“I can't speak highly enough of Terry and his Palm Desert home. The property is AMAZING! The attention to mid-century details are superb, from the light fixtures to the furniture to the art to the accent pieces. In addition, the beds and seating throughout the house are extremely comfortable. The view of the pool, courtyard and mountains add to the already relaxing feel of the entire home. The beautiful private courtyard is a big plus, as is the garage parking. And we loved being able to walk to El Paseo for coffee, meals and shopping. This is by far one of our favorite vacation rentals and we're already talking about coming back."
'Everything was above average. Outstanding décor and interior design. We loved the private garden patio and spacious living area. Fabulous!'
'Your place is spectacular!! Everything about it. Doesn't get better!! We had an amazing, relaxing, quiet getaway. We can't wait to come back! After three visits....you have no choice....your stuck with us!!!'

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bev and Terry's beautiful Sandpiper condo. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked, impeccably clean, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed meeting the owners and found communication with them to be easy. We give this Palm Desert architectural gem our very highest rating. Thanks, Terry and Bev for a wonderful respite from our cold midwestern winter.

This property is fantastic. Nicely decorated and furnished. It is also very spacious which was great for our family. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

We love the location, so easy to access the shops and restaurants of El Paseo, and other areas of the desert. The home is comfortable and well stocked, the owners are very helpful and easy to contact. We made dinner for friends while we were there and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We hope to be back!

We’ve stayed here 4 times now and it’s always great. The place is SUPER CLEAN and feels so comfortable. The townhome has everything you need, the location is perfect right next to El Paseo. The views are beautiful and serene and the neighbors are very quiet. The owner Terry is accommodating, easy to get a hold of and happy to help. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and it was in perfect condition just like the first time. The house is decorated really nicely with various styles of art work and the furniture and kitchen are modern and fit the style of the house.
Highly recommend this property. Probably will go back a third time.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. This place was awesome! An orange tree right outside the front door! We had a fantastic time at Terry & Bev's place. Besides being a beautiful home, it's also a historic landmark! The location could not have been better, we were right off of El Paseo within walking distance to a cute downtown with loads a great boutiques and restaurants. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful landscaping and pool. The hosts were excellent, they thought of everything, they were also super responsive and very friendly. We will definitely be back!!

This is our third stay here. It is just right! We love the location - with easy access to just about everything. We love Sandpiper in general and this unit in particular. The light filled spaces, views of the mountains and pool, tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen, too many amenities to mention. The hosts are responsive and respectful. Feel grateful to them for sharing their home. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is clean, modern, peaceful, well appointed and very spacious. Depending on your mood at the time there are so many beautiful spaces to unwind, read or whatever you want to do. I worked for two weeks while we stayed there, the wireless internet was generally excellent and accommodated all my zoom meetings. My favorite part of the whole thing was the view of the lawn and pool area, just spectacular. An orange tree is right outside the front door and we had fresh squeezed juice.
Everything inside and outside is so well maintained. The mountains are close and add to the whole experience. We walked on most days to restaurants down the street. A+.

Terry and Bev have a wonderful gem here at Sandpiper. Great community, nice neighbors- great design and super layout. Close to everything - I mean walk to anything you need - shopping ,eating, hiking. Plus the fresh fruit was in season - every day was a orange or grapefruit fresh picked. Terry was always available but really tried to be good guests and not pester for anything - didnt need much other than the code to get in. Will come back.

The location is great, the complex is very quiet, and the condo was well stocked with all of the daily essentials to help make a comfortable stay.

This is our 2nd time here and we loved the property. I wish it was our own house!
Great light, comfortable and quiet. The owner Terry is great and we would definitely stay here again.

I was very disturbed that I wasn’t notified
That I was being videoed in a private setting
And I was unaware until my friend noticed the cameras. I will never stay here again as it was a invasion of my privacy. I let Verbo know
That there were undisclosed cameras In areas that I thought were private.

Great time. Was hot there and took a bit to cool down the property, but once cool was great. Pool was great, but warm so morning and evening sessions were relaxing. Bring an umbrella for the pool.

I don't know where to begin from! My family and I have always stayed at hotels, but this was an experience of a lifetime! The house was overall more than I expected! One word to describe it: AMAZING! Thank you Terry for an amazing trip. Definitely will come back again.

My husband, 21 yr. old daughter and I had a wonderful time relaxing during a long weekend stay. The place was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. It's beautiful inside, giving us the Mid-Century Modern vibe that we were looking for. There are floor to ceiling windows through out to enjoy the gorgeous views. It was just steps to the pool and my husband and daughter had a good time playing shuffle board there in the evenings. It was very peaceful and quiet with just a couple of people enjoying the pool at different times. The location is great with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, antique & high end shopping a few blocks away. It was the perfect get-away for us.

Very peaceful and quiet just what we needed.
Would love to rent the same property again.

Very nice area - great location - lovely grounds and good overall feel of the place; could use better attention to cleaning and presentation things - for the cleaning fee you are charged, the cleaning should be more thorough - and I am considering the charge and size of home.
2.5
This property is lovely with a pool steps away and a private courtyard for dining and relaxing. The location is terrific - close to grocery store and walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants.

Mid century modern classic. Incredible location on Sandpiper grounds. Perfect spot next to pool. Beautiful mountain views. Easy walk to El Paseo restaurants, shops and galleries. Owner completely available for any needs/ communications. Absolutely recommend!

This historic mid-century Sandpiper condo is really well designed, remodeled and outfitted. From the really great pool and lawn area to the private sun-drenched courtyard, it is truly a relaxing spot. The owners have done a very nice job renovating the bathrooms and kitchen, keep the unit very clean and were extremely easy and gracious to work with. This is a great opportunity to relax in a very quiet and well appointed home in a historic William Krisel designed community!

This townhome has a great outdoor patio area in which to sit out in the sun, which is what we went for. The main areas have all been remodeled and are great and clean but the bedroomsneed to be redone aswell. The carpets also need to be cleaned. The bed in the master waslumpy and the shower did not drain well at all. This extra water made it slippery to step out of the shower area. The sinks also didn’t drain well in the baths. They had everything you needed though as far as towels and kitchen items.Loved the location. It was very peaceful.
2.5
The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable and there are several areas (2 outdoor decks!) to feel like you can switch up the setting. The owners were fantastic - responsive and quick to attend to any questions about the property. This location is FABULOUS - perfect Palm Springs getaway!!!

We booked this fabulous house for our trip to Coachella. It was PERFECT. Clean, comfortable, quiet and ascetically beautiful! It was only about 20 mins from the polo fields and it was a nice respite from the main stays of the festival goers. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and if not, there were at most 2 other people. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and living areas are designed beautifully. Terry was very accommodating as well, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was very much appreciated due to festival traffic! The location is perfect, it's walking distance to the main town of Palm Desert with all the shops and restaurants you could want and also a 3 minute drive to Whole Foods and Starbucks. Looking forward to returning to the this wonderful property!

We have stayed at this property for portions of the past few years. The owners have invested the time and expense to maintain and upgrade the property that is not commonly seen in the rental world. It is a large unit with a very sizable private patio as well as the second patio which faces onto the lovely landscaping and pool. Additionally, it has good quality appliances, is in a very scenic location and is probably in the most convenient location in the desert in terms of this quality of accommodation with walking access to a very wide range of services for shopping, eating, etc.

Having spent two weeks in this beautiful condo, I can't say enough about it - it is beautifully renovated and furnished, and there is not a thing you could want by way of kitchen equipment, bathroom towels etc. The location across from the pool is wonderful and the patio is the best place to sit back and relax. The beautiful mountain views are a sight to behold. This has to be the best condo for rent in Palm Desert ........absolute perfection!!
Terry is wonderful to deal with - he made everything so easy!!

What a wonderful place this is... I feel bad writing this because now everyone will want to come here... Beautiful grounds, beautiful renovated interior. Impeccable.

Selfishly, I don't want to give away the secret of this amazing rental. Our family stays in Palm Springs/Palm Desert/La Quinta 3-4 times a year, and we have finally found our favorite place. The house is large, perfectly appointed, and in the absolute best location. We appreciated all of the updated technology and fully stocked kitchen. The pool was perfect for adults and children, and we had it to ourselves practically the entire time. This is truly a special find in the desert. We hope to be back very soon.

Great Location. Great Unit, with every amenity you would have at home. My family looks forward to returning next year. The owners are excellent to deal with.

A luxurious rental that is well worth the money. The unit has everything you could possibly need or want plus more. Very spacious, exceptionally clean and extremely well furnished. The location within Sandpiper is the best you could get with beautiful grounds and a large area swimming pool right out your front door. We particularly enjoyed the private large patio with lounge chairs, top-of-the line barbecue and beautiful outdoor dining set. We would rent again. We loved it and the owners were great to work with.

We have been here for a week and have had one of the most relaxing vacations in a long time. The owners did a beautiful job in remodeling/redecorating, making our stay feel ultra luxurious. We are here with our two small children and were able to swim every day multiple times a day. Most of the time, we were the only people at the pool. We also were able to keep our bikes safe in the garage and went for bike rides every day. We took trips to the Childrens Museum, local hiking, Joshua Tree, the slides at the YMCA and The Living Desert. We chose to eat at home most of the time since we have an amazing chef (my husband) among us and it is more relaxing than going out for us. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed! I highly recommend this lovely home.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful property last July. It was very hot and we were very pleased that the a/c worked very well. We spent hours around the pool and usually we were the only people there. What a beautiful vista. The mountains were peeking over the palm trees and looked spectacular from poolside.
The house had a wonderful interior courtyard that was totally private and opened from the 2 bedrooms and the dining room. We retreated there after dinner every evening and sipped wine and enjoyed the beautiful sky.
The house itself was perfect for us...lots of room and decorated in the mid century style
We loved this place
Everything was within walking distance Really. I can't come close to describing how much we enjoyed ourselves
I highly recommend it
