Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home located on flat, sunny lot close to the shores of the Columbia River. This amazing home will sleep 8 - 10 people comfortably. This home features a huge back yard with hot tub and outdoor grill. There is a large bonus/rec room with queen bed and extra mattresses. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful loaded with every amenity. This property has direct access to the Columbia River for every water activity imaginable. This home is less than 10 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. Great property for an extended vacation or a long concert weekend.

We had the best time staying here with our close friends while coming out to the gorge for a concert weekend. The house had everything we could have ever needed and so much space for us to all stay comfortably. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

This place is AWESOME, pictures don’t do it justice. The place has all the amenities you need with quick access to the water and park! Nicely spaced backyard to play corn hole or whatever yard games you want! I would highly recommend getting a group of friends and staying here for a fun trip!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our visit to Sunland. The host was incredibly Onceable and helpful with any questions suggestions and recommendations on how to make the most of our stay. The house was very comfortable for our group which had six adults and two children ages two and four. In fact, we probably could have had another family join us because there was so much more room than the pictures suggested. My only criticism is the pictures from the ad are very dated. There is not a big grassy hill for badminton or volleyball as that’s mostly grown over with bush that has not been maintained over the years. The hot tub worked, but it also took an entire day heat up, the unit is older and the cover really needs to be replaced. Beyond that I would definitely stay here again and we had a really wonderful time.

Our stay in Sunland Estates was AMAZING!!! The house was everything we expected and more. The property was clean and well stocked. Being able to walk down the path to the river/gorge was a highlight to say the least. It's an interesting drive down to the development but once down the hill it's an amazing location! If we ever visit the area again we would stay there.

The property and it's location could not be more perfect for concert attendees. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and drive you to the Gorge. The house is well appointed and the host tremendously responsive to requests.

We left a backpack at the house and they packed it up and mailed it back to Canada for us. Look no further, this is the property you want to stay in!

The communication is very clear and useful. Facilities is more than amazing I can say. House is clean and a lot of space in n outside. 10 mins drive to the Gorge, 8 mins to gas and subway. Definitely come back for another trip in that area!

What an amazing home away from home ❤️ From the landscape to the amenities it was truly a vacation home that should be a destination in itself. The community was very welcoming when we’d go running in the mornings. The neighborhood store was another bonus. Courtney was quick to respond back to any questions we had. As hosts ourselves, we can tell they care very well for their property. We enjoyed the beauty of their garden a lot! Thanks so much for being such great hosts!

Amazing home, great location to the Gorge Amphitheater, extremely clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need, great backyard with bbq, hot tub, and lounge chairs, really close to pool and tennis courts, yard backs up to the Columbia River, service was outstanding with Courtney, and we would highly recommend this house to anyone. Thanks again for the great experience and we hope to come back again next year!

This house is absolutely perfect! Well-equipped and very spacious, my group of 10 people were beyond comfortable. The hot tub was definitely a bonus. Location was amazing - right by the river and less than a fifteen minute drive from the Gorge amphitheater. The local convenience store had everything you would need plus more. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The place is as good as advertised. There are 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with beds. We had 8 people on our trip and had plenty of room. The location to the Gorge Amphitheatre is absolutely perfect. Having the Columbia River in the backyard is priceless. We can not say enough good things about this property.

9 of us had a great time at this house! Everything is well stocked and comfortable. The owners were immediately responsive to any issues we had. The listing is a little out of date as to how many/size of beds, but we were pleasantly surprised with the comfortable arrangements. The river is a very quick walk and was lovely for floating, and the small store in the community had last minute essentials we needed. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our quarantine pod to get away for Thanksgiving. It had an amazing kitchen with everything we could need, an awesome hot tub, and gorgeous views. Courtney was awesome to work with and made check-in so easy. We'll definitely be back in the summer!
