About this house rental

Walk to Main Street! Our bungalow is on Historic Orange Street just a short walk from Town. Our property has two large homes on it, the bungalow is at the front of the property overlooking Orange Street.Central air makes this bungalow a comfortable retreat in the summer months. Enter into a very large family kitchen fully equipped to cook and entertain. The primary bedroom is very private ,has reclaimed wide plank hardwood floors ,a beautiful new carrera marble bathroom , ADA height toilet and a huge glass shower.The primary bedroom has a KING size bed ,all new furniture and all new linens.The primary bedroom also features a private sitting area perfect for reading ! The second bedroom has a queen size bed with all new cottage furniture and all new linens next to a tile bath with ADA height toilet and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has one twin with nautical accents and all new linens. All bedrooms and living room have 32'flat screen high def tv's. The livingroom is off of the kitchen and has plenty of seating, EXTREME PRO WIFI and a large selection of books and puzzles. The sunporch with wrap around windows has a double bed for napping and a sofa and work space with a desk. High speed internet included! The kitchen is stocked with all essentials. Washer and dryer are in the house along with beach chairs and beach towels. Just outside the kitchen door is a fully furnished deck with a grill. We added a huge outdoor shower in 2017! Spacious private driveway with plenty of room for one off street parking space. The bungalow is approximately 1500 square feet all on one level.
This 1926 bungalow is located on historic Orange Street just a short walk to Main Street. No smoking on the property. NO PETS. NO SMOKING

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s house this summer. The location is excellent as it’s a short drive to most beaches and it’s a less than a mile walk into town, which was doable for my elementary aged kids. The house was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. It was perfect for our family.

We loved staying here. I came with my 12 year old daughter and mother in law. The house is on the edge of town but was perfect walking distance to coffee shops, my favorite morning barre workout class and restaurants. We did not rent a car and we biked, walked, or took a taxi everywhere. The house was very clean with SUPER comfortable beds. The walk to town is about a half mile so for younger kids that could be too far but we enjoyed it every time and stopped and looked at all the flowers and enjoyed the pretty houses. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Nantucket for a wedding. The property is lovely and exactly as described. The beds are comfortable. We couldn’t initially get into the house, but the owner was quick in communication to help figure it out. The house didn’t have paper towels or shampoo and conditioner but otherwise was everything we needed!

We had the BEST time! Perfect location to walk to Main St, everything you could need! The beds were very comfortable, slept 5 of us comfortably! Can’t wait to come back to the cutest island ever!

The house is in a great location. It has everything you need for your stay on Nantucket. Easy walk to town. There is a Cumberland Farms 2 doors away so it was easy to get some quick supplies that we needed without having to go to the supermarket first thing. The beds are comfortable. Overall, a great spot. The locks can be tricky but the owner was quick with helping us rectify the situation.

We stay in lots of short term rentals as we travel quite a but and this property was one of the tops. Cynthia was a great communicator. The home is beautiful and the location is great. The kitchen is nice and large. Beautiful bluestone floors. It has everything you need to cook at home. We usually do breakfast at home and eat out the rest of the time. The Stop and Shop is awesome and only a few minutes away by foot or bike. There is a Cumberland Farms convenience store not even a 1/2 block away. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed. We loved having a washer and dryer which is located in the basement. The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to downtown but also close to all the bike paths to the beaches etc. There was nothing we needed. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property with good location. Walking anywhere is easy but a tiny bit of a stretch downtown if you have luggage as at the beginning or end of the trip. We were a group of four and it was just perfect but I would suspect a group of 7 (the maximum designated) would have a difficult time because the setup might require five to use one bathroom. Overall very pleased with this rental.

House was perfect. Great location, spotless, comfortable, spacious and so cute. Easy, quick walk into downtown/boat basin area, as well as many restaurants and shops outside of town. Host was communicative and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to book again next year!

We had a great weekend stay at Beautiful Dreamer for a girls weekend. You cannot beat the location, walkable to downtown and the ferry but also two blocks from a convenience store, gas station, grocery store, and wine and sandwich shops (not to mention the Chicken Box), but still with nice views of a park and the marsh. The house is cute and well appointed, with comfy beds, a nice master bath, nice outdoor seating, and big eat in kitchen. The doors/locks are a little tricky, but everything else was great. Would stay again and recommend.

The property is just as described - very clean and well-located near the center of town, and close to Stop and Shop and next to Cumberland Farms (early AM coffee and late night ice cream). The kitchen is perfect for cooking - well-appointed with everything you need. The beds are quite comfortable, and we had such a relaxing time walking around Nantucket, seeing the island, and enjoying our family getaway. Thanks so much, Cynthia! Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends!

Our trip started with excellent communication with the homeowner who accommodated us in every way she could. The home itself was absolutely lovely and pictures did not do it justice. It was beautifully laid out and could accommodate three couples easily with room for all to spread out. It was centrally located near the town center without being in a noisy area. We couldn’t I’ve been happier with the home and I genuinely think it is the best Vrbo I have ever stayed at!

This house was perfect for Christmas stroll. Just 10 or so minutes away from Main Street and pretty much everything is within walking distance or a very quick cab ride away. I stayed at Cynthia's house with 4 friends and the house was a perfect size (the kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook). Definitely recommend staying here!

The bungalow was a great choice for our family of five. It’s a walk to the town center, but a close walk to breakfast. We rented a keep to explore the island, but had we had more time, we could have used type shuttle bus…Wave. The bungalow easily sleeps 7 w/o use of sofas. Everything you’d need is included.

I've stayed in Nantucket several times. This space and location was perfect as I came with 6 girlfriends. There was plenty of space for us to sleep, in fact we could have accommodated 2-3 more, comfortably. We walked almost everywhere the entire weekend and really enjoyed the outdoor patio- I'd definitely stay here again if its available! The host was extremely responsive when I had questions throughout the weekend. Thank you, Cynthia!

We had a great stay. The house in lovely. Beautiful master area. Close to downtown and bike path. The traffic from outside can be a little loud for light sleepers because it is on a busy street.

This house is perfect! The pictures do not do it justice!!! We loved strolling into town ... such an easy walk!!! Also added bonus was that the bus stop to Sconset literally was 70 feet away from the house!!! The beds were comfy and we even enjoyed a night in and cooked in the very well appointed kitchen!! We want to come back!!!!

House is in an excellent location - close to the bike paths, restaurants, groceries, liquor store and the cutest Cumberland Farms. Recycling had not been taken out by previous tenant, but someone was there to rectify their error minutes after I notified Cynthia, so we couldn’t ask for a better solution. Would rent here again!

So glad we were able to stay at Beautiful Dreamer for our girls getaway. Everything was fantastic and so convenient to everything. We loved walking to various places but having the local bus stop right in front was an added plus. The accommodations were fantastic! You have an adorable cottage that's so well kept and modern yet still has that "Nantucket" style that' that makes you feel right at home. We loved going out but we also loved staying in and playing games around the kitchen table at night. It was truly one of my most memorable and enjoyable vacations and I hope to return some day.

Wonderful house, plenty of linens and towels. Cynthia was quick to return phone calls and text messages. Big kitchen for gathering and nice outside patio. Plenty of water for all of us to shower. The outside shower was a nice bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

The property was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could want to enjoy your stay.
