Palm Manor also features a private elevator, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, private pool and close proximity to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops on Front Beach.

Our homes come with a check out clean and linens for each bedroom. If you would rather bring your own, we can take off a linen fee of $350. You will also have the chance to purchase additional bath towels and purchase beach towels.
The kitchens are equipped with all of your cooking essentials. You just need to bring the food. We can also arrange to have the kitchen stocked with food before you arrive. Just ask us for details after you book.
--Policy--
We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.
We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us. We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. You will be covered for all of the main travel insurance emergencies as well. If you make a claim that falls under the main travel insurance, you will get 100% back (minus premium), but if you decide to cancel for a reason not covered, then you will get 60% back (minus premium)
Each reservation is charged a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.
--Cancellation Policy--
We Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (Red Sky or Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian). If you do not have it or are cancelling for a reason not covered, then our cancellation policy will occur.
1. Red Sky travel insurance- 6.95% of rental total and you get 100% back (minus premium):
-You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they get COVID-19 (or any illness) and prevents you from coming. Any illness that causes cancellation/interruption and has an Attending Physician's Statement evidencing the diagnosis and doctor ordered travel restriction is covered.
- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.
- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).
-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.

-You can cancel for ANY reason up until 2 days prior to your reservation start date. If you are booking 10days prior to your start date, then you cannot add this insurance.
-If you cancel for a reason covered by the normal travel insurance plan above, like, mandatory evacuation, injury or death, sickness, etc. then, you will still have the normal travel insurance coverage as well and would be paid out at 100% (minus premium).

Our family enjoyed our visit to the Isle of Palm and the home was great for our group. My only issue with the house was the cooling system. Some of the rooms were very cold and others, where the beds were covering the vents which constricted the flow of air. The other concern was the mulch they use around the pool with no skimmer available. Also the stones around the pool were burning hot, especially for children's feet.

The house was perfect for our group - plenty of room and very comfortable. Everyone loved the location. Easy access to restaurants and sights around Charleston. The kitchen was well stocked.
Contact with the rental company was very easy. they responded quickly.
My only negative comment would be that it is a bit pricey to heat the pool.

The house layout was perfect & the home was very well maintained!
All the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom which was greatly appreciated. There were 16 of us so the 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers & 2 dining tables were utilized daily. The location of the home was near the beach, & restaurants making it easy for our group to walk or ride bikes to most locations. The entire family felt this was am amazing great vacation!

From start to finish, what a great experience! The house was perfect for our large family, location was amazing and property management was very quick to respond to any request! Hope to return to Isle of Palms! Only request would be for a little warmer weather!

This is a lovely home close to Isle of Palms shops and restaurants. Our family stayed here the week of a wedding in Charleston. It was a comfortable, well-maintained home. Our first time in IOP left us with a fine impression, thanks in part to the house we found.

Pros: management company are top notch, within an hr they were at the house to fix anything we'd flagged as not working. Beds are super comfortable and big. House has plenty of storage, seating (although maybe not enough 'comfortable' seating for a family to watch a movie), refrigeration, dishwashing capabilities, etc. The decks are gorgeous and great for enjoying coffee or drinks at night. The elevator proved handy for large grocery runs, etc.
Cons:
- it's apparently an IOP standard, but with check out at 9a and check in at 5p (a HUGE gap compared to other markets), I would expect perfection when arriving at the house. 2 of the dressers still had clothes in them from the last guests, there was a sick bird and a front porch covered in bird poop, and the pool def wasn't immaculate and we used the net to clean immediately upon arrival.
- You pay a cleaning fee, but they texted the Friday before asking if we wanted a 'complimentary' grill cleaning as if that wasn't the expectation? It was just weird and we didn't want bothered with coordinating a grill cleaning on our last day of vacation.
- There was a $400 "linen fee" but they provide no beach towels for a house with a pool that's a block from the beach, and you have to rent towels for a marginal $55 for the week which just seemed silly and rubbed us the wrong way
- There are certainly 'things to do' locally but we found it all a bit lowbrow / not suitable for kids (really loud music, really drunk, a lot of smoking/vaping, questionable crowd, etc.), so we didn't take advantage of the stuff within walking distance at all, so bear in mind if the proximity to 'stuff' is important

Huge house, great location
The house is beautiful. We were able to comfortably fit a group of 16 guys. It is also right near the beach, a strips of bars/restaurants, and the check in office.

(Perfect) Palm Manor
Our large family was extremely comfortable in this rental. The location kept everyone busy and happy. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked and extremely well laid out. We had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Exclusive Properties is THE best. The knowledge, attitude, good humor and sense of caring in their people; the easy communication; the aim to please and prompt responses can't be beat. We look forward to working with them again for more family memories.

We love this house!!!
We are a group of college friends, this is our 11th year staying on IOP, and this was our favorite place so far. We had a couple of small issues, but the property managers responded in minutes. The only suggestion we have is to please put cushions on chairs around the pool, they are very uncomfortable....see you next year😀

Wonderful Week in Isle of Palm
We truly enjoyed Palm Manor. The home was perfectly suited for our family. 6 kings and 2 bunk rooms. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable! Bathrooms were updated and very nice. The 2 dishwashers were needed and appreciated as were the 2 refrigerators.
We loved the large pool and the basketball hoop and volleyball net were a great surprise. We used them ALL week. Our only suggestion would be to resurface the pool deck as it was very very hot and scratchy. The inside of the pool was also very scratchy. But...neither of which stopped us from enjoying pool time every day!.
One other thing...when we did have issues the maintenance was easily reached and VERY prompt in responding to the few issues we had. None of which were major.

The property was all we expected. It was great location and perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms....and 2 of everything (dishwashers, refrigerators etc) in the very well stocked kitchen. Perfect for lots of family meals

The house was located in an ideal place for our annual family to gathering and go in to downtown Charleston to run the annual Reindeer Run 5k. We loved the service of Exclusive Properties and the proximity to the local restaurants was awesome. The rating would be 5 stars if just a little bit of TLC and maintenance was done on the home. It is a wonderful 8 bedroom 8.5 bathroom house and met all our needs for sleeping arrangements and common activities, but a few minor items are in need of repair and/or fresh paint.
Again, awesome experience overall and looking forward to next year already.

Great Stay in Isle of Palms
Thank you for your help in finding a house in Isle of Palm for my friends wedding a few weeks ago! Your help leading up with having items in the house was amazing as we had everyone traveling via plane so limited ability to bring certain items.
The house was beyond perfect for a large group where we could all sleep and have meals together yet everyone had their own space with the many rooms. It really is perfect for a group attending a wedding since every room had a bathroom to help in getting ready. The decor was beautiful and beyond expectations. It was very much worth the short ride into downtown Charleston so that we all had a place we wanted to be in and sleep in.
While it was cold out, we tried the pool which is awesome and we already want to come back in season.
We had to check out windjammer since it is so close and wish we had more time to enjoy it.
Also, we didn’t hear back from the Private chefs in your recommendations so we found one of our own that was really amazing and highly recommend for a great meal but fun and laid back. (If interested, his name is Chef Demal Mattson - (843)566-4404 )

Great house for large group
This property was perfect for our large group. Being close to the beach and local restaurants made everything easy. The house was clean and very well equipped. The only downside was that the outdoor areas (poolside and porches) all needed more seating. Overall it was a great house and a wonderful long weekend.

College sorority reunion
15 of us fit very comfortably in this spacious and well maintained house which is in a great location/neighborhood. Across the street from the ocean with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants which are all just steps or a short bike ride away. The house is nicely furnished in a great neighborhood with upscale furnishings and a large kitchen ; 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, large pantry and more than enough dishes/cookware etc. Perfect size and layout for a large group. Upper level has a wonderful panoramic view with a lovely porch furnished with rockers and lots of comfy seating inside for dining and hanging out. Excellent floor plan throughout for a large group or family. The bedrooms are spacious with bathrooms en suite - fluffy towels and comfy beds. ***Be aware that the 2 bunkbed bedrooms are best suited for children/younger teens. The 6 king bedrooms, however, got rave reviews. The backyard and pool area are well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs, table with umbrella, chairs and grill. Overall fantastic house and location!

The house was nice and big, plenty of room for privacy if you wanted. We had a bit of a bug problem. The management was there when I called. The pool was clean and well kept as was the house.

Fabulous Beach House with a great Ocean View!
Perfect location just a few steps away from the beach access, restaurants, and shops! All bedrooms are spacious, plenty of space inside and out for large groups including children. The private backyard in ground pool and porches are relaxing especially the rocking chairs with views of the sunrise and the Ocean. Multiple refrigerators and the built in under cabinet ice maker was a life saver! This house will exceed your expectations!!!!!!

Palm Manor was perfect for a long weekend in South Carolina. The house was massive and immaculate and a perfect location for fun and relaxation. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Beautiful property PERFECT for a family vacation
This is a perfect choice for a family (or multi-family) vacation! The house has everything we needed for a week of fun at the beach and by the pool. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants could not be better. We could access everything we wanted or feel completed secluded in the back yard by the pool if we wanted to. Our daughter had a wonderful time and we had a carefree week! Highly recommend this property!

Awesome house, amazing location
We had a wonderful stay at this house! It has a massive common area which was perfect for a large group to be able to gather and all be together in one space. Additionally, each bedroom had its own bathroom and very comfortable beds. This really makes for a great weekend as everyone was comfortable and there was no fighting for the bathrooms.
The pool is awesome and gets great sun! The beach is just across the street so it was easy to go on spontaneous walks on the beach and then come back to the house for the pool. It's also very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the one and only Windjammer! I can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful house, great location
We had a lovely stay at this house! Is incredibly spacious, and the best part is that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which made it very comfortable for a large group. We had a great time here. We were 13 people, from age 15 to 80. The in-house elevator was convenient for the over-75 crowd (or anyone with aching knees). Right around the corner is The Sea Biscuit Cafe, a nice place for breakfast. One block from the beach, which was uncrowded in December and lovely for walks. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. From the house it's easy to drive into Mt. Pleasant for Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, movie theatre, banks, whatever you need. There is also Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, which we enjoyed visiting. We also drove into Charleston for sightseeing and restaurants. The house is clean; the kitchen is well-equipped. (Note: I did bring my own chef's knives and cutting board because I am fussy about knife-sharpness and a particular kind of cutting board. But there were knives and cutting boards there.) With 13 people we had to clean often, so I really appreciated the central vaccum system! The rental agent was pleasant and responsive.

We stayed here to celebrate both my husband's and my 80th birthdays. Our family ranged from one year old to eighty with all ages in between. The house is awesome and it is perfect for a large group. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops. If you like to have some private conversations, there are so many porches, pool area, nooks, etc. for privacy. The bedrooms are very large and the younger ones enjoyed the bunk beds, plus having a Tv is every room. We highly recommend this house. The large upstairs area is super for large groups insofar as it is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen flowing into each other. Thus, you can all be together.

Our family rented the house to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday. The house is great for a big family gathering. It is close to the beach and the views from the front porch were beautiful. It was great for younger kids and older kids too. We had a lot of fun and would stay here again!

The house was very clean when we arrived. The furnishings were beautiful. Great space in the kitchen with plenty of seating. Wi Fi and the tvs worked great. We had an issue with water in the garage from the pool filter and the maintenance person came right over and fixed it the same day we called. The noise from the Windjammer bar was a bit loud some nights but otherwise ok. Easy walk to the beach and we had a nice ocean breeze on the front deck. Enjoyed a couple days in Charleston, recommend the Fort Sumter and the Charleston carriage tours.
