Do you insist on vacation accommodations that are really up to date? This spacious oceanfront three bedroom, three full bath condo is for you. Granite countertops in the kitchen, large side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser in the door, flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, ceramic cooktop range, everything in this South Shores II condo is first class. It has been reserved for the owners and their family until now.
One of many reasons to love Surfside Beach is that there are no high rise buildings to detract from the delightful "beach village" experience. A downside is that not many of the condo buildings have elevators. South Shores II is a great small complex that has an elevator, and carts to making unloading so much easier. Better yet, this beautifully decorated condo is on the third floor, which is the top floor at South Shores II.
Enjoy a real beach vacation feeling from the spacious third floor balcony. Relax inside the comfortably furnished living room after full vacation days, take in some TV on the large flat screen. The kitchen has recent appliances, including a ceramic top stove, and a side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser. You will find spacious granite countertops for lots of food preparation space, with a full complement of pots, pans, appliances, dishes and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The master bedroom has a door to the balcony, a new king size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of storage space and a full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have two queen beds, TVs and direct access to full bathrooms.
South Shores II has a full size swimming pool by the beach. There are plenty of lounge chairs, it won't be crowded with only 16 units in the complex. There are two parking places per condo at South Shores II. The soft warm sand of Surfside Beach is a short stroll from the pool deck.
Surfside Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer, along with over 100 golf courses. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks north from South Shores II. Water slides and amusement parks that kids love are right out on business 17. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. The Murrells Inlet "Restaurant Row" is the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", it's a few minutes south. Just a short drive north are all the attractions, dining, shopping and nightlife of Myrtle Beach; Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, amusement parks, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south.

Our group consisted of several sisters and our mom, along with a few of our daughters and a granddaughter. We booked this condo to spend some quality family time together and to shop for Christmas gifts. The condo was immaculate with a fabulous view of the ocean. The furniture was very comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax. This was really a nice place. Mandy was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Mandy even checked in with us during our stay to see if she could do anything for us. I can honestly say that Mandy went the extra mile for us and made us feel special.

This place has been everything you could want if your looking for a great family vacation. The home was very clean and very well furnished. The convenience of being close to everything was fantastic. The best part by far was the spectacular ocean view . Just steps to the beach made it very convenient for the grandkids (2 & 4). I would recommend these accommodations to anyone wanting to have a great family friendly vacation . Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed being on the water. The rooms were large, so it allowed plenty of space for the numerous adults that were traveling with us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The view was amazing. The people around us were friendly and helpful. Nice size pool. The views are spectacular here! This 3-bedroom Condo is so spacious and wonderful for entertaining! The only negative thing I would say is that the dining room chairs are awful. Mandy at the Itrip office is so sweet and accommodating.
Next year will be our 3rd year staying here and just love it. It’s close to everything too.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We were down for my daughters college graduation and made a small vacation out of it. I needed an elevator for my father in law. The view was perfection. Everything was amazing in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again. Missing the view and walks on the beach already. Thank you!

We have stayed at several different condos within the South Shores II building in Surfside Beach, SC and always have a wonderful stay, especially since booking the last four through iTrip. Mandi with iTrip is always very accommodating and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues. We have stayed at other condos along the NC/SC coast, but iTrip has by far been the best rental company we have dealt with. I only book through iTrip at this point. Thanks!

This condo was in a great location and was right on the beach with gorgeous views! Unfortunately the elevator was out the entire time due to the hurricane the week before we went but they were working on it when we left. The condo was spacious and well equipped. Beds were a little soft for our liking and they definitely need a new rug for the balcony. The one on it needs to be thrown in the trash. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

We have stayed in this same condo for 5 years and this year I will say that there are many areas that need attention. The space is becoming run down and just needs some TLC since the location and beach access are what we come for.
The master mattress needs to be replaced and the reclining furniture in the living room is broken. While we were here, the faucet was broken but maintenance did come and glue it back together. The outdoor rug on the patio is dirty and worn along with many other throw rugs in the condo. This is the first year we have considered not returning for these reasons. With just a little love and some replacements it could be back to good.

we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was for the most part clean. The location is perfect. The grills outside need to be replaced. One does not work at all and the other one is in terrible shape.

Nice Property (with one drawback)
Overall, the property is nice; stocked well. Beautiful location and view.
The only issue we had was the bat that somehow got into one of the bathrooms. We managed to get rid of it, but to our surprise, another bat was found in the same bathroom the next morning. Needless to say, we were very upset by this finding and called the maintenance number for assistance. They were very quick to respond; got rid of the bat and identified the area where it was coming in. Worked to close up the area and then called in an exterminator who came that afternoon. No further bats were found during our stay.
I would recommend this property but keep an eye out for bats (first bedroom/bathroom on the right hand side when you enter the property).

The HVAC unit died on Thursday.
The HVAC unit died on Thursday. They offered to get a portable unit until they could repair/replace the existing unit, but it was too late and we cut our trip short. Other than that the unit was nice but the furniture and drapes are in bad need of an update.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo
Great property!! Lots of room for 6 of us and felt there was actually more room than pictures show. Pictures were very accurate. Great beachfront location and quiet, felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you may need! Minor issues with shower curtains and TV remote were addressed quickly. Owner replied quickly with email correspondence to any questions/concerns. Property manager was helpful! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and spacious property
We loved our 6 week stay at this property. There was plenty room & the kitchen had everything you would need. Best equipped kitchen in a VBRO that we have encountered. The appliances were new but the ice maker didn't make much ice even after the maintenance guy worked on it.
1 queen mattress in the middle bedroom was soft to use. The king mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. We reported other small issues ( torn screens & multiple rips in the curtain lining.) These are minor & only mildly detract from the comfort of the property but kept me from giving it 5 Stars. ITrip rentals is great to with & very responsive.

The condo was exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms all had their own bath and were very clean.
We stayed for 41 nights and loved being on Surfside Beach. The location is close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment.
The I-trip property manager was great too.Honestly, the only room for improvement s would be to get new dining room chairs and a new set of frypans.
We already signed up for next year! Being able to bring our fur babies sealed the deal.

Very Nice 3 Bedroom Beachfront Condo
We decided to take a weekend trip to the Beach, since the weather looked gorgeous and it was my sons birthday. Made reservations 2 days before going. Great 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo
located close to several great restaurant experiences including
River City, Pizza Hyena, Bubbas Fish Shack and also close to Murrells Inlet (Claws, YUMMO Crab Nachos) The Condo had great views, very close to Beach, large sundeck, elevator, 3 floors in the building so it was nice and lots of parking. Two walk in Showers and one tub in the 3 baths, two beds in the two guest rooms and a king in the master, great beds for sleeping. Great Fall Prices. Would rent again

Had a great time. Lots of space in this condo, with a great view. They do need a new key, as it was tough to get into the door with one of them. Also replace shower curtains, mold, and vacuum under couches. Otherwise bedrooms were clean, lots of kitchen equipment, beautiful kitchen, and again, the view! And the elevator was a great savior! They have shopping carts and luggage cart to get groceries and belongings up and down faster and easier, what a great idea that was! We loved our stay here, and would stay here again! Thank you!

Great beach access!!
We had a fun time together! Location is Fantastic! Water pressure is low! And toilet in master bedroom squeals every time it’s flushed! And we had a noise complaint our first night there of little feet running! Well we have a three year old toddler and you don’t keep them still! Other than that it was great! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of room for the ten of us!

Property was big enough for our family(7 adults). Clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Access to the beach....just walk downstairs. view was amazing from the balcony. Everything was as advertised. Local property manager Mandy was absolutely amazing! friendly and extremely helpful on all fronts. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo!
We have a group of two families and children (who are now adults themselves!) that have been coming to Surfside Beach for 16 summers now - this is by far the absolute best condo we have rented. The amenities were amazing; it was clean, modern, well laid out and had a beautiful ocean view from the large balcony. Shopping carts and luggage carts, along with an elevator, made getting in and out easy - and the check in/check out process was quick and effortless. We truly enjoyed our stay and have already agreed this will be our first place to check for availability going forward for future beach trips! The owners and property managers were also great - very responsive and checked a couple of times to be sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time!!
