Déçevant

L'emplacement est vraiment bien, accessible et avec un garage souterrain top pour l'auto (avec borne de charge électrique)

L'entretien est très moyen dans les parties communes et dans les chambres (humidité et traces de moisissures) Le Petit-déjeuner était très réduit et les tables non débarrassées (il faut dire que le jeune homme qui devait vider les chariots où étaient entreposés les plateaux, semblait préférer utiliser son téléphone sue faire son job !). A 9h du matin, il n'y avait plus de viennoiseries, très peu de pain, pas de fruits frais, et seuls quelques restes de nourritures chaudes, mais vraiment pas de quoi justifier le tarif. On m'a dit que c'était à cause de deux groupes de touristes qui venaient juste de partir et qui avaient fortement utilisé le buffet ! Peut m'importe ! Tous les clients doivent pouvoir être servis en qualité et quantité identiques, ce qui n'a clairement pas été le cas. Je suis repartie en ayant faim ! Nous avions été mieux servis l'année dernière

Hôtel proche des commerces et des moyens de transport. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Chambre spacieuse, Douche avec tous le nécessaire de toilette. Petit déjeuner copieux

rigtig god morgenmad over forventning. Moderne værelser. vi valgte stedet grundet parkeringsmuligheder og relativt tæt på Stade de France. Grundet varmen var det ikke i gå afstand til ret meget men det klarede vi med en Uber.

vi fik et værelse med vindue lige under en 2 sporet motortrafik vej. pænt meget støj fra trafikken hvorimod intet støj fra andre værelse eller gangen.

Very nice hotel just 15mins with the metro far from the eiffel tower. Polite staff and very nice experience

Everything. Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, very polite staff snd great prices. The gym was VERY VERY NICE

The floor of the rooms only once wasnt very clean but the bathroom and everything was perfect

Goede betaalbare uitvalsbasis.

Betaalbaar en niet al te ver van centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt inbegrepen.

Metrostation niet in de buurt. Ondanks geen oud hotel (2019) maakt het toch nu al een wat versleten indruk. Douche geeft miezerig straaltje water.

Fine, what I expected

Quiet and spacious room which had everything I needed for the few nights I traveled there for. Can't comment on the location related to Paris as I was traveling for work in Clichy area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and practical.

The bed was a bit hard.

Prima hotel aan de rand van Parijs, prima prijs kwaliteit

Net hotel, vriendelijk personeel, kamer is netjes, ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid maar gewoon prima.

Let op bij binnenrijden van de garage op de grote stoep bij de intercom (het is een smalle toegang), ik heb helaas mijn velg beschadigd bij het naar binnenrijden. Hotel ligt niet heel dicht bij een metrostation, hierdoor ben je toch wel tijd kwijt om naar en van het centrum te komen. Op de gang van het hotel is er een centraal airco systeem wat erg hard blaast en dus best wel lawaaierig is, na hierover wat gezegd te hebben bij de receptie kregen we direct een andere kamer in een rustigere hoek en tevens direct een upgrade.

Bon hôtel - personnel à la réception castastrophique.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel propre, fonctionnel et literie comfortable.

Personnel à la réception abominable. Julienne, en particulier : désagréable, méprisante et d'une incompétence rarement égalée. A raccroché au nez, refuse d'écouter les clients, s'est trompée plus de 10 fois dans la facturation, plus de 35mn pour faire le check-in, a débité la CB au faire l'autorisation/empreinte uniquement - d'une condescendance exécrable en plus de ça.

Unfreundliches Personal, durchschnittliches Frühstück, saubere Zimmer

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unverschämt: besonders der Herr, der unser CheckIn aufgenommen hat, begrüsste uns nichteinmal. Er liess uns dazu etwa 10 Minuten am Counter stehen, ohne ein Wort zu verlieren, bis ich ihn letztlich ansprach und um Bedienung wünschte. Im Anschluss gab er uns ein Zimmer mit einer Behindertentoilette.

l'hotel est bien mais le service (nul) n'est vraiment pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles

hotel passable en lien avec une qualité de service très médiocre mais pratique et chambre propre

Un personnel très loin du 4 étoiles mentionnées - peu attentif au client - bruyant entre eux au moment du petit déjeuner - qui ne veut pas s'embêter (repasser plus tard !!!! pour ne pas traiter la demande) qui porte des écouteurs à l'accueil ???? Nul au petit déjeuner (ne sais pas ce que c'est qu'un oeuf dur ????)..... Bref un personnel inexistant pour les clients

Very basic breakfast. It is a B&B and would not name it 4 stars Hotel. Uncomfortable pillows. No view. 12 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station.

Comfortable and friendly stay.

Staff were lovely and one young Italian man on the reception desk was very impressive with his language skills, helpfulness and approachability. Room was very comfortable and clean - great housekeeping staff.

Getting to main sights was a bit difficult as it was a little way out. We ended up using taxis which were variable. Hotel would benefit from providing guests with some quick tips guides on public transport options to get to main tourist areas and a local map. We are very easily pleased but breakfast range was average and scrambled eggs were really sloppy - which matters if there is not a lot else to choose from.

It was fine, but I expected more for the cost and the hotel star rating

Having the breakfast included was a great thing, especially for the location (not central or near good cafes etc). The hotel was clean and staff were lovely. Great sized bathroom and shower.

The room was very small for the cost and there was a severe lack of storage: no drawers and hanging space didn't really work with the holder for the iron in there. The sliding door for the bathroom also being the door for the wardrobe was very inconvenient. The deposit for the room seemed extortionate and unnecessary for the quality of hotel...also we weren't informed of this beforehand! I would not have said this hotel was a 4/5*, it was more a 3*

The staff were Extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Great and the rooms very clean.

Although the location wasn't central it was easily accessed via the Train which was a short 10 minute walk.

The neighborhood wasn't the safest feeling especially at night. Also there was No laundry available.

It was a short stay and we had no problem with it. Good and crime free environment.

The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom has this awful smell. I had to use my perfume to make it go away.
