About this apartment rental

Our location in the center of Vail makes it easy to walk to the restaurants, great shopping and the base of Vail ski resort. The normally is well suited for 2 or 3 couples or a family. Our master has a king bed, the 1st guest bedroom has a King, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and TV. There is a large living room, and a second floor balcony for kids to escape to (wii & TV). One parking space is available in the underground heated garage. There is a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

We had a great family ski vacation staying at 9 Vail Road Condo. Walking distance to the mountain and being in the village was wonderful. The condo was clean and well appointed. Debbie was great to deal with and was always quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.

We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and was in a fabulous location. We skiied each day and didn't use our car once. In unit laundry made our stay convenient. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well appointed. Debbie was very communicative and took the time to check in to make sure everything was going well for us.

The location was so convenient, steps from Vail Village and a short walk to Lionshead. Very spacious condo and very well stocked! Our host thought of everything and checked in several times to make sure everything was up to par. Would love to stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family on our first visit to Vail. The location is ideal and we were able to walk to everything in Vail Village and also walked to Lionshead for dinner. The property is much larger than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Debbie is a great host; she was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Easy checkin and check out, no long list of "duties" to check out. You cannot beat this location. On the In-Town bus route, steps to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The condo is beautiful and as shown in pictures. Rooms are well appointed and very large. Kitchen has everything and was stocked with coffee, filters, spices, Owner had provided many essentials in the bath rooms and even some sunscreen. Owner was great to work with and prompt with communication. The elevator in the building and the included parking spot add more value saving dragging luggage around. There is a separate entrance to hallway for upstairs bedroom so no suitcases up the spiral stairs! The balcony is large with very nice seating area for coffee in the morning. Also unique is the air conditioning in two of the three bedrooms. If this property is available, book it. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We had a fantastic summer stay at this property! My son played in the Vail lacrosse tournament and the upstairs gaming system was a huge plus! The bathrooms were fully stocked and so was the kitchen! Great host!

We had such a great time here. The condo was set up very nicely for our family with a bedroom, bathroom and living space on a second level. We had plenty of room and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was right at the edge of the village and only a 7 minute walk to Gondola One and steps from dining and shops. We could not have been happier with the home!

I do not review properties often because most of the time I am satisfied, but not blown away. My experience here was ultimately a very good one, and I would definitely recommend a repeat stay to friends and family. The condo was well equipped and I appreciated that they had a lot of spices etc for cooking. My daughter enjoyed playing the Wii that the owner has upstairs. The only hiccup was that we came in to town late and when we got there the lock code was not the code written in the check-in documentation. Fortunately the owner had given me her cell number even though she was on her own vacation in Mexico. I texted her and she texted me back almost immediately. We were able to get in to the unit within about 15 minutes even though it was after 11pm. I really appreciated the immediate response because I did not know what else we would have done in Vail close to midnight.

July is a great time to visit Vail! Our accommodations were perfect for a family of 5. Location couldn't have been better - literally steps from the Vail Village walking mall and one of the many bus stops to Lions Head if the 12 minute walk was too much! Our condo was very comfortable, clean and contemporary with plenty of room for our family to spread out. And the underneath parking garage accommodated our large SUV. Communication with the owners was easy and any questions were quickly responded to. And a great view of the mountain from the deck. We had a great stay!

We had a great week in Vail! Condo is in a great location and walking distance to everything! We did rent a car, but you really don’t need one. The unit was well stocked and clean. Having the ski boot storage downstairs was amazing! The owner was very easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect! The location could not have been better or more convenient. The condo was perfect for our family with adult children. Had everything we needed. Loved the easy access in and out and it was so nice to have parking below the building. We were delighted to find the extra entrance on the third floor so we didn’t have to carry luggage upstairs. So nice! Would also be good for people who might be less mobile. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the warm weather. The one bed room that did not have a/c had great fans that helped to cool the room down quickly at night with the window open. Debbie was a delight. Easy to work with and so accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an excellent time in vail and this property was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for my husband and I, our 4 children and my parents. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could need, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Debbie is very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. Ideal location! We would stay here again :)
