Located just 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, this beautiful vacation home is the perfect get away location for you, your family and friends! Our house is located in a quiet community with the backyard overlooking the Palm Valley Golf Course.
Goodyear Ball Park and Camelback Ranch are located a short 12 minutes away. The State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals (NFL) and the annual Fiesta Bowl is located within 20 minutes. Chase Field (MLB) and the Talking Stick Resort Arena (NBA) are located a short 30 minute drive to downtown Phoenix. The Arizona Coyotes (NHL) are located in Tempe which is approx. 40 minutes away.
If you love shopping, you will enjoy the Westgate Entertainment District, Tanger Outlets and the Arrowhead Town Center all within 25 minutes. Scottsdale is just 45 minutes away and offers great shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons or Old Town Scottsdale. If you take a trip into Scottsdale, make time to see their Zoo. The open floor plan features a family room off the kitchen and is equipped with a 75 inch big screen TV and wireless Wi-Fi for everyone.
The eat-in kitchen has a center island with granite counter tops. The fridge has a built in water and ice dispenser with filtered water which makes it safe and delicious to drink. The stove is glass top with dual ovens, there is a built in microwave for those quick warm ups and a double door dishwasher for those quick clean ups. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (pod & pot), blender, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, and more . The cupboards are stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc, and have been labeled to assist in maintaining a fully organized kitchen.
The main floor has an office with desk, chair and WiFi which is perfect for those who require a work friendly private space.
The large main floor Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, open concept bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower with multiple shower heads and separate toilet room.
No worries for the rest of the family or friends. Others will appreciate the comfort of a king size bed in the first spare bedroom that also includes a 47 inch TV, a queen in each of the second and third bedrooms. In case there is a late arrival there is a comfy futon in the upper loft/pool table area.

We enjoyed our stay is this beautiful home. The description was accurate. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The location was great with just about any restaurant or store you could want within a 5 minute drive. The owner messaged us a couple days into our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend this home.

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The location was centrally located for everywhere we went during the week. The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 teens and they were entertained and had plenty of space the entire time. We’d highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

This is one of our favorite vrbos to date. The heated pool and hot tub were in excellent working condition and we spent alot of time in them. The house was perfect everyone had their own space and we enjoyed family time in the kitchen and family room. It was also the best stocked VRBO i have rented. We had no issues with the home so i did not have a need for a lot of contact with the owners but when i did reach out they were always polite and quick to respond. We would love to rent this property again.

Would have liked to have the pool and hot tub warmer. Hot tub only holds two people at a time due to molding of it and is old or appears old. No outdoor dining space was disappointing we probably should have figured this our from the photos. Otherwise it was fine. However we felt it was overpriced compared to other places we have stayed in the area.

Great spacious, comfortable and clean home
We enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The home is large with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the backyard was a great hangout space with the pool, comfortable lounge chairs, a hot tub and grill. We also enjoyed having the garage to park in. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great getaway
We spent 4 days in the beautiful Arizona sun at this home. The house was just beautiful. 4 full bedrooms with 2 1/2 good sized bathrooms. Beautiful- very well stocked - kitchen. Pool was great … very private and well supplied with towels and beach chairs. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Nice neighborhood where we enjoyed morning walks.
I’d for sure recommend this place and will consider returning if we’re back in the area.

Very very nice place to stay the only thing that would have made it better would be the hot tub... the hot tub was a weird configuration where only 2 people could use it and it would never get above 93 degrees, very old tub. Otherwise it was a great stay.

My family needed to come to Phoenix on short notice and booked the home. I was overwhelmed by how easy it was to communicate with the owner. They are wonderful people.
The home is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless, well stocked and in a great location. There is nothing that was misrepresented in the posting.
When we return to Phoenix, which is at least four times per year, we will come back to this home in a heartbeat. One of the best homes in the area.

Bottom line: this is one of the most amazing properties I've ever stayed at. The house is just beautiful, spacious. safe, clean and it just feels like home. Excellent pool and backyard.. What's great is that, if you forgot anything - I am 100% certain the house has it stocked. Plenty of places to go walking, golfing, shopping.... easy ride to and from airport..
The owners are absolutely fantastic, friendly and so willing to answer any questions - and I think I may have asked Chris a few too many! LOL! Overall wonderful people to work with.
My husband and I will be coming back to this home sooner than later.

WOW... is the best way to describe our stay! Chris was AMAZING and was always available. This house has it ALL!! Kitchen is fully stocked and the house covered all of our needs! We loved it so much this will be our forever rental when we come out to AZ, which is about 3x a year! You will not be disappointed staying here!!

The house was very clean and well taken care of!
The only drawback was that it backed up to a noisy street (which the owners have no control over! Which we understand) However it was centrally located and easy to navigate the surrounding areas because it was close to everything! The house was very clean and well equipped

This is a gorgeous house with a great location! Goodyear is a beautiful city and this home is just off of Palm Valley golf course.
You will find everything you need at this five star accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating in. The cupboards are neatly organized and labeled for your convenience. The backyard pool and heated jacuzzi tub were awesome! Beds all heavenly!
We were here to see a concert at Glendale arena which was a quick 10-15 min drive.
Nearby, the White Tank Mountains offer a great out of town feeling that’s perfect for getting some dessert photographs. There are big or little hikes with stunning views.
This area of Greater Phoenix is one of the best!!

Perfect house!
We had a great time and the house was perfect for the needs of our family! We loved the pool and hot tub, which were the perfect temperature. Great location across the street from the golf course for our sons that are big golfers. This beautiful house was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We would definitely stay again!
