Amazing location and helpful staff

The hotel location is very central for seeing all the major sights in historic Valletta. It is also very convenient for public transportation as it is a few mins walk to the bus terminus, and to the ferries crossing to Sliema, 3 cities and even Gozo. The 3 receptionists we met during our 7 night stay (Julia, Christina and Patrizia) were all pleasant and very helpful in providing us info on places to go and how to get there.

Would highly recommend this hotel ,georgeous hotel with very friendly staff and very well located

Breakfast was fantastic they really catered for everyone and there was always plenty of food.location was excellent right in the centre of everything you couldn't get better. This hotel is very quaint and beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly would highly recommend 👌

Terrible Value for the price paid.

The location was amazing and the staff were friendly

The room was too small and the window overlooked a concrete hole. You could hardly see if the sun was shining or not. The bathroom toilet dripped all night long and had a foul smell..

Our stay was great BUT we did have a front room with a Maltese Balcony. Costs more but it's worth it

Location was great, close to restaurants and bars but in an area that was away from the noise at night. Room was bright with plenty of natural light and windows you could open. Excellent and helpful staff! Breakfast had everything, not to be missed

Very good place to explore Valletta

Location can’t be more central in pedestrian area (2 min walking to the closest point to get Bolt). Open 24h. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, good breakfast, room very clean. Just 5 min walk to Valletta bus station if you want to explore other places in Malta (e.g. 25 min to Marsaxlokk)

My room didn’t have any view the window was opening into a well (not even a court). But given the lower price of the room, at the end it was Ok as most the time I was outside.

Excellent Hotel in the perfect location.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Really good breakfast with lots of choice. Will definitely stay again.

Great location near Bus station and sightseeing

The room was spacious, clean and offered mini bar and a coffee machine. The reception was 24/7 available and the location ideal! The staff was really friendly and helpful.

It is nowhere mentioned that there is a balcony or window but with view on a wall! It was very disappointing! The breakfast was very poor , the tables too small and not many. We had to wait about 10 Minutes to have a seat, despite the fact that the hotel has only 30-40 rooms.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Great situation. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Comfortable bed.

The elevator was so noisy that you had been able to hear it in the room. There was no table on the terrace.

Great place with everything you would need for a lively stay at the oldtown of Valetta

The room had all needed equipment - fresh towels every morning, robes, slippers, coffee machine, water bottles, hair dryer. Clean room and bathroom. The breakfast had a decent variety of food. The staff is friendly and helpful. All Valetta attractions are super close. No noise from the street.

A room was a bit small for three people, also a small window to the inner backyard-wall.

Good location but vastly overpriced for quality of stay offered.

The location was excellent for exploring the old town.

The noise from the lift motor being directly outside the suite room made any decent sleep impossible as you were woken up each time the lift was operated. The breakfast was at best on level with a 2 star hotel - after trying the first day we had to go out for breakfast thereafter.

Camera di ottime dimensioni, posizione centralissima. Personale reception molto gentile e disponibile

La camera aveva un balcone che dava su cortile interno piccolissimo sopra la cucina dell hotel. La mattina mi sono svegliato per gli odori che entravano. La doccia è stata trovata sporca con residui di capelli. Nella tv funzionavano solo 2/3 canali... La colazione bocciata, prevalentemente salato, il dolce si è limitato a 2 mini croissant per tutto l'hotel.

Good location in Valetta - walking distance to all the tourist attractions Nice ambience in the hotel and rooms

Only 1 person at the reception desk - understaffed Room needed painting - a lot of marks on the walls No tour desk despite this being advertised No taxi parking available at front of hotel Noise coming in from the side road via people and cars No secure locker area to leave bags No security guards outside the hotel

A quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Malta’s capital city Valletta

The property’s location is exceptional, set in the core of Valletta yet in one of the side streets, which is not as busy and load as the main streets. The property is very well kept and maintained, and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast is served in the lobby, and the selection as well as the quality of the food was very good.

Great boutique hotel on a very quiet street at the heart of Valletta Very clean, quiet, nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Helpful and professional staff, thank you! Good value for money, good for business.

There is no restaurant, so you will have to go for a dinner outside - plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Zwiedzanie stolicy.

Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu , przy jednej z ulic ścisłego centrum Starego Miasta. Do zwiedzania świetne.Śniadania dobre, niewymyślne, można zjeść coś na ciepło; wędlina, sery, słodka przekąska; skromnie z warzywami i owocami. Dobra kawa. Pomieszczenie ,w którym są serwowane to jednocześnie recepcja i hol.

Dobrze byłoby urozmaicić chociaż trochę śniadania.

Location, location, location. Breakfast was great as well. Also service (right away came to fix our vault when we realized it was broken.. ).

Any noise in the corridor is heard in the room (thin walls?). Some nights we were awaken by other residents going in/out. The Window opens to an empty shaft. If the internal room would have resulted with enhanced quietness, then we wouldn't have minded. But like this we had not much quiet and no view at all.

Excellent location, but room and breakfast just ok.

Location is great, in the city centre. Staff is very friendly, helpful and reliable, check-in and check-out was easy. Clean environment, towels were changed every day.

The room was a bit small, the window was towards a shaft without direct daylight, and the breakfast area is small and dark, breakfast itself was ok.

We booked this hotel very last minute, it was more than we hoped for, superb location, spacious room with a great en-suite, lovely breakfast, very clean and tidy and very friendly and helpful staff, would highly recommend.
