About this apartment rental
Over 1000 square feet of relaxing, well-equipped perfection nestled at the base of the Pike Place Market, across the street from the Seattle waterfront, the Aquarium, and Pier 62. Finished in a décor reminiscent of Seattle’s early days, with red-bricked wall, dark wood floors, and subway-tiled bathroom. Be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.
Start the day sipping a fresh cup of coffee on the terrace while gazing upon Seattle’s waterfront as it comes alive. Take the stairs (or the elevator) up to Pike Place Market, the nation’s oldest continuously operated public farmers’ market, to take in the fascinating commotion of open-air commerce. Sample fresh-baked bread, pastries or piroshky; sample locally produced cheeses; or peruse an unmatched selection of fresh seafood.
This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal. Why pay more to stay at an ordinary hotel when you can relax in a central location while enjoying modern comforts and amenities in a slightly nostalgic Old Seattle setting. The local waterfront national chain hotel's rates start at $255/night and parking is on average $40/day additional cost.

Beautiful home and excellent host. Close to great restaurants, activities and retail. Within walking distance to ferries, Pike Place Market and Target. Our host was excellent and provided an awesome list of sites to see and restaurants to try. Thank you!

We came for the weekend to do some sightseeing and to watch a baseball game. The condo is right on the wharf and right behind the condo is pikes market. Great location for doing all kinds of things. The condo is fully equipped and was set up perfect for two couples.
4.9
We loved the location of this vrbo! Being right on the pier allowed us to see and easily access all the things we wanted to do either on foot or by scooter. There is a free waterfront shuttle that stops right outside the condo that we used to go to T-Mobile Field. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with the things we needed. There were three beautiful bouquets from Pikes waiting for us when we arrived! The beds were both very comfortable, and my daughter slept on the couch, which worked well for her. We visited Pike's place nearly every day, and we prepared crab and fish easily at the condo. The giant crabpot was a plus! I appreciated the availability of tide pods to do laundry! We did all kinds of touristy things and found the location to be excellent! The host was easy to contact and very helpful upon arrival when I was confused about where to check in. We felt safe and secure in this location with our kids! We had a blast.

This stay was perfect! The condo was great and the property owner was even better! Jeri thought of everything. I can’t think of one thing that could’ve been better about our stay.
4.9
The condo is in a prime location to see the sights by feet… we were able to walk to space needle, Pikes Market, Pioneer Square, take a ferry to West Seattle and the to a Mariners game in one day and see the sun set on the sound on the way back.
Condo is quiet, clean, and well appointed. Communication was great and it was safe.
4.9
Amazing all around. Fabulous location, well appointed, comfortable accommodations, easy to access, walkable and close to the market, pier for enjoying the view, near the ferry, great communication, etc.
4.9
Great condo in a lovely, walkable location. Host is a wonderful communicator and the home is thoughtfully organized. Hope to come back soon!
4.9
Well appointed with unbeatable location.

The place was larger, more elegant, more comfortable then the pictures. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Owner was in communication throghout and we were delighted by our stay.
We will definitely stay again!

In spite of ongoing construction, this is a great location and a great apartment. Well, insulated, well furnished!
4.9
Great location. Nice amenities. Fantastic host.

This unit is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well stocked with anything a renter could want. Communications were timely, clear, and helpful. Jeri should teach a master class in vacation rentals—she and this wonderful condo made our stay in Seattle amazing.
4.9
Great place. Condo is super clean and very comfortable. The location cannot be beat.
4.9
My family and I had a great time during our stay. The condo is in a great location. The market and pier are within walking distance, providing great views of the waterfront. The beds were so comfy and the shower is amazing! The condo made for a great long weekend!
4.9
Great experience beginning with our initial communication. The condo was lovely and exactly as pictured. The location was great and centrally located. We did discover, though, that 3 nights is just not long enough to stay in Seattle!
This was our first time in Seattle and there was so much to do and see. We would love to come back! Thank you Jeri!

Just bring your toothbrush! This property has everything you need. It is so well appointed that you just need to show up! It is set up as the owner's personal home vs. "a rental". This is in our top 5 of vacation rental properties and we've been renting from various rental companies for 20 years. The location cannot be beat. We rented a car for a day and a half and having a parking space was wonderful. After returning the car, we walked everywhere. Most major attractions are a 15 minute walk in either direction. Jeri, the owner, was extremely proactive by checking on us and very helpful with check in tips, and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. There is a reason this property has so many 5 star reviews - it's great!

We loved this property so much! It's within walking distance of some great things but also easy if you want to take public transportation or drive your vehicle. Jeri was wonderful. Easy to get ahold of and made our stay worthwhile. In the event you need to contact the front office, Sebia was awesome as well. She gave us great directions on how to get to the market fast.
The description of the property is exactly how it's mentioned. There is some construction going on, but it's going to be AWESOME when it's finished. My family sleeps with sound machines, so we didn't hear any of the construction noises.
Will definitely be back!

This condo is beautiful, and Jeri the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. There was every single thing that we needed available in the condo (even an oyster knife!)
This condo is extremely homey without seeming like someone else's home. It is also VERY walkable to the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, restaurants, breweries, and the Washington State Ferry. We took the ferry to Bainbridge Island and that was a highlight.
The underground parking is extremely convenient and we always felt safe. FYI there is an elevator right outside the parking entrance on Lenore Ave that will save A LOT of steps up to Pike Place. We didn't realize this at first and we got our steps in the first two days!
The only downside is all the construction outside of the condo. It takes a bit of time to figure what road to go down to check in if you arrive at night like we did. But it was totally worth it!
4.9
A fantastic well appointed condo within walking distance of so many sights--the waterfront attractions and Pike Place Market, Lumen and TMobile fields and even Seattle Center. Currently there is some disarray from the Alaskan Way construction but it really wasn't a big deal. The owner, Jeri, is a delight! She was so helpful and informative.

Jeri was amazing to deal with. I had to change my reservation last minute as the Sea Hawks game day changed. I notified her ASAP, and the changeover was done immediately. She texted me great locations of close by restaurants and things to do in about the area. The Pink door was our favorite place to eat. The condo was very well stocked and extremely clean. There is absolutely everything you need in the condo. she has left no stone unturned for a wonderful stay in this condo. Can't beat the location Pike Market is up about 2 blocks and the Sea walk is right across the street. The Hawks game was about a 20-minute walk to and from the game. Overall, we would love to rent again on our next trip. Once we parked our Truck, I never drove it again until we checked out. Everything is within walking distance. Check in and out was easy and fast. Picked up the key signed for it he explained how the keys worked, and then dropped them off on last day. Thank you for a memorable stay in your amazing condo. :)

I lived in the apartment for over 2 months and it really was a home away from home. It has every amenity you could need, the owner has thought of everything.
*Clean and well maintained throughout
*Well stocked kitchen with lots of good quality electronic goods, pots/pans, serving ware and utensils
*All the cleaning equipment you would have at home
*Comfortable bed
*Good shower/bath (Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel was all provided, water pressure was good in the shower)
*Ample linens and towels
*Quiet and comfortable interior all round (even with the construction, which you can barely hear despite it's proximity)
*Safe building with key fob entry
*Friendly concierge staff in the main building
The construction work at the front of the building was a bit of a hinderance to getting food deliveries, but the bulk of the work is now done, so I can't imagine it being an issue for anyone from 2024 onwards or anyone not there for a prolonged stay.
The owner was second to none, Jeri is the best host you could ask for. Every communication was answered within an few hours and she was always friendly and happy to help with anything you needed.
I had no issues at all whilst I was here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Waterfront stay in Seattle.
It's within easy walking distance of pretty much everything including the stadiums.
4.9
Perfect place to stay downtown Seattle. Great location. Property was as posted. Host very much available and helpful. A bit of construction across from the space. Not sure how this we'll affect future views or noise volume . Definitely would stay again.
4.9
Location is fantastic, we enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have a full kitchen (with spices!) and a complimentary bottle of wine!
4.9
Great stay before our Alaska cruise! Easy walking distance to the cruise port.
Our host checked in with us prior to stay. Great communication! Thank you!
4.9
We loved Jeri’s Place, it was exactly as pictured online. It was clean and in a great location. We were there for only two nights, so we only took advantage of the pike place market, and the area specifically around there. That kept us thoroughly entertained and the dining options were wonderful. Everything was walkable from Jeri‘s place so we never needed to take the car out which was truly an advantage.
The kitchen was nicely stocked with all cookware that a person would need to do any cooking that they would do during a vacation. We loved having a washer/dryer
We would love to come back when we have more time to see more of the Seattle sites.
4.9
Our stay at this welcoming condo was great. It was so nice to come there after a busy day exploring Seattle. It’s a perfect size and decorated beautifully. The building was very safe and quiet. There is construction going on but the noise never bothered us. The host was so accommodating and helpful on everything🙂

Great condo, location and host!
Labor Day weekend stay - thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect. Comfortable and amazingly quiet given the busy area and nearby construction. Jeri is wonderful with communication. Would definitely stay here again when back in Seattle.
4.9
The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She contacted me before our stay to review the property and the ongoing construction. When we got lost, she walked us through our way to the property. She sent helpful information before our stay and was in constant contact before, during and after our stay. The location was central to all we had planned. I hope to return.
4.9
We absolutely enjoyed everything about our 3 night stay here in Jeri’s
Beautiful, bright, spacious, and super comfortable condo!! We would 0 recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home! This place had everything we needed and more.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an amazing location if you want to be on the move — in and out of The Market, restaurants, shopping and attractions of Downtown Seattle.
The property owner is open and super helpful about this great, thoroughly organized property. We’d love to come back.
4.9
Kitchen was well stocked and condo had charming decor. Host was quick to respond to questions and super helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations. We would definitely stay again.
4.9
The condo was very nice and comfortable ! We loved having the parking space for our rental car which allowed us to be able to explore outside of Seattle. Within walking distance of some great restaurants!! I would definitely stay here again. Jeri was very nice and extremely easy helpful!!
4.9
Jerry was so communicative beforehand and that really helped navigate check in. So kind and generous to help with any questions we had! The bed is so soft and cozy! Great soaker tub. It's such a short and easy walk to shopping and Pike Place Market. The rooftop area was stunning and the weather could not have been better. Even with all the construction on the waterfront it was an amazing and beautiful stay. We will be back!!
4.9
Great location and interior is very comfortable and spacious! Linens are soft and good quality. Kitchen is well equipped and the laundry was such a great thing for us coming off of a cruise and needing a clothing recharge for the next few days! Everything is well thought out by hosts from toiletries, teas, coffee etc. Easy instructions for check in and out!
We slept well in the king and our 6 yr old shared with us and it was still spacious and comfy. Our teenager who is 6’ slept on the pull down, but mentioned it could use an foam topper and a couple extra pillows. The view is completely obstructed by what seems like an endless construction project, but it will be nice to come back and see it finished and how it all turns out! Parking was a nice option, very narrow spots, but our small suv fit fine! The carts for luggage up to the room were very helpful!
Bathroom was nice, hard to have full privacy showering, as the slider from the bedroom stuck twice and so we opted to not use it. The construction was loud around 6 am but it wasn’t horrible. The doors and windows are pretty sound proof. Easy access to the pike place market and surrounding attractions. I feel this location is perfect for an out and about couple. Fireplace was lovely our last night as it got chilly!
Thank you for the hospitality and being available for questions! We enjoyed this location very much!
4.9
Gorgeous condo that had everything we could possibly have needed. The owners are wonderful about communicating and making sure we were comfortable in their lovely space. That said, we were really surprised it’s in the middle of a massive construction zone. Definitely a detail that is important to note upon booking. Extremely noisy starting at 6am with trash dumping and hammering. I actually can’t believe the city allows crews to begin work that early. This is of course no fault of the owners, but I would not have paid what was more than $500 nightly with fees, taxes, etc. had we known this is advance. That said, it’s a beautiful spot and will be especially nice once construction is complete. My guess it will be awhile based upon the current appearance.
4.9
The only negative, which didn’t bother us was the construction next door that is blocking the beautiful view that was advertised in the listing. Jeri, the owner was wonderful in her communications! Everything was so close and walkable for tourists visiting the sights. The unit is clean and well stocked if cooking! Enjoyed our stay immensely!
4.9
This property and location will be great once the multiblock waterfront construction project is completed, which I'm guessing will be 2024. The view on the listing is not at all what you see out of the front window. As of June, the view is entirely blocked by scaffolding. I would rent this unit again at a reduced rate and adjust my expectations of the view. We booked it for the view, so we wish we had known what to expect before arriving.
The owner is very nice and responsive. The condo was very clean and secure, and the location is great if you're not expecting the view shown in the listing. You can walk to pike place market in about 7-8 minutes, uphill or up about 4 flights of stairs. Extremely centrally located, awesome kitchen and accommodations. The pull out Murphy bed is broken so you fall in-between the mattress sections. Once fixed, it should be a very comfortable bed! Wonderful pillows and sheets. There are disposable ear plugs available next to the bed due to all the construction. The high ceilings andbeautiful crown molding are stunning and condo is nicely decorated and appointed.
4.9
This was perfect for our party of 4. Great location and very clean place. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. Having the air in the living room area was nice and the temperature was cool enough at night that we were still comfortable in the bedroom. Jeri was very responsive. We would stay again.
4.9
Jeri’s home is clean, modern, and welcoming. We preferred the urban setting ( steps from Pike Place Market ) with water/ Mountain View, and running trail nearby. Check in process is understandably multi- layered for security purposes, but just fine after that. Once the construction noise and street closings are completed for the new aquarium, this location will be A ++++ !
4.9
We stayed in Seattle for just a couple of days, so needed a place that would allow us to walk around downtown with ease in order to maximize our time. This suite was in a perfect location, and the place itself was truly beautiful.
There was a fair bit of construction noise (and detours) at times, but the host was very accommodating and helpful with this, and offered to help us with any navigational issues. We will definitely stay here again when next in Seattle!
