We have a wonderful three bedroom, two bath condominium in the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and we would love to share it with you!

Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo!We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.

Master bedroom - King bed
Second bedroom - Queen bed
Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double Bed, Single Bed)
Living room - Full sofa bed
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children!

Towels & sheets are included for the # of guest when you book the condo. I do not charge for linens & towels for the number of people you say you have when you book. Outdoor chairs and umbrellas are in outside storage for you! I start the season with 10 chairs!
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season.

VRBO and owner are not responsible for travelers choice of insurance. The $59. insurance is for damage/breakage in condo. Payments can be made thru VRBO .

Great place to stay and see the sunrise. Must have been Mustang week because car owners there didn't mind making loud engine noises. The only down fall was no elevator.

I’ll start from the beginning, we were able to check in with ease and about 30 minutes before we were scheduled to. Everything was great and clean upon arrival. The area is so much better than staying in Myrtle. It feels like you’re no where near the busyness of Myrtle but close enough to partake if you want. The beach wasn’t crowded and was a lot cleaner than Myrtle is. Beds are really comfortable and the balcony is cozy. Our only gripes would be having no water dispensing out of fridge, no ramp beach access for pulling a cart and no dining table on the balcony. Long story short this place is 10/10 and we will be back!!! Thanks Melinda for a great week!

We spent several days at Surfside Beach. We were notified when condo was ready via text and check in was easy. Owner replied to texts/emails. Beds are unbelievably comfortable and the view is great. Comfortable chairs on porch. Condo was clean and well organized including the kitchen. Decor is tastefully designed with out clutter. We hope to return

Beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. The location of the condo is quiet, in between more bustling parts of the town, which is still walkable to enjoy. The unit is right above the pool area. This can be great for families but not so great for older folks who would like it on the quieter side during peak season. It depends on what you’re looking for and time of year.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Melinda’s condo. It was just as described in the listing. We had plenty of room, it was extremely clean and convenient to our favorite restaurants. The sunrises were just magnificent! Melinda was a great host and even called to make sure we had the codes to get in. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo is beautifully appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Have to mention how comfortable the beds are! You can not beat the view from the balcony and you are right on the water. That picture is not photo-shopped! Just a quick drive down 17 to Murrell's Inlet to excellent waterfront restaurants and fresh seafood markets. Check out Huntington Beach State Park in Murrell's Inlet while you are there. Surfside Beach offers only the beach for entertainment, so unless you want to go to Myrtle Beach, bring games and a deck of cards if the weather is rainy. Melinda, the host, is a pleasure to speak with if you have the need or desire to. Just book it!

My most favorite place was the wonderful outdoor patio porch. Very roomy with comfortable furniture and spectacular views. Issues checking I. Because locks had been updated and we didn’t get new information but when we finally got with owner got new information all went smoothly and was reimbursed for inconvenience

The property was exactly as described and couldn’t have been better located, cleaner or more comfortable. The environment is peaceful and quiet, the views outstanding and the ease of communicating with Melinda was terrific. She was responsive to any questions we had and handled everything. Food nearby was delicious and we were only minutes away from anything we needed like groceries. It was the perfect oasis vacation spot. Highly recommend !

We enjoyed our stay here! This was the perfect size for my family! Lots of room and right on the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! The only hiccup on our trip was the refrigerator went out while we were there and it took 2 days to get a new one. Melinda was quick to respond and get a new one ordered.

This was our first time staying in Surfside and we loved it! The condo was also very nice. Perfect for our family of three and our friends family of three. Loved the view. Kitchen was very well stocked. It was also so nice to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. The only thing bad was the sliding screen door on the master bedroom kept coming off track but we just didn’t use it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be very clean, and comfortable. We did have a little issue with the outdoor storage closet closing....the key was not fitting into the lock very well, and we didn't want to break anything, so left the umbrella in a spare room. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this ocean front condo. The entire condo was very clean and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had all items needed throughout our stay. The best added touch was having beach chairs & umbrellas available for use. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location of this property was fabulous. Great view of the ocean from the balcony property, and close enough to the beach to run into the condo as often as needed for bathrooms, drinks, etc. Surfside is our new favorite beach location. Very quiet. We ate at many restaurants in Surfside and we were happy with every meal we had. The ice cream parlors were also a plus. Painter's Ice Cream Salty Goat flavor is TO DIE FOR! We are looking forward to visiting Surfside Beach again. (double check your GPS when you enter directions. Make sure it is Surfside! There is a condo with the same address in North Myrtle Beach. We stopped for gas on our travels and our gps adjusted our route and took us to the wrong condo in North Myrtle Beach.)

Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive! Small hiccup with tv connection was promptly addressed and she was very gracious about a scheduling mishap that we made. The condo matched the photos and proximity to beach was incredible. We enjoyed just watching the water from the enclosed deck as much as we liked the beach itself. (Pictures of views out windows don’t do justice!) The furniture and bedding were all comfy with plenty of blankets to curl up with on cooler evenings. Location also had easy access to plenty of yummy restaurants in walking distance which was a bonus. The pool area was nicely shielded from the windy beach and perfect for play for little ones. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available was much appreciated! We would return!
