**This cabin is located in the Town of Grand Lake, NOT Estes Park**
This beautiful, newly decorated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is a fabulous combination of tasteful decor, comfort and convenience. The heart of the home is its large great room featuring the living room with gas stove, dining area and kitchen. Perfect for the family to gather at the end of the day and share stories of their adventures in Grand Lake. This property is on a huge lot with a fire pit and outside seating areas. As well, there is ample parking for cars and snowmobile and boat trailers. There is also a large deck with a gas grill. Conveniently located in town where you will be able to walk to the lake, boardwalk, restaurants and theatre. Also, located close to the snowmobile trail out of town. This unit does have Cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Grand Lake is a must-do. The cutest little town that offers so many activities. We loved walking up and down the wooden sidewalk, stopping in different restaurants and bars, and hitting ALL the ice cream shops. :) You cannot beat the location of this house, one block off the main street, less than a 10 minute walk to the lake and no more than a 10 minute drive to great hiking/Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook several meals at home. The grocery store in town is pretty pricey, so would recommend buying before you get to Grand Lake. Original plan was to stay in Estes Park, but a friend of mine (who lives in Colorado) recommended we go to Grand Lake instead, and we are so glad she did! We drove through Estes Park on our way home and was not impressed... tourist trap and LOTS of traffic. Cannot recommend this house and Grand Lake enough. We hope to be back someday!

My wife, three kids, and I stayed here for five nights. It had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped. The dining table was a good size for us all to eat and for board games. The deck looks south towards the boardwalk and was a nice place to sit and sip coffee. The best part is the location. The kids were able to walk to the playground, and we all walked to shops and restaurants and a show at the theater.

My family liked the rental cabin very much. Everyone enjoyed skiing all around the lake, hiking with snow shoes, tubing at the Nordic Center with the young ones and skiing at the Nordic Center. Lots to do outside for all ages and that's what we like to provide for our families.

Has well stocked kitchen, new appliances and updated furniture which was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Showers have good pressure and beds are comfortable. Place is very clean.

Wonderful place to stay! Proximity to the town and trails is fantastic.Some furnishings need attention or updating, for example, three table lamps in the lower level bedrooms are unusable as they are missing on/off switches.Pros: place and location was great!Perfect for our group. Would love to stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cons: need to replace stove(two burners and oven didn’t work properly or not at all). Blender missing sealer ring. Pans need updating. A couple of casserole dishes would be helpful. Shower curtain rod in downstairs bathroom needs to be moved up higher so curtain doesn’t lay in bottom of tub. (Someone could slip on it.)

House was very clean without a bunch of deodorizer smells on everything. Plenty of bedrooms for 8 people, 3 being small children. Had a nice gas grill on deck. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing outside after dinner. Beds were comfortable and shower had great pressures. I suggest bringing your own paper towels and a few cascade pods for dishwasher. Very limited on those supplies. Be aware there is a restaurant a block away which had outdoor band playing till 10. Hard to get little ones to sleep since you could still hear them inside.

Privacy in the upper floor bed with bath. The house was clean and comfy. The kitchen needs an upgrade. Electric range sometimes did not heat. Pots,pans,silverware, dishes were fine. A few additions to the prep utensils are needed. A spatula for indoor use, chef and paring knives ( sharp) , soup ladle A surprise was baby/toddler bowls and spoons.

The check in process was great, very helpful and friendly staff. The house was close to town, with ample parking and clean. It is very clearly a rental as there was no salt, and other basic pantry items in the house, no dishwasher detergent (when the rental agreement states this is provided) and there is 1 towel per person only. The coffeemaker was missing a piece. Overall the house met our needs well enough but was missing personal touches of home.

House was great nice n clean loved the location many pluses at the home cozy n warm by the fire place dislikes are missed curtains in living room got really bright and also the only snd biggest complain was its a great place for your peys to visit with you but the owners next door dogs were nrver on a leashsas I understand there are leash laws but I also understand that's how mountain living is was just conserned with my dogs and other dogs meeting as we were packing up one of my dogs got off her harness I was yelling for help feom my friends to round up my dog as I was chasing her around just was, worried about her meeting new dogs without me but other than that loved it wouod stay again just need to be aware of others pets as, well as mine thanks again

It has become a family tradition for us to spend 3 nights every summer in Grand Lake. My parents started it and now we continue with sharing the experience with our grandkids. Park Ave. is a perfect house that provides bedrooms for mom; dad and kids on lower level and nana and papa on the main level. We were within walking distance of downtown shopping; lake; and other activities which allowed for everyone to come and go as they chose. So clean and well equipped; home away from home! We have stayed in many different locations but find Park Ave. to be our favorite!

Superb service from the leasing/management company. They were extremely helpful and friendly. This rental is extremely well maintained, has every convenience you can imagine, and is extremely comfortable for as many as 7 or 8 occupants. We were delightfully surprised with the comfort and ease of feeling right at "home" in this rental. It is one of the nicest we have every experienced, and we will definitely rent again. Location could not be better, one block from main thoroughfare of Grand Lake, easy walking distance to lake, restaurants, shopping and not-to-be-missed Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater! Wonderful wrap around 2nd floor balcony is great for stargazing. We loved cooking out on the grill, plus sitting around the stone firepit making s'mores. This rental is perfect for extended stays in beautiful Grand Lake.

This was our third year in this house and I would recommend it to anyone. Grand Lake is a beautiful mountain town and the home is very nice, very clean and well kept, and conveniently located. This year there were some issues associated to construction occurring in the immediate area, but Ralph and Calise, the property managers, were exceedingly accommodating, as they always are. They are a big reason we have continued to come back to this property. They will do everything they can to make certain you have a great trip.

The kitchen was very well equipped with enough dishes and silverware and utensils. We definitely recommend this property.
