Fantastic house in an amazing, convenient location close to Main. Well equipped. Wouldn’t change a thing except that with no AC screens on the windows would be nice for summer months. House cooled down decently well after sundown, but would have felt more consistently comfortable had there been more screened windows to open. Already recommended to friends; when we’re back in Breck, we’ll be back here👍

We had a great time at the property for a summer escape from the heat. Our three year old son loved the house and its proximity to the shops and food in Main Street. The host was responsive and the house was great. We can’t wait to come back for a ski vacation.

The Bogart is steps from everything, but you might not want to leave. This surprisingly spacious home is wonderfully designed and finished out with everything you could ever need. Enjoy coffee on the patio with an unobstructed view of the slopes of Breck, or lounge in the great room with friends playing games or watching TV. I know it sounds like I am writing an ad, but it was an absolutely fantastic stay for two families and a bunch of kiddos. Highly, highly recommend.

Simply our best experience ever renting a home for a family vacation. We brought our family together for Independence Day week in Breckenridge ... 8 adults and 5 children(ages 9 months to 3 years) ... this stunning home was beyond our expectations and gave each family their own private room with their own bath, while providing ample room for us all to be together. The Bogart house was built with incredible attention to detail, is immaculately cared for and has incredible views of the ski slopes. While only one block from Breckenridge's main street, you would never know it as you sit up high and the outdoor area remains private and quiet. The location let us rest and relax while coming and going to the activities that were close at hand. The management company was exceptional with their communications before, during and after our stay and tracked down a forgotten item for us. We give the highest recommendation possible for this property.

The Bogart house is a beautiful home in a perfect part of Breckinridge. We were conveniently located to shopping and many restaurant choices. We walked to dinner every night. The house is very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We had 12 in our party, ages 8-79. We had a lot of space and never felt crowded. Any time we needed anything, they were very nquick to respond. I would recommend the Bogart house to anyone traveling to Breckinridge.

Our family of six adults and 3 children ages 3, 2 and 1 loved our five nights in early June at the Bogart House. The location can't be beat and the finishes and design of the home are first class - like staying in a Ritz hotel with your own kitchen and living areas. You'll get incredible open views of Peaks 6, 7 8 and 9 from the living area and front patio and most every room in the house. Located just a block and a half from the middle of Main Street yet quiet and peaceful as can be. The photos really can't do it justice - the front of the house faces a protected undeveloped historic meadow area - with a small playground just steps out your front door. Grandparents could keep an eye on grandkids while vacationing parents could go shopping or for a cup of coffee together. The layout was perfect to put kiddies to bed while adults stayed up playing games in the living room - or for afternoon naps. The kitchen was super well equipped - we were constantly amazed by how well thought out everything was. Top that off with the great service we received - Wow. AA++! Wonderful memories will last a lifetime from our stay at the Bogart House.

With two families and 7 children between us, the house was spacious, we never felt on top of one another. It's a shame the bunk room is a double over a double - for families there are more options if bunks are singles. The house is close to the gondola, but a little too far for kids to walk in boots and with skis. Unfortunately by the start of April the free bus is just once every 40 minutes, which isn't really ideal, so we did need to drive to the gondola. Perfect for walking to shops and restaurants though.

This house is in the absolutely perfect location for skiing. Even the 5 year old was easily able to gear up and walk to the gondola! The house is very well thought out from the heated garage to keep the gear and the back entry off the garage for coats boots etc. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. The in floor heat on the first floor & master bath was so nice after a long day skiing. We will rent it again and will recommend it to others. I will say if you’re not accustomed to the altitude, Pinnacle recommended to have an oxygen concentrator at the house, which we did and it was worth every penny. Sarah at Pinnacle was quick to reply with any questions. It was a great holiday!

Spring Break 2021
Our group loves to ski and patronize local restaurants. This is the perfect property to meet these needs. It is a 10 minute walk to the town lift and easy access to Main St. The property owners seemed to have spared no expense updating the house. Plenty of room for multiple families. The heated garage is great for the winter. There is a separate area to store skis and other equipment. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I am a very picky person, like I wash all the dishes before using them, however this home is very clean and I didn't feel the need to wash everything! Plenty of blankets to snuggle up with, beds very comfortable, lots of space and very easy to let this home feel like your own! This home has everything and location is excellent. Walking distance to lifts and restaurants couldn't be easier. We are already planning on coming back to this home! I had changed our dates several times and the response was very quick and accommodating. Loved, Loved, loved this house and definitely would come back again.

Luxury with a View and Best Location
The Bogart house was everything as advertised and more! The home is spectacular with top-notch amenities and architectural beauty. The bedding and furniture were all top notch. The location is perfect - just off Main Street and a 2-minute walk to the best activities in downtown Breckenridge. The hot tub and views on the back patio were perfect too!
