Room was ok but overpriced. Property needs some grooming.

Bed was comfortable and room was cool.

Breakfast food was not sanitary. Open for anyone to touch. Consider individually wrapped items.

Basic place. Rooms clean and comfortable. Average location.

The rooms were comfortable enough and had the basic facilities that one would expect.

This was a standard motel type of facility with no breakfast. It was on the main street but at one end, a fair walk into the centre. The room had fairly old fashioned decor.

Bedroom was nice sized, and clean. Location was awesome.

All appliances were unplugged when we entered the room. Trash can in the common area was dirty and had to be opened with hand. Check-out time of 10 am was too early and made us uncomfortable ( we still checked out at 9:30 am but it was really hard). Hot tub was not working.

This was a basic motel. Nothing fancy. Had to climb stairs to get to our room. Difficult due to my husband’s handicap. No elevator!

Better than sleeping in the car...

Nice people but the facility is just "tired" but was only location with a room open on the weekend.

Very nice and comfortable

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. A little out dated. Walking distance to everything. Very quiet and beds were more on the firm side, which is what I back needs.

Price was high, rooms need updated, doors had key locks, no snack or pop machines. The AC unit made noise and needs updated.

Perfect vacation

Clean, quiet and comfortable room within walking distance to everything in town. The staff even let us borrow an extension cord to put a battery tender on one of our bikes that was having troubles. They also let us use a hose to wash the bikes off before we left. Great people and a great trip!

Holiday weekend in Grand Lake

The ease of check in and out was great. The location in close to everything in town. We had a little miscommunication from making the reservation in the Booking.com platform to check in with the pet policy. However, once we got through that everything was wonderful.

Parking was a little tough on the busy weekend but there was always parking available.

Everything was great! Quiet, peaceful, clean and very nice owners. BEAUTIFUL view from our room too :0)

Simple and efficient but kind of expensive.

It's in Grand Lake which is a fantastically beautiful town. The check-in and checkout was seamless.

The room was very sparse and simple. It seemed expensive for what you get.
