This villa comes with beach gear (check out our video) and cleaning! Tired of climbing stairs? This lower unit is easily accessible and the lower height is more toddler friendly. Our villa also includes cable TV and internet (if you're trying to keep up with your email).
Hey, you've got enough to pack. You know....those sandy beach chairs, sticky boogie boards and half sprung umbrellas? Leave them at home! We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cart, a grill and a cooler. You actually have room in the SUV for the kids and grandma.
Inside this luxury unit is beautifully furnished with an island décor, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We tried to create an inviting island haven while still maintaining functionality. So....sometimes we opted for room appeal over just adding extra bedding. Hopefully you can get a feel of this from our pictures and video.
As mentioned, our villa is on the lowermost level (one above the parking level) so there aren’t a lot of stairs to climb. The elevator (great for check-in) is always available but it seems the stairs get more daily use. There's an outside shower to hose down those sand covered creatures you had to drag off the beach. Plus you have full access to the storage room on the parking level (where the beach gear is).
To the beach is easy, we're one of the closer villas to the beach. The three minute walk (you can see the beachfront from the front porch) places you at a beautiful section of OIB that is currently undeveloped (see the video/picture of the beach). Also, a four minute walk has you at the beach club facilities, including a beautiful ocean front pool/Jacuzzi as well as the Tiki bar and restaurant. There also is beach access at the pool and you have full use of the parking facilities, if you want to drop kids/gear off.
In the evening, enjoy the lagoon view from the deck swing. There are some incredible sunsets at OIB, primarily, because it's more of an east/west beach. The lit fountain in the lagoon is relaxing to see/hear at night. During the day, the little ones enjoy watching the lagoon turtles sunning themselves.
Want to catch up on your golf or tennis? As you probably already know, there are a lot of premiere golf courses in the area. The tennis courts are on site, part of the Islander Resort.
As far as sleeping goes, the villa accommodates 8 in beds (King, King, Queen, 2 Singles) and one additional person in a rollaway.
A little more about the beach front pool, baby pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant and Tiki bar. It's a large sized pool with lots of deck space and lounge chairs. It overlooks the surf so you can kinda get the best of both worlds from there. Plus, there's beach access on both sides of the pool. This area is only available to owners and guests (like you!) of the Islander resort. There is a big parking lot that you are free to use. So....it can be a great drop off point for kids and beach gear for both the pool and the beach.
Do you miss the hub-bub of Myrtle Beach? We don't particularly. But, if you do, it's just a 45 minute drive and you can have all the shopping, restaurants, traffic and attractions that you want. Speaking of restaurants, there are lots of good ones on and off the island. We will be glad to share our favorites with you (we've been going to OIB for the last thirty five years!).
Ocean Isle Beach is a great family beach. It is wonderful for long beach walks, beautiful sunsets, great ocean swimming and fishing and some great family memories.

We had a marvelous time at this wonderful condo! It’s perfectly set up for a mixed generational family trip. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and they’re nicely separated for privacy. The common areas are big enough to accommodate a big family comfortably, and the back porch was a lovely place to spent mornings and evenings. The walk to the beach is nice and short and the beach area near the house is very nice. I highly recommend this wonderful condo for your next family vacation!

The condo was great and furnished with everything you would need for cooking and going to the beach. There were some minor issues with the cleaning crew and the host was gracious and said he would look into it. Overall a great experience and we loved Ocean Isle. Great place for a family vacation.

Simply Amazing
Joseph and his rental were hands down one of our best experiences thus far. The property was better than described and accomodated our family perfectly. Wonderful Stay on Ocean Isle
The condo we rented for this trip was absolutely stellar. We needed to sleep 8 for Spring Break, and the 4 bedrooms with multiple beds accommodated our family just great. Each bedroom comes with an attached bathroom (4 in total) which for 8 people was very helpful. The unit was clean and very accessible to the beach.
The only drawback was the pool wasn't open yet for the season so we couldn't enjoy that amenity. Even with that on this trip, we will be happy to choose this unit again for a future trip to Ocean Isle Beach should we return!

Very spacious!
Great house for a big family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was super convenient. Short walk to the beach. No linens or paper goods provided but grocery store was nearby. Big plus that it had washer and dryer provided as well. Check out Drift coffee shop if you stay here. Best coffee ever!

Great Fall Intercession Getaway
We loved having 4 bedrooms and baths. Our villa was well equipped and roomy. The owners were very accommodating to our needs. Our kiddos were disappointed that the weather was perfect, but the pool closed over Labor Day. (Seems too early for the south.). We didn’t find that out until the week before our end of Sept. visit.

Great communication with owner and responses. Loved the items available for use at the beach, life savor. Kitchen was stocked with every item you could think of. Beds were uncomfortable and floor was filthy
I don’t think they used a wet mop. I bought a mop to mop myself. I thought the place was closer to beach but it was more of a distance. I would go back again if they get newer mattresses.

Your place was beautiful! Just the right space for our family. I think the folks that are doing your cleaning could be a little better. One the kids had a ball roll under one of the beds. The dust was quiet noticeable but other than the that our stay on your place was very enjoyable.

Great location on Ocean Isle! Sometimes when you stay at a vacation rental, you sacrifice comforts of home for the location - not this place! Nice open area from living room, dining area, into the kitchen. Loved separate baths for each bedroom. Very easy walk to the beach! Owners answered all of our questions before our stay and we even bugged them the week we were there.

WOW what a GEM
What an excellent condo--our family of 8 was very comfortable--the bedrooms were spacious and so comfy after a long day at the beach-The location is simply perfect- less than 5 minutes walk to beach--and they provide a cart and chairs, umbrellas toys! the pool less than 5 minutes--and a TIKI bar for drinks!!.we also enjoyed to spacious deck with chairs our 8 year old granddaughter and her Uncle spent hours watching the turtles, crabs and birds---even had a bit of a laugh at getting stuck in the elevator and meeting 3 nice OIB firefights--not a problem at all--just gave the kids something to tease Mom about!--if we all go back together there in NO OTHER place we will stay!

Condo was perfect size for my family Owners was great to communicate with. Only complaint was whoever cleaned the condo didn’t mop floors and my 11 month old grandson was black on his knees and hands. Couldn’t find a mop. Other than that Great vacation. Pleasant Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Joe was helpful getting sheets and towels arranged (we were flying in and could not bring ourselves) and had great restaurant suggestions. The walk to the beach was easy and short. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and toys already there. Make sure you bring kitchen towels and paper products along with bath soap, shampoo, etc. as what was there was minimal. If you plan to cook, bring all your ingredients (or plan to buy there) as no spices are provided. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and utensils. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend.

Nice family sized condo close to the beach
We rented the condo for 5 days. We rented a similar condo in the same complex 2 years ago. The place is spacious for a large group and seems to be well kept. This condo had some additional parking available currently (empty lots nearby) which allows for boats or overflow car parking which was nice. Will keep this place in mind for future rental.

Fantastic Ocean Isle Condo
Super clean! Plenty of room with all the amenities needed. Didn't realize there was a TV in every bedroom and even the kitchen. Loved the large porch overlooking the lagoon and the rocking chairs and swing. Just a beautiful, spacious condo. Just about everything is there including all the beach chairs, toys and umbrellas (which were welcomed as Ocean Isle does not allow canopy's on the beach). Kitchen fully stocked as well. It was a bit of a challenge getting to and from the beach and pool each day with 2 small children and an infant with all the stuff we needed. Just a little to far to carry everything. Otherwise it was perfect. Owners also very available and helpful.
