The View speaks for itself. There are a lot of reviews about the construction but they are nearly done (2 wks) with the Seattle Aquarium expansion across the street and it wasn't a problem at all. You couldn't hear anything from inside the unit. The condo could definitely use some TLC, touch ed up paint

Everything we needed to get to was a short walk from the condo. The condo was clean, bright, spacious and stocked with everything we needed!

The apartment was lovely, location excellent, owner very responsive, parking spot available and view wonderful. Would love to return.

We stayed three nights. Nice accommodations and very close to everything! Beautiful view of Mt. Ranier!

We spent 3 nights at this condo and loved the ocean views from the balcony and smelling the ocean air. The condo is across the street from the boardwalk along the water, a very short walk to Pike Place market and about a 30 min walk to the football and baseball stadiums. The location is perfect for a weekend getaway.
Our stay was a Friday - Monday and we did not encounter any of the construction noise that I read in other reviews. It appears as though the majority of it is complete. There is street noise from traffic and pedestrians however with the windows closed we didn’t hear anything at night.
NJ is a lovely host who was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

I have worked in the hotel/lodging business for 20+ years and was shocked at the response from the owner when requesting them to fix the fireplace that did not work.
One of the main reasons for booking this property was the view and the fireplace (it was raining the weekend of our stay and we wanted the fireplace). We arrived on Friday and notified the owner that the fireplace wasn’t working and please send out someone to fix it. The reply I received was “I am out of town, sorry for the subpar experience”. It would have been nice for a reply such as “Sorry, how can I make this better for you”. There was no offer of any kind to make up for loss of an important advertised amenity.
Pro: Cleaning lady was kind and did a great job cleaning the property. The view is fantastic. Washer/Dryer is unit was a plus.
Con: Both beds were extremely uncomfortable and the furniture serves as decor, not for comfort. Advertised amenity not working. Lack of care from the owner.
Will definitely be back to Seattle because it’s a fantastic place but will stay elsewhere.

We cannot say enough great things about this rental. Excellent location in walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, and even Pioneer Square.
Beautiful, well-maintained apartment. Check-in was smooth, with my only complaint being with Google Maps due to the construction, which isn't the fault of the property-owner.
Would stay there again and highly recommend!

Had a great stay. Unit was very clean and has everything you need. No issues. I would stay here again.

It was a little tough actually getting there, as there is massive construction and the main road is closed. But we figured it out and got the keys, found our parking spot in the garage, and made our way up. When we opened the door to the unit, we walked into a solid wall of urine smell. I can’t express how strong it was. Fortunately, there are lots of windows and it was very cool outside. With the windows open and the ceiling fan on high, it was much better. Unfortunately, there is a massive construction project right next door and the noise is real. The normal noise during the day is annoying, but it rises to a whole new level at night with some industrial vacuum equipment that runs ALL night. You have to close the windows to sleep (you’ll still hear it but at least it’s better). And when the windows are closed, the urine smell builds up. It’s a constant balance of opening the windows until you can’t stand the noise, closing them until you can’t stand the smell, and opening them again. We left a day early. The location is great, they have all the basic necessities and amenities, and the construction is certainly not the owner’s fault. But something really needs to be done with the carpet, or wherever that smell is coming from.

My stay was a dream - the condo was exactly as pictured and the location was terrific. The property manager answered all my questions very quickly. The view was as described and wonderful of the city skyline, as well as Elliott Bay. The top of the mountain even peeked out for a few days. It was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the condo, the construction noise not noticeable. The Lenora escalator was at the far end of the condo complex, so Pike Place Market was an easy 15 minute walk away. When I did use Uber/Lyft I had them pick me up at Alaskan Way and Lenora, so had no trouble with directions. They were always there in 1-2 minutes. Pier 62 is just across the street with tranquil views and games, and the waterfront has much to offer. I'm definitely planning to visit again!

This is an absolutely gorgeous condo with a great view of the pier and Farris wheel right outside the main window Walking up to Pike Place market and downtown was a breeze. We used the one line to get from the airport and it was a short walk down to the property. If you want to stay down by the pier and take the transit systems to popular destinations, you don’t need a car, although there is a secure garage space that is provided. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with.

This ideal location made it easy to walk from Seattle Center to the International District and visit everything in between. We loved the view and enjoyed watching the construction every morning and evening. Looking forward to seeing the finished project at some future time. Condo complex and unit are clean, comfortable, quiet and secure. Reception was friendly and helpful and cleaning crew was delightful. Convenient secure parking was a bonus. Thank you for sharing your perfect condo with us. The Saunders, Ottawa, Ontario.

This was a good stay

Biggest issue with this owner was no communication. There was construction going on outside the building blocking a lot of the view. Also the street the building is on is closed making finding our way to the building very difficult. We spent over an hour driving in circles around downtown Seattle trying to find this building. The owner could have given us a heads up with instructions on how to get to the building but nothing! The building manager was very unfriendly and offered no help. Also the unit only has a full size bed with a very bad mattress.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay while in Seattle. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, well stocked, and was in a fantastic location. We were within walking distance of so much and enjoyed a great view. Communication was very easy, as well. Great experience all around.
4.0 / 5.0
This condo was great for a Seattle stay. Yes, there is construction going on. The condo is so well insulated from noise, that we hardly could hear any of it. The view from unit does look to it, but you still get an awesome view of the downtown buildings, water, stadiums, and if you are lucky like us, Mt Rainier. super easy access to Pike Place Market, from both South and North ends of building. I think the North end on Lenora is easier as to avoid the construction. Pier 62 right across the street is a nice place to sit and enjoy outside. The condo was very clean and the building is nice as well. It does take some maneuvering to get in and out when walking out to the street and back. The garage is very easy direct access to the floor. But, you should not need your car at all. It is a quick walk to not only the market, but to the monorail to take you to Seattle Center, not to mention that you are right at the waterfront locations like aquarium and Wheel. I would say if you are any way conflicted based on the comments regarding construction, don't be. It was a non-issue for us and we were there when they were doing a massively disruptive part of the project. You won't even notice it honestly, and there are 100 other positives about the location and the unit itself to make up for it. We even had 7 and 11 year old kids with us, and felt totally comfortable walking around at night (even played soccer at night on Pier 62). Would absolutely stay here again.

Great property, great location, check in and out was simple. There is construction next door but the posting accurately described what to expect. All in all a wonderful trip to Seattle. Host was extremely responsive and communications were easy.

Very good location right on the water!
Very secure. The parking space in the garage was an added bonus
Construction workers started work each day at 7:00 AM
Mattresses/beds need upgraded. Very firm.
4.0 / 5.0
The property was nice. Huge amount of construction going on right next door which made for lots of noise. Only negative was inability to drop off luggage in unit prior to checking in or out. That forced us to improvise for 6 hours on both ends to store our luggage
5.0 / 5.0
We had a great stay at the property. The location was a short walk to Pikes Place Market, and plenty of restaurants at the piers. Also, Pier 66 is right across the street and was a nice place to sit and watch the boats in the sound and relax. The construction was truly only an issue when trying to explain to Uber or a cab how to get to the property. Our host was very quick with answers to questions during our stay and during the booking process.
5.0 / 5.0
The property location is in one of the most ideal locations for visiting— short walking distance to Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and to the downtown Seattle area. Yes, there is construction outside the building visible when looking out the windows, but there was no construction noise at all. The view is a little different than the listing but is inconsequential because the old view was the old roadway so not a problem.
NJ was very responsive and helped me whenever I had a question. The property was very clean and had a ton of supplies already in it for use— shampoo, body wash, cotton swabs, etc. and a full washer and dryer.
I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Location to waterfront was excellent. Within walking distance of Sea Aquarium, piers, Pikes Market. Condo was fully equipped & adequate. Only downfall was the nearby construction of the new aquarium.
4.0 / 5.0
While the condo was well appointed and in a great location it could use a little TLC. The cleanliness was less than stellar and areas needed touch up paint etc. Due to construction in the area and arriving after dark it was very difficult to see the numbers on the building for check in. The photos of the view should also be updated, the gorgeous night views that drew me to the property are no longer there due to construction of the new aquarium.
4.0 / 5.0
The main photo used is not what the area currently looks like. The apartment actually looks out to construction that is currently in progress to make it look that way. During the week, construction started early. We were not told about it ahead of time. We had to go under construction tape to get anywhere. Lyft/Uber couldn’t pick up or drop off to the building either. We were fine with walking but it would have been nice to have that option. It will be wonderful when the construction is completed.
The apartment and inside the building was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and Murphy bed were firm and not what we can easily sleep on, but I know some people like firm beds. The location itself is worth staying here once construction is completed.
5.0 / 5.0
We enjoyed our stay on the waterfront. The condo had everything we needed, was walking distance to restaurants, breweries, Pike’s Place, aquarium and so much more. NJ was very accommodating and responsive. The entire experience was positive. We would definitely recommend this condo!
There is construction going across the street, but it didn’t bother us much and once completed it’ll make the location of the condo even better.

Condo was perfect for my wife & I. Great Location since we were able to walk to many sites. Half day on Bainbridge Island was a highlight!
5.0 / 5.0
The owner was super communicative and helped navigate many questions around travel from airport, dropping off bags, etc. Location is perfect for many Seattle attractions.
4.0 / 5.0
The location of the condo was perfect. Our stay started out a little on the stressful side and Construction made it difficult for out of town guests who are unfamiliar with the area to get to with road closures right at the entrance of the property but once we figured out what we needed to do out it was easy. We were honestly disappointed with the construction which is taking place directly outside of the window, as the photos online didn’t accurately portray the current reality. All that said, however, once we were over the disappointment of that piece, everything else about the stay was truly perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and really enjoyed the city. The location of the condo truly was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Once the construction is complete, this will be a five star location. We would come back to this condo again and appreciated the beauty of Seattle from the angles that did not face the construction.
5.0 / 5.0
This place has great views, is a quiet building & is the perfect location to walk to multiple site seeing places. The only tricky part is the construction on the street out front & the building construction to the side made finding the entrance difficult. Once found though it was a great place to stay.

The property was great. The view was incredible.

I stayed for a week with my wife and 2 year old son while visiting Seattle for the first time from the UK, and we really enjoyed our trip. The building and apartment itself were lovely. Clean, spacious, all of the appliances you could need, and a brilliant view. The location was perfect too. It was amazing to be right by the water and with so much within walking distance (aquarium, wheel, Pike Place, Seattle Center etc.). Access to the building was slightly restricted because of the adjacent construction work, but that barely caused us any inconvenience, and we weren’t disturbed by any construction noise at all during our stay, so its seemingly well sound-proofed. It’s worth noting that the reception for the building doesn’t hold luggage, but they helpfully provided us with information on how we could pay to store our luggage locally for the few hours between returning the keys and heading to the airport. Overall, i would highly recommend.

We had a great few days exploring Seattle, there's always so much to do and see and the bayside location of this rental was fantastic. The neighbours were quiet, the beds were comfortable, the unit had everything we needed, and NJ was great at responding quickly to messages.
We would have appreciated knowing that the construction site was directly outside the window as it was very loud at times, and some days they worked late and started very early.
There are also some things within the unit that could use some fixing, most importantly the blinds, which we did know about in advance, but they will be a huge help for additional guests staying on the pull-out bed to block the bright lights that shine in all night.
Once the new construction is finished, this will be the most ideal location, and we would be happy to stay again!

Very nice and clean and great location.
Had to detour quite a few blocks to access Pike Market due to construction. On the plus side, to my husband’s delight, we enjoyed a bird’s-eye view of the project.
Seamless rental experience with everything as promised and clear directions and expectations.
Will return to this property next Seattle trip.

We were here on our 20th anniversary. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Its location to Pike Place Market is the real highlight. Takes maybe 7-10 minutes to get there, and it will be quicker once the construction is done. Speaking of the construction, it didn't really impact our stay at all.
Parking garage is great. The closest entrance is best to use though we couldn't find it at first because it looks like it is a construction entrance.

Amazing view/location/property/property manager. Felt very safe. Loved the mind-clearing feeling the beautiful views provided. Property stocked with essentials. NJ (property manager) very responsive and helpful. Would not stay anywhere else in Seattle, regardless of the construction next door!
4.0 / 5.0
This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything. We were aware of the construction that is right next door. They start between 5-6am and finish around 5 every day except Sunday. You have a lot of foot and car traffic but given the location that is something you should expect. Overall the place was great for location and the unit was clean.
