We were amazed by the house and backyard. Location is out and away from the city with instant access to hiking. Pictures don’t do justice at how beautiful the property is. We loved the home location, access to lakes, pickle ball, tennis, bball, vball, etc…We we’re at the lakes/park every day and made a few friends playing pickle ball! We were even invited over to a family’s home for dinner! Everyone is superbly kind and welcoming. We lived our week outside and enjoyed each moment. Highly recommend this property!

Our family stayed here in March. (2 parents in their 50s & 2 married adult kids with kids) The location is great. The property is amazing, if you like the pictures, you'll love it; the pictures don't do it justice. Before our arrival, the owner had a pool heater problem, couldn't get it fixed to his satisfaction & replaced it immediately. He communicated the entire time. There was a refrigerator issue also, which was fixed before arrival; the property manager was great - letting us check in early, since the kids flights were on the early side.
The pool is beautiful, the putting green, the gas firepit & grill were all used with lots of fun had by everyone.
Everything you could want in the kitchen was there, Everything! Space in the dining room for family dinner, separate room for tv.
I hope we get the chance to stay here again. Thanks Brian!!

Would stay there again. Everything was great however we came for the warm weather and it was cold. no fault of the owners just unlucky for us. Spent more time inside. great location to do outside things. there are even beach volleyball courts aside of the tennis/pickleball. we could have taken out a kayak on the lakes , it was open to guests and free, but it was too cold. Arizona did not show well, but the house did!

We had a great time at this location. We travel to the area quite often for baseball tournaments and stay at VRBO houses instead of hotels. Of all the houses this one ranks among the top. Great Gathering Place
We chose this property because it was close to extended family who stayed in a VRBO 2 blocks away. As it happened, they were unable to host Thanksgiving dinner (their rental had a water leak which soaked the carpets) so our family of 6 expanded to host dinner for 10. The common areas expanded easily so we all were able to watch football, as well as cook and dine together.

My first impression of Brian, the owner, was very positive from our beginning interaction and conversations. He was very quick to reply and answer any questions. He was great to communicate with!
Our 1 week stay in this home was completely wonderful! We were an 8 adult family and the large spaces worked well for us. The pool, putting green and backyard became our main space for most of our time. Everything was well kept and very clean. Access to the community gym, beautiful walking, bike trails and ponds allowed everyone to enjoy a variety of activities when we weren't relaxing at the house. We will definitely come back to this home when we come back to Arizona. Thanks Brian for sharing your home with us!!

Unbelivable place to stay!! We recently went to AZ for our annual Spring Training trip. Stayed at Brian's House for 8 nights. Words cannot describe how nice this house is. Everything is stocked, nothing has been overlooked. Pool is amazing and putting green is a little challenging but fun. Brian has bikes and helmets, tennis rackets, bag chairs, pool floaties, cooler and many other items for you to use. The patio is nice and warm on the cool mornings and shaded for the sunny and hot AZ afternoons. Bedrooms are spacious and living rooms have plenty of room to relax. Great location in the Estrella Mountain region. Plenty of hiking trails in the nearby mountains. There are 2 lakes to walk or bike around on a paved path. There is also a nearby park for children to play and tennis or pickelball courts for everyone to use. The icing on the cake was the gas fireplace on the patio to relax during the cool AZ evenings. 2019 Spring Training
This VRBO exceeded all expectations for our group. Very relaxing environment with many amenities. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with a table fire during the cool evenings. Hiking and Biking had endless trails and bike paths. Very close to the Goodyear ballpark where we enjoyed both Reds and Indians Spring Training games. Owner answered our questions in a timely manner and gave us a heads up on matters concerning the house. Can't wait to stay at this place next year if available.

Beautiful Home
We traveled to Goodyear from Minnesota for spring break. We were so happy to be out of the cold and the Arizona weather did not disappoint. The home was beautiful, even better than the pictures show. We absolutely loved the backyard. Between days in the pool and nights by the fire, there was something for everyone in our family. The owner was very accommodating with our request for early check in and responding to our questions during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home if you are traveling to the Phoenix area. We hope to come back again!
