Our ground level, newly renovated, fully equipped, and centrally air-conditioned, garden view studio is located in the quiet section of the Banyan Building. It has a full semi-private lanai, and offers a full-sized and fully-stocked kitchen. We have upgraded with new kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, carpeting, wallpaper, walk-in glass-block shower, new flooring, and modernized ceiling. We installed a new top-of-the-line $3,500 WYNN HOTEL LUXURY CAL KING Bed which our renters rave about. This non-smoking condo can comfortably sleep four guests (including a separate queen sized sofa bed) and has a digital safe for valuables. In addition, we have a brand new 55" SonyTV. The resort also has two swimming pools with jacuzzis and waterfalls.

This condo resort will place you at the heart of one of the most exciting vacation spots in West Maui! Maui Ka’anapali Villas (MKV), a three star condo/hotel, is set on 11 acres of exotic, tropical gardens in the Ka’anapali resort area on one of the finest stretches of Ka’anapali beach.

If you prefer to dine on the property, just stop by the Castaway Café, which is a hidden treasure tucked away on the northwest shore on one of Maui’s finest beaches – Ka’anapali Beach. Fronting the shimmering Pacific, and surrounded by palms and sea grape trees, Castaway Café is filled with culinary jewels at attractive prices. The restaurant features delicious island cuisine and a comprehensive, award-winning wine list. We are also minutes away from Whaler’s Village where you’ll find scores of fine restaurants and shops.

While staying with us, you can:
1. Enjoy our two, adult swimming pools or take the kids to the new on-site kiddy pool.
2. Swim, snorkel, surf, or sail at Ka’anapali Beach or just take a stroll down the beach walk at night
3. Spot humpback whales from shore between November and April
4. Golf at any of 5 nearby Championship golf courses

At Maui Ka’anapali Villas there is a nominal facilities fee of 25dollars per night. This fee facilitates the general upkeep of the grounds and pools. In exchange, these charges are waived: Parking of 1 vehicle, coffee in the lobby (6 - 9 A.M.), pool and beach towels, room and property high speed Wi-Fi, Kaanapali Trolley to Whaler's Village Shopping Center, the new State-of-the-Art Precor fitness center with 24 hour access. Access to hospitality bathroom and shower for early arrivals and late departures, an in-room safe, and toll-free local Maui call access. As the first stop for the complimentary Ka’anapali shuttle, the resort is minutes away from an adjacent tennis ranch and two championship golf courses.

This condo rents from 99dollars to 349dollars per night. You can rent this luxurious condo for our lowest price depending upon seasonal fluctuations and other factors. This is a full-sized studio (with a full lanai and full kitchen) on the ground floor that sleeps 4 and is in the quiet section away from the busy highway. It is not a hotel room with a Murphy bed and partial kitchen.

Its Maui's best kept secret. We've been coming here for 17 years. Maui Kaanapali Villas is quiet and with only a few residents (NO CROWDS). Also has best beach on the island!!!

The unit is very nice, great for 2 adults. The pullout bed is just fine. The larger property has 2 swimming pools and we found the one near us to be super warm and inviting, and almost unused! The nearby beach has great snorkeling, we saw several sea turtles. We saw whales from along the walkway; there's a great walkway running from Dukes to the north down to Whaler's village in the south with access to many restaurants and shops without driving. It doesn't have some of the amenities of the huge resorts nearby but it's also 1/3 the price. Have a great time, spend less money! If we return to Maui, we'll happily stay here again!

Everything at this condo was just as stated in the online description, delightfully, there will be no surprises when you stay here. All the extras like chairs, cooler and beach umbrella were great to have. We loved staying here, it was very quiet at the unit itself and just a 2 minute walk to the beach in front. We would love to return. Thanks for the great stay.

Property was nice and quiet, not too far from a fantastic beach. Great walking trail to multiple properties along the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Dukes was amazing as was the closer castaway cafe. Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets were so nice I found the same brand to buy for at home. Joe was very prompt answering messages and checking in on us before and after our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon to Maui. We were a bit skeptical about going since there was a huge fire there but it worked out. This place is amazing. Only steps from the beach, amazing space, amazing tv and my favorite part is the atmosphere of the whole condo. It’s like living in paradise. Will def be coming back next year

Thank you Joe for the fantastic communication and hospitality. We had everything we needed (snorkels, cooler, umbrella) for our daily adventures and the room was so comfy. Maui Kanapaali Villas was the perfect place for a getaway with my sister. This place is a gem - we will definitely be returning again! You must try the banana bread French toast at Castaway Cafe and the free morning coffee is a welcomed treat!

Enjoyed the location - used the trolly to explore the rest of Kannapali Beach, Whalers Village and a trip to the Hyatt Regency to attend our Grandson's wedding. Easy access to restaurants and not far from old Lahaina. The beach is beautiful - we saw turtles and whales! Need to mention the beach supplies! There are beach mats, an insulated lunch bag and small cooler for your outings. They also have beach chairs, boogie-boards, sand toys, noodles, beach umbrellas, and a hats along with assorted snorkeling gear. Very nice not to have to rent these items. The resort does charge an additional fee of $25 per day which covers parking, beach/pools towels and other resort amenities. Thank you Joe for your quick responses to our questions.

My husband and I along with our daughter stayed a few additional nights in Maui and this condo was perfect for the 3 of us. The host was so accommodating, he let us check in early and took great care to leave the condo stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas and little extras on top of that! Thank you Joe for being such a thoughtful owner and gracious host! We would love to come back and stay here again!

This property is a perfect way to enjoy the island. It's homey, personal and relaxed, with a quiet beachfront. We were delighted to see all the beach toys included in our condo. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. The entire resort, including our unit was beautifully maintained and clean! We will be back!

We have stayed in a variety of units at this property for the past 25 years. In fact, at one time our family were owners. It is an excellent location with a quiet beach and many amenities. This unit has a well equipped kitchen, nice beach chairs, and pretty garden view. The decor is in need of a refresh; however, it is well priced compared to other units at the resort.

We would give this trip an overall 4.6 out of 5! What a fantastic and affordable trip. The bed was awesome and I loved all the little touches. The aloe came in handy after I got a little to much sun. Joe provided a nice guide book that was so helpful. Maui is such a beautiful place to be! We were able to cook in a few times and that was nice. My only wish would be if it was closer to the ocean. It is a short walk but it's not a bad walk. Two nice pools and hot tub makes for some good relaxation. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Joe’s property was even better than expected! Spacious condo on the ground floor with resort amenities such as clean pool/beach towels daily and free(delicious)coffee in the lobby. We felt at home with access to a stocked kitchenette and all the beach supplies you could need!!! Best of both worlds and definitely helped on a budget. The beaches in front of the hotel are amazing. Great snorkeling right at airport beach, and we LOVED doing the beach walk up to Whalers Village where they had Joey’s Kitchen and lots of other food options at varying price points and great shopping. Less than a 25 minute walk with incredible views. We didn’t take advantage of the trolley as the walk was so nice - but saw it running pretty consistently! We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

The location, parking, complex and pool were superb. Highly recommended if those things are the most important to you. Not so great - the shower was dirty, it's a little dated, not too many "extras" you would expect like hand soap, sanitizer. Also the neighbors were smoking weed indoors and was coming through the vents. Hopefully that isn't a common occurrence because maintainance wasn't able to help us.
