great Location!
We loved the location! Close to cute shops and great restaurants. We could hear the people at the local bars at night, but when we turned the fan on in the bedrooms, the whir noise drowned out the noise. The only recommendation we have is to improve the cleanliness of the place. We would rent it again!

Great location!
This is a great place to stay, close to everything downtown and short drive to mountains. I'd stay again.
