We have a new Ultraviolet AC system, Dehumidifier and an Eden Pure air purifier for fresh purified air. “Silver Sands” at Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! Once you visit us, we know you will want to come back again and again. This 1st floor unit is the Ultimate in convenience, park next to your sliding glass doors to the living room for jumping in your car or for loading and unloading. Designated Beach Access is only about 50 yds. from your outside balcony to get to be down on the beach with sand between your toes! Large pool available with hot tub.
Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.
For your comfort we now have a brand new 'Stearns & Foster' mattress.

We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

The condo was smaller than what we thought. The washer & dryer was on the property but not in the actual unit. The machines overcharged me several times. Ending up being $24 to do 2 loads of laundry (both washing & drying). The location was great. Very close to the privacy gate to the beach. Also the back area off from the sliding doors was smaller then I appeared it to be & in the listing there were 2 pools but when we got there we could only use one of them & it was small.

Dear Mr. Paul, I was going to email you informing you of our satisfaction and enjoyment renting your Destin, FL condo at Gulfview. It was extremely clean with very nice, comfortable furnishings. It was very nice to be on the bottom floor with easy access to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I would highly recommend renting your apartment to others as we were extremely pleased and would certainly return. Thank you for making our first stay in Destin (Miramar) a happy and comfortable one. Although we didn’t have an issue we were not used to properties “claiming areas of beach as Private”. If we had a complaint that would have been the only one which is not a reflection on your condo. Thanks again, L Sneed

Good location, nice hot tub and pool. Unit has several places of visable mold and smelled musty. Had to air the unit out daily, but the humidity and the damp musty smell came back. The place needs a complete scrubbing, carpet removed in bedroom and duct for HVAC cleaned.

Paul made our stay easy and was very accommodating. We decided we wanted to stay another day and he made it happen. Condo was clean and location was great. Beach was easy access across the street. Abundance of towels and was cloths. Washer and dryer across the hallway in same building. We very much enjoyed our stay.

In general our stay was good. Walk to the beach was about 50 ft, have to cross the road to the gate. The Apt is Small but Clean and Price made it worth while. OK so I will go over the not so great. the door had a gap underneath which I believe led to the Main bedroom being Damp due to the Humidity.. the carpet and bedding constantly felt Wet..! this made it difficult to sleep in. There was only "1" trash bag and it was in the can for kitchen trash... 1 Small closet in bedroom with 3 hangers- we had to go buy hangers and trash bags. The water pressure was terrible first half of the week.. the Management did have work done on the lines toward the end of the week which DID HELP Tremendously. There really isnt anywhere to sit outdoors unless you go to the pool, the 1Fl units have a small porch but they are blocked by parking and the AIR Units are literally Right there so its LOUD and they blow HOT HOT Air.. I didnt see Anyone sit outside on the porches all week, and its totally understandable. All in All it was a good place, just a few Blah things.

Went with my mom and sister and had a wonderful time. Room was perfect for us and the beach access is great. Was able to walk just down the street to Capt Dave's and had an excellent meal overlooking the beach.

I highly recommend this property as it fully meets the description provided in the listing. The condo was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities and essentials. Furthermore, the beach is conveniently located just across the street. I did not have any issues that required me to contact Mr. Paul, so we did not communicate. However, he did send me the entry instructions in advance and provided all the necessary information. Thank you, Paul, and I would definitely stay at this property again.

We were celebrating our 56th wedding anniversary and the condo was just perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, close to the pool. We didn't need to call Paul because the condo was well furnished with everything we needed.

I liked it, everything was almost perfect, but i do want to comment something for future stays so that you wont get bad rating, the digital lock has the number 9/0 stuck so you have to use the key, the bed in the sofa it so bad it hurts, and there were some roches, just want you guys to know so maybe you can better that. Overall view property was nice. The unit had the furniture in it that looked like it had been there from when purchases,’. No storage place couch/sleep sofa was very difficult to get out of and mattress in bed was old. And there was bugs around exterminator came twice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Tried to get to the beach with the gate access and it didn't work. Had a problem with some bugs that he did act very quickly on. It just wasn't very comfortable over all.

We loved the location and the condo was very well equipped with everything beach lovers could need. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was clean and orderly and quite honestly, it felt like home. Short walk to the beach, no problem. Loved Destin & Miramar Beach in general, we will be back!!! Traveled with my wife, son and our 4 y.o. grand daughter.

Couldn't get into room at check in time because it hadn't been cleaned. Had to wait almost two hours before we could get into and relax. Other than being offered to put our stuff in main bedroom while she cleaned and go to the beach or pool while it was pouring down rain. Had ants under the bunkbeds coming from hvac closet, there was spray under sink so must be common issue. Master bedroom bed is completely worn out and has two massive craters to sleep in. Overall decor and upkeep of the unit could use some attention. The gulfview location is great but I'd keep an eye out for another unit. This was our 6th time at gulfview and we have stayed at 5 different units now and this was by far our least favorite.

We loved our week in this condo! We had everything we needed in order to feel at home. The beach towels provided were just an extra touch. The location was perfect. Only a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of Pompano Joe’s. Paul was great to work with too! My favorite thing about the condo was it being on the first floor which made grocery trips a breeze and the pool was literally right outside our door. The Laundry facilities were great as well, I was able to come home with all clean clothes! Thanks again, Paul.
