7 knight Street is the perfect, central location to enjoy a R.I. family beach get-away! It's a great place. You will not regret booking it! Not only is the house immaculate, charming, well appointed, and peaceful, it is walking distance to Boon Street shops and restaurants, Monahan's Clam Shack, the sea wall, pier and fine dining. The town beach is just a 5 minute drive. The available beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella, sun tent, wagon, boogie boards and sand buckets) were much appreciated as were the beach passes! Nothing better after a day exploring R.I. beaches than to end it with Smores fireside. What the house does lack ( big shout out to the owner) is that special funk that comes with so many seashore rentals, usually emminating from some mildewing wall to wall carpet. Not here! Fresh and bright! So worth it!

This was a wonderful house near to everything yet in a quiet place. Beautiful, well outfitted home. The manager and cleaning staff were both graciously available but not needed as things were perfect. I don’t want to tell anyone about this place and keep it my secret but not fair to the rest of you!!

The house was lovely. Open floor plan with high ceilings so felt spacious. With the sun porch, hammock in yard and upper deck everyone had their own space as well. House was clean and had basics. 1 bathroom downstairs was in bedroom - had a big walk-in shower. Upper stairs bath was spacious - tub and shower. Perfect location. Secluded road made it a tranquil retreat but it was also walking distance or quick drive to pier area and beach. Owner was responsive in communications. Highly recommend,

The cottage was well stocked from beach needs to kitchen supplies to linens. The cottage was very clean. The cottage is located on a dead-end and is very quiet. We plan to stay there again.

I grew up going to Narragansett during the summers and was excited to book a place for my partner and family. The house did not disappoint! Well located to the beach, complete with beach passes, and outfitted with everything you could ever need during a family oriented beach vacation. The house is stocked with toys, beach items, and was also super dog friendly. We grilled, ate all our meals on the screened in porch, had fun building a fire in the fire pit and roasting marshmallows, enjoyed the back yard and the dog run, and spent many lazy days at the beach. Truly the perfect setting. The house is on a quiet dead end street and every night we fell asleep to the sound of crickets and woke to the birds chirping. So relaxing. Debra was super helpful during our stay and very communicative. So appreciate the hospitality. Thank you for a memorable week!

We loved this property! Easy Walk to the sea wall and plenty of other streets/neighborhoods for dog walks. We loved the screened in porch for games after the beach, plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. The tree swing and fire pit were also great perks that we took advantage of often! Owner was very thorough in her instructions and we felt quite at home in this house.

good for children and pet.
Situated in a secluded and very quiet residential area with very limited traffic the home has large surroundings with occasional wildlife like deer curious about us like we were the intruders.
The inside is very spacious with the cathedral like living room which is too large for young children to be bored when it rains like it did with 2021 IDA.
the kitchen is very well furnished . The owner is kind to provide 4 beach access. a 6' drive .
The sea walk 4' drive has wonderful restaurants at either ends .
Wit a pet of course the situation is more complicated .
But we discovered that near Point Judith there is a large open grass area to play with a pet. Then just a 100 yard via an unmarked gravel road there is a memorial for fishermen lost at sea with a parking lot for those that like to go to the year around pet friendly [ on a leach] beach . It is a safe area within the outer protective jetties for Galilee fishing boat harbor.
a good souvenir

Great vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at this house recently. It was clean and the location at the end of a dead end was perfect for our little ones. The house is pet-friendly so our crate-trained dog also came with us (and they even had a crate there so we didn’t need to lug ours). The beaches were beautiful and we had an excellent week! Thank you!

Relaxing beach stay
Central location to numerous beaches, and newport. Delicious food nearby. Quiet house to stay in and very walkable to downtown Narragansett for evening walks.

Great home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We stayed one week and had family and friends visit sporadically. The space was accommodating to have guests. Well decorated and supplied. We loved the quiet woodsy feel, and being close to the ocean! Great trails and cliffwalks nearby! Great beaches, and food. We want to go back !

Quiet and secluded
The house is on a wonderfully quiet street but a 4 minute bike ride puts you on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A nice getaway in Covid times
Confused by laundry instructions as previous tenants left towels and sheets in basket and no one had cleaned and some ants in kitchen. Overall, this was a nice home, great location to beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing in evenings as well. A great time was had by all.

July 2020 stay
This is a lovely house -- even nicer than the photos suggest. It was spotless and bright when we arrived and comfortably slept 6 people, with room for at least 1 more. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for walking or biking around. It's only 10 minutes or so from the water on foot, but a 20 minute walk to the town beach. While crowded in July, that beach has clear water and plenty of amenities. Scarborough beach (a short drive) is even nicer. The house has everything you could need for a perfect family vacation. Highly recommended!

Perfect family beach house
Absolutely the perfect family beach vacation house! Only improvement could be central air, but the owner provided many fans and a portable A/C unit.

Cute, cozy & clean
I was pleased with my stay at this rental home during the week of my wedding! It is on a cute cul-de-sac tucked away from the main road, but super close to Ocean Road and the beach and other attractions/restaurants! I recently got married at The Towers in Narragansett so my new husband and I decided to do a local "mini moon" and this is where we stayed! It was perfect and had everything we could need including a pretty screened in porch and a fire pit. It was very well kept and we felt right at home. Deborah, the owner, was a dream to work with. She was very responsive and kind and really went above and beyond my expectations. I'd recommend this rental to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Narragansett, RI!
