4.5
Schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool an ruhiger Lage. Historisches Gebäude mit schönem gedeckten Balkon.
Frühstück eher bescheiden (für italienische Verhältnisse okay!).

Really nice place, friendly staff, great swimming pool, great views

Villa is an old mansion, located in a quite village 10 min drive ride from Lucca. Swimming pool and dinning area are very nice.
1. Our shower was clogged, we asked on reception to fix it as we couldn’t shower. It was fixed only on second evening after we pushed for the third time. We stayed 2 nights and asked for at least 30% discounts, but were given only 10 %. 2. Once shower was unclogged we had to shower with cold water as hot was not available 3. Our room was very dark, it had one tiny window plus one on the roof but light was blocked. 4. Beds were uncomfortable, but they might be good for someone who likes extremely hard mattress. Single beds were type for camping.

Absolutely beautiful location . The property is rustic farmhouse vibes and not going to be all mod cons you expect but provide Absolutely everything to make your stay more than comfortable . I didn't get a chance to go in the pool but wish I did .
My only problem was the 2 single beds put together with metal frame bed so could feel the different levels of bed and didn't do the best with my back . But that is my only fault .

Lovely location and super friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Nothing really. We arrived late and though the kitchen was closed, they prepared meats and cheeses.

The location and facilties were very good, beautiful building
Alot of stairs to climb with luggage

The staff is extremely friendly, and they exceeded my expectations in fulfilling my requests.
Breakfast is delicious and the overall location is a hidden gem.
Worth a treat there
AC not at the best

A beautiful villa-style hotel with lots of character in a lovely location. The staff are simply superb: friendly, helpful, accommodating. A great buffet breakfast is provided every day, evening meals are possible too (shoulder and peak season). The pool area is great too (not open when we stayed, before peak season). Perfect for short or long stays.
3.5
Beautiful building in a stunning countryside setting
Loud Euro-trance music played on the terrace outside until well after midnight. No tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was not great.

We LOVED it. Great hotel, great atmosphere, lovely restaurant, huge room, great scenery, amazing staff, new bathrooms.
It was all good
4.5
The surrounding scenery is beautiful, the view of the house itself, the spacious rooms and its design...the friendly cat!
Breakfast was a little disappointing, it seems inferior in compare to all other aspects of the place.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing, and you can also taste here good food in the hotel’s restaurant. Everybody was very kind!
It was new for us that there is not any seperate blanket so we had to fight with my boyfriend :) But the bed was comfortable.

Great location - close to Lucca and various Villas, nice quite and pleasant surrounding. The pool is couple meters aside from the hotel - clean, w showers, and relaxing area. The bfast was very satisfying and with various options and also property accommodated my gluten free needs what I really appreciated. Although we had minor trouble w room hotel management balanced it out to our best satisfaction. We loved our stay and I do recommend this Hotel Villa with all its benefits.

Great Pool. Beautiful building. Quiet location near the village. Very good service at breakfast.
After breakfast service in the hotel became nearly nonexistent, difficult to find staff and order lunch.
5.0
Nice historical hotel in the middle of Lucca countryside.
Breakfast can be improved.

Absolutely Fabulous Pool, in a Beautiful setting, beautiful Italian Villa, lovely terrace for dining, relaxing time, much better service on my second visit.
This was my second visit in a month, I love this place, but the kitchen could make such a difference if they had a good chef, the food is OK, but I wanted to spend more time eating there, with better wine stock and better food, I’d live there,

We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was in a lovely location and very big. Loggia was a wonderful place to sit in the evening.
It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. A little dusty and ashtrays/ glasses weren’t cleared away from loggia quickly enough.
5.0
The property is spacious both inside and out. The rooms were a good size, there was a large lounge and a very large shared balcony along with several seating areas outside.

The hotel is very beautiful and typically Italian! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond! The location was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more - very close to Lucca and Pisa. We had the most amazing breakfast at a nice terrace and the most amazing service! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay. Thank you!

lovely pool, receptionist very helpful, beautiful location and felt typically Italian.
They seamed to have younger staff without a manager, they weren’t looking after their customers, there were lots of things in the menu that wasn’t available, but the food was OK,

We have been here several times over the years. The pool area is wonderful and the building is in a beautiful setting.
it has started to get a little bit tired in areas and could do with Some renovating in the bathrooms. There was lots of cake and meet served breakfast but not enough fresh fruit
4.0
Nice breakfast, good localization, near Lucca and Pisa.
Smell from the bathroom, small window in the room.

The lady who checked us in was friendly.
- the restaurant was atrocious. Likely the worst I have ever been to. The appetizer weren't fresh at all. The pasta was tasteless and seafood was hard to chew and there was water at the bottom of the plate. The meat (sausage) was raw inside and burnt outside. And the vegetables were taken straight out of its frozen state without any kind of work after. Absolutely atrocious. Also if you want to make your customers pay for water, don't bring tap water.
- bed was not confortable
- the room wasn't sound proof at all. I could hear my neighbor snore
- one member of the staff (the manager?) to which we complained at the end couldn't care less

The location was excellent and the staff were very good
Improvment of the bathroom

Friendly staff, quite location, nice terrace for breakfast and dinner, nice swimming pool surrounded by nature. Close to Lucca and Pisa. Breakfast is great (more than a standard 3stars) and dinner is good for a fair price.
Water in the shower was little and couldn’t get a proper temperature (too hot or too cold).
5.0
Gorgeous villa, with mountain views and a delightful loggia. Large infinity pool, lovely spacious rooms and very comfy beds. Dinner and breakfast were really good, and very 'gezellig', served on the main terrace. The owners and all staff are lovely, genuinely friendly and helpful. Location is great: close to a cute village with a really nice bakery/Café and pizza place; short drive to Lucca and Pisa. We loved everything about our stay, except having to leave - we hope we'll be back one day.
Wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and feels secluded, but it’s a quick drive to many fun adventures.
Everything was great.

Great place, nice room, beautiful surrounding, nice swimming pool and dinner area
Extra small size of dishes at dinner :(
