Good for the Soul is a large family friendly open floor plan 2nd floor condo with private elevator just 1 block from the Apalachicola River. Rental comfortably sleeps 6 people in King and Queen beds plus 2 more in a twin trundle. Located in Downtown Apalachicola and walking distance to shops, restaurants and city parks. Guests will enjoy an open concept living area with seating for 6, flat screen TV, books and board games. The spacious kitchen has everything for your cooking needs and features a dishwasher, breakfast bar, and natural stone counters. The Large Master bedroom with King bed comes equipped with en-suite bathroom with jetted soaker tub, tile walk-in shower, dual master vanity and two large closets. Second bedroom with queen bed is located on the opposite side of condo for privacy with the 2nd bath next door. Additional sleeping area for two with twin trundle bed is located in the cozy alcove adjacent to elevator. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine on you private covered veranda while listening to the band at High Five Dive Bar. It was great. Beautiful. Loved the colors and the decor and outside porch. Everything about this place was great. The one thing there that I don’t think was mentioned was the elevator and one of us has bad knee so he used it each time rather than step. Love the place!

This is the perfect location. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. A plus that is has parking. The apartment was great for two adult couples. Open concept in the living area and a fantastic, huge balcony overlooking downtown. Enjoyed our stay. The unit seemed to have everything we needed for a long weekend.

"Good for the Soul" lives up to its name. We had an amazing time at Apalachicola! We loved our condo and thought it was one of the NICEST places we had ever rented. We hope to be back. LOVED IT! Very clean, and everything was first-class and well-thought-out! Easy check-in and out and we enjoyed having the elevator.

We have stayed twice at this cute and convenient condo. This time neither tv worked. I reached out to the property manager 3 times as we wanted to watch football game. She replied once and said to give it a few seconds. I expected a maintenance person to stop by but no one did and I never heard from the leasing agent . That was disappointing. The refrigerator is also making a loud noise. This unit needs more / better pillows . There are some lamps without bulbs. Otherwise I would stay again. I am writing this because a few touches would have made this much better. The tv in the bedroom does not work at all as my husband and a few others tried several times. The cable box may be dead.

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was more spacious even than the pictures suggested....a great location and layout! We used the elevator as well. Thank you~

Great relaxing place. close walking to everything in Town. Just a short drive to St. George Island for Beaches and St. Park. The Town had a really great Fireworks and Party on the 3rd of July right in front of the Magnolia Place.

We really look liked this condo- great location and spacious. We didn’t rank it 5 stars as the mattresses were not comfortable at all. Also preferred a larger bed.

Perfect location near shopping and restaurants! Only 10 miles from SGI beach! Accommodations were super clean and classy. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to enjoy all that Apalachicola has to offer. We were all a little older so the elevator was a godsend. Clean and so nicely appointed. We're planning a trip back in Oct.

Super nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable and pretty. Located in the heart of Apalachicola, it provided everything one would want for a couple of days or a year. It’s also a reader or writers dream. Loads of interesting books and an office alcove to write in. I highly recommend it.

It was a nice place, more than enough room for four adults. It was very clean. My biggest complaint was we had just a little of things like paper towels and plastic bags for trash. The dishwasher didn’t work,and there were no sharp knives in the kitchen.

The house was incredibly clean and perfect spot for a visit to Apalachicola. Everything you need is within a short walk. If you like Country music (we don't) there's a fun bar with live music right across the street. The only slight negative was a lot of hoops to jump through with the rental company. to get checked in.

What a great condo. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The elevator is a HUGE plus when taking bags and groceries upstairs. The balcony is great for sitting and relaxing while enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen is large and well-appointed and the unit is spacious, light, and comfortable.

Loved the Magnolia and it’s great private balcony- it’s huge. Across the street is a fun venue that plays music and everyone in town comes to. Loved our visit! Saw St George Island and got veggies from the farmers market, walked around and enjoyed the shopping. Great food at The Station, Up the Creek, Brunch at the Owl ( get there early to get in line for the 11am opening it’s worth it, 13 Mile Seafood for great fresh caught seafood to prepare in the condo. Gelato at Chocolate and coffee was delicious and of course The Gibson Hotel for cocktails. If you haven’t been to them area you’ll love it!!

The property is magnificent from the inside. It is spacious, luxurious, and perfectly welcoming. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the interior of the property; however, there is one element that will keep us from selecting it again. Directly across the street is a bar with live music. It's good music, and a perfectly fine bar, but the music is extremely loud and continued past midnight Thursday through Saturday night. It made conversation impossible on the balcony and sleeping nearly impossible until it ended. If not for the music, the property would be absolutely perfect.

Awesome 2 bedroom place right in the middle of everything! Park your car and enjoy the Apalachicola life. Restaurants, bars, shopping, everything you need. Great balcony next to the High Five bar with live music. Perfect!
