I loved the property. The view of Maui was BEAUTIFUL at night. The grass in the court yard is gorgeous. We loved the general store by the marina. The beach walks were great every morning. My daughter however lives too far away so next time we will stay in Hana. The property was close to the airport and the east side. Overall it was very nice.

A wonderful week in Maui!
Beautiful ocean view, centrally located. Plenty of space. Loved having 2 bathrooms! Nice tall (and adjustable) shower heads for tall people. The kitchen had everything we needed although we did bring our own spices for cooking. Enjoyed watching sea turtles from our lanai. Be aware of the wind in this area. Despite the wind we would definitely stay here again.

Great central place to stay for island adventures
Rental and check in was easy. Views are nice and location is quiet at night.we used a a base to do the road to Hana, charter from the harbour, and the Maui aquarium

Lovely, well equipped high end apartment on the water’s edge. Beautiful views and perfect for watching marine life. Close to the harbor with shops and dining within easy walking distance. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Vacation
Our family of 4 loved our stay here! We arrived Christmas Day and the condo was available a couple hours early although we were unable to check in early since we didn’t arrive in Maui until later. Management was always on top of any questions I had prior to staying there. I had no questions or concerns while we were there. Property was exactly as expected. Beautiful view each morning and night. Pool was a little small but there was just us there and another couple the day we stayed at the condo. It is a very windy location which could be a negative. Location is centrally located so it’s easy to get anywhere on the island! We will definitely be back!

An amazing view!
Property is as described. Of course the best part is the amazing view from the balcony. We saw cool turtles and whales - although the whales were quite a distance away. Nothing better than sipping coffee in the warm Hawaiian breeze overlooking the waves.

This property is just as it looks on line with amazing views that are breathtaking.
Sit on the lanai and watch the turtles while listening to the waves hit the shore all day & night.
You will want to start each day with a cup of coffee on the lanai and end the day with an adult beverage watching the moon shine across the bay.
The location is near a marina and gives you a feel of privacy during your stay.
We would highly recommend this unit and would like to return again some day.

Wonderful Beautiful Stay
I loved my stay at this condo, it was so beautiful. The view of the ocean right off the deck, listening to the sound of the ocean at night. Seeing the sun glistening on the water in the morning and the stars at night was just breathtaking. There is everything you could possibly need in the condo. The bed in the master bedroom was perfect and comfortable. The kitchen just beautiful and well organized. The showers are large and so nice. It's centrally located on Maui and has easy access to everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Management was very helpful, if you needed anything they responded quickly. I just loved my stay there. Thank you so much it was just wonderful. Paula

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for just under 2 weeks in September. The unit itself was just amazing, exactly as pictured. The view was spectacular! We even saw a couple of sea turtles in the water from our lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. We ate a lot of meals on the lanai and enjoyed every second of it. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and palm trees blowing in the wind. A perfect home away from home in paradise!

Great Views!
Overall, we were very satisfied with the property. The check-in process was very smooth and we had great communication with the management office. One of the switches in the master bath did not work which caused the lights to not work. Management had it replaced within two days which did cause us a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would recommend.

Wonderful 2nd Visit!!
My husband and I LOVED our 2nd stay at this wonderful Maalaea property! We had visited in May two years before, and during that first visit we decided that if we had the chance to return we would try to get the same unit during whale season.
What an incredible experience!!! We honestly spent more time on our lanai watching whales than doing anything else. It was amazing to sit and watch a mother humpback and her calf frolicking in the waves or getting to witness four males competing for over 30 minutes for a female by smacking their massive pectoral fins and tails fins on the water from the comfort of our own private oasis. Just magical!! Of course, we also loved snorkeling, exploring the Road to Hana and just enjoying the beauty of Maui.
Inside the condo there is everything needed to feel at home.
The comfortable master bedroom has a stunning view of Maalaea Bay all the way up to the peak of Haleakala. The bed is very comfortable, and having a separate A/C unit in both the master, the living area and the guest bedroom makes all the difference when the winds die down (which they did several days during our 12-day visit). The bathroom is also well equipped.
The living area has the same gorgeous view of the water and the mountains, so you're always experiencing the beauty of Maui. We didn't watch TV very often during our visit, but we appreciated the option to do so. And although we didn't eat at the dining table because we loved eating on the lanai, it served as a perfect place to use our laptop, etc.
The kitchen is also well-equipped with most everything you would need for dining in. We ate many of our meals in the condo (we stocked up at Costco & Target near the airport in Kahalui), and the only thing we lacked was a pizza cutter - not the end of the world to say the least. Additionally, the washer and dryer in the kitchen were lifesavers.
The guest bathroom is a good size, and the guest bedroom had ample closet space (including thoughtful touches like coolers, beach umbrellas and a couple of pool noodles. The only thing we would recommend is a new mattress in the guest bedroom as it is not the most comfortable.
If we ever have the privilege of returning to Maui in the future, we will try our best to stay in this condo a 3rd time. It feels like a home-away-from-home, and we now carry with us cherished memories from both of our times drinking in Maalaea Bay as well as the rest of the island.

Whales every day
Lauloa 309 is a beautiful unit that is updated in so many areas, such as cabinets, kitchen appliances, Keurig coffeemaker (in addition to a regular coffeemaker), washer and dryer, and tv. We have stayed in many timeshare condos and have never found one as completely outfitted as this one is. Not only were there the usual cooking utensils, but there were also minor things like tape, chip clips, scissors, and storage bags. Every day, from the balcony, we saw many whales, including a baby breeching over and over again one morning. The condo is located very centrally; only 15-20 minutes from the airport and also Lahaina. The unit was spacious and clean; the balcony small but plenty of room for the four of us. The master bedroom, unfortunately, has a Japanese-style screen door, which allows sound to come in from the family room. If you are interested in a beach you need to go about a mile down the road, but many people snorkeled right at the resort, 30 feet from the unit. One drawback to the condo was that there seemed to rarely be a manager on site, but some of the residents live there permanently and can be a resource if needed. When we return to Maui we definitely plan on staying there again.

Kahaluu - a must stay for you
We rented this unit for its location and views posted and it did not disappoint. It is centrally located between the larger populated areas, 15 minutes from the airport, a short drive north to Kaanapali and a short drive to Kehai and Wailea. You literally walk down the stairs to a beautiful grassy area that has snorkeling access where we saw turtles and fish each day. There are beaches a short drive away and the unit was well stocked with chairs, nice large soft beach towels, and multiple size ice chests. The layout and decorations were very nice in the unit. The fully stocked kitchen even had spices and daily necessities that most of the time you have to buy and leave behind. We used the lanai daily for breakfast overlooking the unblocked bay views and in the evening to see the sunsets. The AC units worked well which truly makes a difference and due to it being a higher unit, bugs were not an issue as typical on a ground floor unit. The onsite manager and the online managers were responsive and helpful in all our needs. We will definitely be back again. Mahalo

Will stay again and again!
Sitting on the lanai in the beautiful, clean condo we overlooked the water and could see turtles swimming around and even caught sight of a reef shark one day. How perfect is that? The check-in procedure was painless and allowed us to explore the island the day we arrived without feeling pressured to check in right away. Heck, we didn’t check in until 10pm. The place was really quiet and super comfortable. I loved that the complex quiet hours of 10pm-8am were actually observed. The instructions for check in and check out were super clear and made things so much easier. I tried to launder all of our sheets and towels before we left in the morning, but the washer capacity was too small, so I only got about half of it washed and one load in the dryer before we took off. I feel badly about that. Ultimately this was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s sweet sixteen and is definitely going to be my go-to every time I visit the island. Thank you!
