Unobstructed ocean views from the west and south side of the home, from all living areas and decks! This home was recently built, and everything is like new. Beautiful travertine floors and stunning details throughout. There are 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Great place for our big group
We had a great vacation. The home has multiple floors, which provided plenty of room for our group of 26, but the elevator was not available for us to use. We would have loved being able to use it. There is a sea wall which made it hard to get to the sand and beach, which was only available during low tide. Even though it’s beach front, it’s not convenient or easily accessible.

Nice but had issues
The property has a super layout, location and views - but general maintenance of the property was disappointing. We had issues with the cleanliness of fabric covered seating areas, a broken dishwasher, several burned-out fan lights, jacuzzi's that were not in total working order, a broken ping pong table net and a room with bedbugs that we are sure traveled home with us. The property managers were fairly responsive to our needs but at the end of our stay,- we asked management to call us about the bedbugs - but we never got a response back from them. I think for all the money spent on this property - everything should have been checked, cleaned and in good working order before we arrived. It still is a nice property overall.

Great beach getaway
Can’t beat the location—went to sleep to the sound of the ocean! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large family. Kitchen and gathering areas accommodated our group comfortably. Maintenance on the house was not stellar, particularly the main level kitchen appliances. No outdoor trash cans when we arrived. Overall great stay in spite of the small inconveniences.

Beds are OLD and you feel the springs in some beds. It has an elevator that doesn’t work and with sooo many levels it was difficult for elderly. 2 extra blankets for our family of 21. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs.

We rented all four floors of P825 and it easily fit our party of 20 for the weekend. The space allowed for both intermate gatherings of smaller groups as well as getting everyone togther in the same space to play games and hang out. Realyl beautiful home though please be aware that there is no central AC (some up the 4th floor bedrooms get pretty warm and you can hear street noise if you leave the windows open), and also the windows have no screens, so it may not be a great choice with small kids. Other than that, it was a ovely home!

We loved the location. The house was clean and accessible to all. The only down-side was that you advertise there are more beds than there are. We had all the beds sorted according to your on-line view. When we got there, some of the beds were gone. Could you update the website when you remove a bed? It would be easier to plan ahead. The location was wonderful, you were easy to work with, and we loved our time with you.

We had a great time in the home! It was very large and had many rooms so it slept many people and allowed for us to have plenty of space. Great views of the ocean! There is no access to the water at the house, but just 1/4 mile easy walk down the street there is a nice beach.

This is a fantastic house right on the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Very clean. Management company very organized and helpful. We have stayed here twice. There was some construction this time next door but the company allowed us move to another property. Once that construction is done, this house will once more be amazing.

We were blown away by this house. We had a group of almost 30 and there was plenty of space. It was easy to get lost at first because it is so big. The views and multiple stories of views were so cool. That type of access and closeness to the ocean was really a highlight of the year for us.

Everything was great. When we got there the property looked great, but after a few hours of walking in white socks on the floor or socks were filthy. It seems that the floors have been vacuumed but not cleaned. We had a fire alarm go off for no reason at 10:30 P.m. on the first night. It was reported and maintenance came the next day and changed all of the batteries. We had a wonderful time, I would recommend it again. Overall our experience was excellent

This house is absolutely breathtaking! We held a women's retreat here and there was plenty of room for everyone. This house is much larger than I expected, and everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The only issue we had was with checking in. I was not provided a front door code before arrival and once we got there I had to call the office to get the code which took some time. The code they gave us only opened one unit of the house however, so we had to wait for a maintenance person to come open up the second unit. Overall this set our check-in time back about 45 minutes, but other than this our stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this house.

We loved staying at this beautiful property, right next to the beach! Falling asleep, with the sound of the ocean, was very relaxing! We were there the first week in June, 2018. The weather was very nice, in the 60's and 70's. We had 19 adults and 17 children stay here for 5 nights. There was plenty of room for everyone because this house is huge! All 8 families had their own bedroom and bathroom, and there were 4 more bedrooms for the kids, with 3 more bathrooms. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in. There are two big kitchens, well stocked, with full size fridges. This beach house looks new and has beautiful oceanside views. We had 7 vans and thought parking would be a problem, but it wasn't. There are 4 parking spaces in the garage, and it was easy to find parking on the street for the other 3 vans. Staying here for our family reunion exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time together! Beachfront Properties were very helpful and responded quickly. We highly recommend this lovely property, especially if you have a big group.

This is a beautiful and comfortable property. My only complaint is that there were ants everywhere. The entire unit needs to be sprayed and/or ant bait set. Seeing ants on counters, walls, etc was not very appealing.

I love this beachhouse. This is our second stay in the same house. We will plan another one in the future. I was so happy to see sandy beach right outside our door. When we were there the first time in 2011 we had to walk a way to the sand. This has been our Christmas present to our family twice. We come from Utah, Texas and Calif. I love that we can gather in one family room and kitchen and the other one is for quiet time for work or just to hang out alone. I love that each bedroom has a bathroom. I love that you are all together but still can have a little privacy. So much more.......... We will be back!!

Our family loves this house. There is room for EVERYBODY! Highlights of renting both sections of the house include two living rooms and plenty of bathrooms. We stayed for a week this year, which gave plenty of time to hit all the theme parks and have lots of family time.
