Newly remodeled, Beautiful Contemporary 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom spacious beach-house in secluded Hither Hills section of Montauk. 2 block walk to private ocean beach (access key provided). Winter ocean views, cathedral ceiling, completely furnished, barn wood floors. Large master en-suite with private terraces, 3 guest bedrooms and new bathroom. Fully equipped open gourmet kitchen, upper level deck for outdoor dining and grilling. Tastefully furnished living room with wraparound window walls for wonderful outdoor views. Finished basement level. 2 flat screen TV's with cable. Yard with Outdoor patio, teak furniture and an outdoor shower. Central Air. Lots of space, sleeps 8-10. Close to town, Gurneys, golf, fishing. Very peaceful area. Truly a comfortable beach house that you will enjoy.

I stayed at this property with a group of 8 and we had an amazing experience overall. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably; the layout of the house felt very spacious and was perfect for group dinners/hangouts; it was less than a 10 minute walk to the private beach; and the house was just a short drive to town (or a 2 mile run along the highway)! Michael was a very communicative host and checked in with me close to check in/out to make sure I received all necessary information. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its close proximity to the beach, offering us easy access to peaceful morning walks and stunning sunset views. The house itself is spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and activities. We were particularly impressed by the unique layout of the home. It was not only functional but also added an element of charm and character to the property. The layout allowed for both communal gathering spaces and private retreats, catering to all our needs. The property was well-maintained and clean, and it was evident that a lot of thought had been put into its design and upkeep. It offered a perfect blend of comfort, space, and proximity to the beach, making our vacation truly memorable. House is very well appointed and Mike the host is a great communicator. Also he provided a very nice welcome note and bottle of local rose. Our family loved to walk to beach and proximity to restaurants, marina and golf. Driveway is a bit steep from road so reco to enter from left side or park in the street. Montauk is awesome!

This was a beautiful home in an awesome location. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. The location is ideal - a very short walk to the ocean and a 5 minute drive into town. Our stay was perfectly enjoyable and comfortable. Thanks so much!

We were a group of friends in town for a wedding and the house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom space for a large group. Super clean and well stocked. Beautiful back deck and outdoor shower. A short walk to the beach. We had the best time and hope to be back soon!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. Michael and Diana are the sweetest hosts. We were in Montauk for a wedding, and this house was a mile from the venue. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Amazing location to town, walking distance to the beach, and great little neighborhood to walk and ride bikes. I would rate this house a 20 out of 10 if I could! We hope to visit again soon!!

This property was amazing. Mike and Diana were so nice and accessible, check-in and out process was seamless. A few minute walk from a private beach. So much outdoor space in a beautiful neighborhood. This home was perfect for our group and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Such a beautiful spacious house in hither hills! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return next summer!

Michael and Diana’s home was a wonderful location for our off season getaway from the city. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The views and sunlight shining in on the top floor living area were beautiful and comforting. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed with every appliance and utensil you could think of. And only a block from the beach access meant lots of nice long walks. We highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Pictures and words don’t do this house justice. Incredible beach house-great decks, great space for 2 adults and 6 young adults. Incredibly well stocked house-has everything you could need . Very quick walk to a private and spectacular beach. Nice 2 mile walk to center of Montauk. Owners are amazing and completely responsive-you will have no issues with this property. You should rent this house-no need to look anywhere else.

We really loved our stay for a month at Mike & Diana's beach house in Montauk. Renting in Montauk for a month annually - the house is by far located in one of the best neighborhoods of MTK. Hither Hills that offers private deeded beach access to the residents of the neighborhood and this residence was an easy two block walk away. The beach was empty near daily including weekends and is both beautiful + pristine. Mike and Diana's house is decorated well and laid out perfectly to encourage the family or a group to spend a lot of time together in the upside-down set-up open spaced living room, built out basement or patio set-ups. It is easy to cook for all (best stocked kitchen I've had in a rental house) and have everyone seated inside or outside. The amount of items provided and space itself leaves little need to travel anywhere besides the house and the beach. Mike and Diana were great hosts always answered questions within minutes. We look forward to renting again with them when the time comes next year!
