We really enjoyed our stay. With two masters on the main floor and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs it was perfect for two families.

Everything was wonderful, minus the heating/AC on one side of the of the house. The AC worked perfectly on the front part of the house but the side with the gas fireplace was dicey. The property manager was quick to help stop the AC blowing the first night we arrived but then the heat would only work no matter how low we turned down the control. The house is perfect for littles and a larger group.

Loved the home! Great location in Sunriver. Well stocked, clean, comfy beds and a private hottub for ski recovery. Right in-between Bend and Bachelor.

Great house! Very spacious. Kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes. Perfect for a relaxing Sunriver weekend away!

We truly enjoyed our time at the rental. The home offers a very comfortable layout and was fully stocked with more than what we needed. Great place for families with kids to stay.

Overall my friends and family had an amazing time this past weekend at the house. The house matches the photos on the listing well and it is is definitely large and beautiful. There were a few things broken at the house though that I feel I should note for future guests.
Specifically the heating in the house was all over the place. One master bedroom felt like it was 90 degrees and other rooms had no heat at all. We discovered one of the thermostats was broken and the property management team told us to use space heaters found there, however, they kept tripping the electrical panel.
There were also a few other random things at the house that were broken or no functioning. It didn’t impact our trip but for the price you wouldn’t expect it.
Lastly, I would just say to bring firewood as well if you are not capable of chopping your own. Firewood is providing, however, they are huge pieces that need to be chopped down. It was fine for our group and we took turns chopping, but it might be a problem for other groups if they don’t how/can’t.
Once again, overall great stay! We had a super fun time and the place isn’t far from Sunriver Village, skiing, etc., those are just a few things to note and hopefully get fixed!

Such a fun house for girls weekend! We absolutely loved it & would stay here again!

Overall it was a very good stay. We brought a crock pot and blender because we were told the house did not have one - but it did:) Better communication on what the house has equipped would have been nice but everything else was very good. Thank you

The master bathrooms are very beautiful, but there’s no locks on the bedrooms and the upstairs shower was having a lot of issues. There was also a ton of hair in the drain which caused it not to drain.

We travel to Bend from Portland once or twice a year. This has been our favorite place yet. The home is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with equipment and ingredients. Hoping to rebook in the future.

Great space for our family size. Lots of games and space to spread out. Kitchen was really stocked up dishes and cooking gadgets. Great location on the bike trails.

We had a wonderful visit! This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the multiple sitting areas gave us all room to hang out, there were plenty of games and puzzles, and every couple had their own bedroom/bathroom. There were a few small glitches in the house but the rental company was super responsive and helpful via text. Plus the location is superb with children, less than a half mile to the park and an easy ride to sharc and the village. We all agree we would happily stay here again!

Was very nice stay. Other than when we arrived the house was nearly 90 degrees. It took nearly 6 hours to even get down to 74 degrees. Would of been nice to have had the house cooled down before we got there

A wonderful place to stay for a family weekend that included the James Taylor concert!

It was an ideal location, easy check-in, clean and every inviting. What was represented on the website is what we found and more. We would rent the home again

This is a very comfortable home for a ski weekend with friends. This property is an easy drive to Mt Bachelor and welcomes you back with a nice hot tub for your sore muscles. There are plenty of restaurants near by if you want to eat out, or the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need to make food. It was nice to relax by the fire and talk on the comfortable couches after an active day out. The beds were also comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. The house has a lot of good light, feels spacious, well equipped with games, puzzles, etc. I would stay in this property again. The only small
challenges were there is no recycling and the grocery store in town closes early.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was very cozy. Love the high ceilings, two fireplaces and hot tubs. The location is perfect.

Our stay was fine. We had an issue with the TV, but the gentleman came out the next day to fix it. The air conditioning was nice but first thing in the morning it froze us out. We did find cobwebs and it seemed dusty. One of the master beds downstairs felt like it had a donut in the middle. It was hard to fall asleep as you felt like you were falling in the middle. However, it was nice.

Nice Place, easy to get to and easy back to the freeway. Everything you need is available on this property. A place we would definitely stay again.

8 Mt. Baker Lane is a beautiful home. There are some reviews about uncomfortable mattresses, but we found them to be comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the two fireplaces are quite nice. There is some deferred maintenance around the hot tub, but Arrived was informed and I imagine it will be fixed.

The home was well equipped with everything our group needed for our long weekend. Plenty of space so we didn't feel cramped. Patio furniture all around outside to enjoy the weather and wildlife. Comfortable beds and a nice hottub that is very private. This is a perfect home for a group of friends to enjoy a vacation away from the city! We would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. It was perfect for the 5 of us (all adults). It was very clean and had everything you'd expect in a vacation home. The furniture was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. The game cabinet had lots of games and we enjoyed playing some that we'd never played before.

The manager of this property was top notch. The inside look of the property is amazing when you see it in pictures.
The AC unit of most of the Sunriver places are not capable to handle high heat. The bed was high & harder than I'd care for normal and the furniture a bit outdated. The toilets were perfect for a toddler that stopped by to visit for a moment but for old people, you might need help getting up (outdated toilet) that took a while to flush. The icemaker was broken but they had ice trays to use and we bought a bag of ice. The outside decks are sketchy, our young niece that was there almost fell through and she's a tiny person. She tested the waters so we did not have to risk getting hurt.
The home was clean, it was beautiful to look at, we left a day early on Saturday evening just to get back to our home and a more comfortable bed.
It had passes and things that people could use (not all homes do, so that's very generous) and they had plenty of passes. It is in a great location to get to and from everything. There are bikes. There are a lot of positives for people looking for a good place to stay and if in the heat of summer, they do have fans you can use to help circulate the air conditioning.

old style charm
Charming home though the upstairs bedrooms are not as comfy as the 1st floor. The 2 full sized beds and the sleeper couch were very uncomfortable. You could feel all the metal springs through the mattresses. Also, one of the upstairs bedrooms is extremely small for adults to use. The ceiling is angled so it takes up half of the standing room in that bedroom.

Great visit.
We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed, did one trip to Costco and we were able to make everything we needed. We were able to enjoy lunch every day at the Village. We ride bikes, walked the path, and did a Kayak day. Can’t wait to stay again !

Comfortable and nice stay
The check-in process was extremely easy and the house was very clean and organized. It had more then enough appliances and amenities which exceeded our expectations. Overall, we felt at home and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was super clean and very well stocked in the kitchen! There was everything we needed. Plenty of space. Much bigger couch too than the pictures make it to be!!

Great house with great bedrooms and really 2 master suites with bathrooms. Kitchen super well equipped and very nice to work in. Loved the hot tub also. I would give it 5 stars but there was no where to put your clothes in one master bedroom. There was a closet but no shelves or bureau to put clothes in that you don't hang up. Very few hooks for coats when you come in so hard to find a place to put them all. But loved the house and location and would definitely go there again! Great that they have bikes to use also. Arrived was excellent and so easy to access them and get help the minute we needed it. I would highly recommend them!

Great house; heater control troubles
The master bedroom was blazing hot and we had no idea how to work the controls. It was too hot for comfort. But the rest of the house was beautiful! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Shower curtain in master bath needs to be replaced. There were a number of light bulbs that were burned out. Only the top to a broiling pan in a kitchen. The property needs a bigger and more organized garbage area. The Garage was a complete mess and I useable. Finally it would have been nice to have some de icer. The area between the front door and spa got pretty slick.
