We spent a long weekend with my adult kids and grandkids at this home. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The home had a welcoming kitchen and sitting area. It was warm when we were there and the air conditioning thankfully ran well. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is there are not room darkening curtains or blinds in the upstairs bedrooms and the sun was blare into the rooms bright and early. Also, there weren't any extra bath and hand towels and the shower head in the downstairs bathroom didn't work well at all. The home is quite dated but as stated earlier it was clean and organized. Overall, I would recommend this home for a stay with a big group.

Our last minute Spring Break trip chasing the best weather for adventure was a success! The house had more to offer than we needed. It’s an absolute gem for large families looking to have fun outdoors and the. cook and relax in a home away from home.

My family and I stayed here for 7 days and we had an overall great experience. Everything was fairly clean and well organized. The house was well stocked with living necessities. The washer was leaking but it was replaced while we were staying there and it was well communicated when it happened. However it wasn’t all good, we were only able to use 7 of the 8 adults bikes because 1 had a flat tire and no replacement inner tube and the furniture was old and dirty. Despite this, the house was nice and spacious even though we had 10 people staying there and it had really easy access to the walking trails.

We enjoyed this comfortable Sunriver cabin set away from the main village and other community amenities. It is very clean and family friendly, easily accommodating our two families without feeling like we were in each other’s space. The cabin and its features are fully functional and provided all amenities as described, though is showing the wear of a vacation rental for many years. We also skied every day and found the drive through Sunriver on the way to Mt Bachelor to be a good portion of the total drive time. Something to consider if this may be your main interest. There was also fresh snow (yay!) during our stay but we had to ask for a shovel to clear the front steps and path to/from the uncovered hot tub.

Thank you for the wonderful weekend in Sunriver for my daughter's 30th birthday! The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the grandkids and adults as well. Crystal and Amyee went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! We would definitely use Arrived Now for our future family getaways!!

Overall, the home had everything you could think of. From the dishes in the kitchen for cooking to the access for activities including bicycles, toys for the little ones, and a hot tub to enjoy. We had a great time, thank you!

We stayed here for 8 days, and had a wonderful time as we always do in Sunriver. However, we do have some complaints… Foremost, the two sofas and one chair in the great room are extremely uncomfortable. They are old and not very clean. When you sit on them you sink in so far it’s hard to get up! Several of our group said their beds were not comfortable either.
The house exterior needs a new paint job. The deck could be replaced, or at least sanded, repaired, and repainted. The furniture on the deck was odd… 4 chairs that we worried we would break, they were so threadbare. Not to mention the table that was too tall for the chairs…so you couldn’t eat at it. The other table (also tall) had 4 chairs that were too tall for the table! It appeared the deck furniture was purchased piecemeal at garage sales!
The house wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were reasonably clean but the rest of the house — not so much. The deck was filthy, with debris from surrounding trees all over it.
The house has a nice wine cellar but surprisingly only 3 glass wine glasses…the rest were plastic!
Basically, for what we paid to stay here (it wasn’t cheap), we expected a nicer place.

had a great trip for my sons birthday

House had alot more supplies then most of the houses we have stayed at.
Decks needed to be sprayed down and dog feces cleaned up down stairs. When it warmed up the smell was bad.
Dishwasher has a hard time cleaning dishes, sorry.
Beams sweat and drip water on upstairs bed and kitchen table.
Also want you to know we had fun but we always do when we come to Sunriver.
Thank You!

It was a great place to stay and very clean. The home was just as listed and had many different activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay.

House was equipped with everything needed for a big family. We had no need to buy any sundries as everything was in the house. Great location. Very quiet and had a great time.

Great place for a large family or group. The kitchen was well equipped, even had a high chair and crib. The passes to the SHARC were great for kids, and the bikes were fun too! They had enough for everyone. Beds were nice. The home itself and furnishings are a bit dated, but great location and clean!

Overall great stay! Only complaint would be there was minimal cleaning supplies available for a home that can accommodate 10 people. Only a few trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towel rolls were available

A quiet street with a nice well equipped property. Plenty of bikes and sharc passes for a large group of people. Hot tub was great and the dog friendly aspect was very appealing.

Fun house and great host! I was able to switch the dates a little last minute due to a work project which was relieving. I do wish there had been a spatula in the kitchen but that is such a minor request. Also the baby gate was broken such made it difficult. I would recommend a baby gate with a door! Other than that the house was clean and a pleasure to stay at!

The house was nice and clean. Although there was one dirty dish in the cupboard. The house was very warm, we turned the thermostat down to 68 degrees and it was still too warm. But other then that, great house!

Beautiful, spacious home with nearly everything you would need traveling with family-children especially! Toys, games and books galore kept our 18 month grandson happy. Sparkling, clean hot tub, with multiple access points from home was so nice to have with the cold, snowy weather. The only thing missing for a winter visit was a sled. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the best houses I've stayed at in Sunriver. Large house and decks with nice interior. I'll definitely stay again.

First, I am not even sure if I am rating the property, VRBO or the management company Arrived but here is our experience. We booked a family trip for 8 people who traveled from across the US for our first post-Covid family get-together. I booked through VRBO but then was told I was communicating with ARRIVED. By the time we did arrive, the air quality in the area was bad due to area wildfires. By the time we awoke in the morning, the air quality was over 500 and deemed HIGHLY HAZARDOUS via public communications. The outside area was apocalyptic in view and all amenities, of course, closed. The INSIDE of the house was also smoky, to the point in which we were all having difficulty breathing and our eyes were watering. We could not go out, we could not stay in. Our daughter is pregnant and our grandson is 2. We could not stay there (doctors also confirmed hazardous). When I informed ARRIVED we could not stay, I was told the owner had said they would not refund any part of what we had paid. I offered to pay for the night we stayed, for cleaning, to split the stay, to take a credit for a future stay ... anything and everything to share in the loss of the rental ... but they would not agree. The representatives at ARRIVE were not helpful. They said the owner was the one who would not agree to anything. While I understand no one can predict or manage wildfires or smoke, there was no filtration equipment in the home and the home was unsafe for us to stay in at that time period. If a homeowner and a management company cannot provide a clean and livable environment, that is on them. I feel like we did everything to be reasonable and left the home clean, etc, only to have them treat us with such disdain and lack of empathy.
Having said all of this, VRBO did agree to refund us our booking fee of $191 after we called numerous times, sent them screenshots of the air quality numbers, videos of the smoke in the house, etc. -- all of the things they asked and which we supplied quickly. While this was the right thing for them to do, it is, obviously, a drop in the bucket for what we paid for 5 nights plus cleaning, etc. ARRIVED and the owner should really do the right thing. It all could have been handled so much better. Even when I asked if we could get a credit to use the house another time when it was not booked (!), I was just told, we do not do that. We need to be better people and we need to be better companies.

The dryer was broken, so we couldn’t wash and dry our clothes. We ran out of towels, but more were brought promptly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Our family of four stayed here with another family of four and our combined three dogs. The space was perfect for our needs. Gorgeous house and the three boys loved the room with bunk beds. The kitchen was a perfect size for our big group. Overall a great home base for our spring break adventures.

Spent a relaxing 5 days with family in Sunriver. What a beautiful location! With that being said, however, the house itself could use a little care. It’s well stocked with necessities, but there are some things in need of repair, such as the outdoor table and the bar stools on the deck. The kitchen table and chairs were a little loose as well. If someone would just go through and repair/replace some of these items, the stay would have been even more wonderful.
The SHARC is so much fun! And views from almost any walking path are amazing. I highly recommend SR to all. And this house to all as well, once these seemingly minor things are fixed.

Great house, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The back deck is wonderful for your morning coffee or evening dinner seating. Fun for all ages and great location.

Great House
This is a great house with everything you need for a large family. Every cooking thing you would ever need. Hot tub was great, beds were comfortable. Plenty of bikes and helmets.
Our only constructive criticism is the home was very dirty. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean but every other surface including table tops, bed frames and furniture had a thick layer of dirt and dust. This is a great house but would hope a professional cleaning service would do a much more thorough job of basic cleaning. If this were improved upon would absolutely rent this house again next year.

Great House for a Large Group
Our group of eight enjoyed this clean, spacious house with all the amenities we needed. Our only disappointment was that the living room furniture is not especially comfortable and shows wear.

Comfortable stay in Sunriver
We had a great stay here in Sunriver. The house was very comfortable, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of six adults. The well-stocked kitchen and easy-to-access hot tub were much appreciated after long days on the mountain, and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future.
