Ocean views everywhere! HUGE great room, elegant furnishings and 55 inch Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound and DVD/blue ray player. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar. Bamboo floors throughout.
Private Pool ,sundeck ,exterior shower, palm tree and covered patio with dining table. lounge chairs, gas and charcoal grills, and wicker chairs and couch in the covered porch for outside entertaining.

Great place to start our new family tradition. The place was nice and the owner was exceptionally responsive when something was needed. House was well appointed, close to the beach and grocery store and the prey gathering place for the family!

This was a great place to stay! Close to the beach to walk, spacious home equipped with everything you need! It was great to spend a day at the beach and then get in the pool! We had a couple of small issues but were addressed right away! Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great. It was nice they had chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to rent those. The owner was very communicative, quick to address any concerns/questions that we had.

This was a great property and location for our group. Only a block from the beach, and walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Pool area was a great place to hang out after the beach. Would recommend this property. We had a great week.

Location and size was great to spend our wedding week in Cherry Grove with our family of 9. Pool area was a great place to hang out in the evening and the owner’s allowing us the use of the their golf cart at a reduced rate was a big plus and appreciated! I would suggest re-evaluating the cleaning service being used. The floors were so dirty when we arrived and one of the bedspreads had melted taffy on it and the sheets had actual dirt on them. There was a good bit of dust on some of the furniture as well. There is also some maintenance issues that should be addressed such as the broken cabinets and rusted crusty island sink.

We have been vacationing in MB since 1990. This was the best layout house for our family. Large kitchen, table large enough for all to eat together (8), large family room with good seating, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on top level. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry on 2nd level. Double carport and pool on bottom level. Very short walk to beach, no golf cart needed. If you make meals for a family, we suggest you take your own knife set, a decent egg pan, an electric skillet and a spatula. Pool and pool area are great. Good times had by our family here. Owner/manager are good to talk with. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the weather didn’t permit us to utilize the pool. I wish the elevator worked because the stairs definitely gave us a work out 😂

Location s excellent but the house has several defects that should be addressed. The elevator was not advertised but it did not work. The heater for the pool hot tub did not work. The mattresses on all the beds should be replaced and one of the bunk beds only had a box spring without a mattress. Soffit boxing around the house has missing panels. Nails are backing out and raised on the exterior upper-level decks. Several window blinds have broken slats. Overall, for the price, it needs upgrades.

Home was as advertised. Clean. Great views of the ocean. We swam everyday in the pool. Lots of family time around the pool at night. Beach was very close. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Property was not cleaned when we arrived. They cleaned a two story house, 5 bed rooms and 6 baths, in less than one hour. The pool was dirty and the area very unkept. Cigarette but were laying around the pool area. Pool Furniture was dirty. We had the wrong linens for king bed. Would never come back.

Great location!

This property is just one block from walk out beach access and close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owners were very responsive. A couple of the beds could stand to be replaced but they were adequate for the week’s stay. The only thing that could have made it better was a working elevator for our 15 year old in a wheelchair. We were notified by the owner prior to our arrival that it was out of service due to parts being unavailable and we were given the option to cancel. Great Cherry Grove property!

we arrived and i could go right in because terry had already given me the front door code! the place was fantastic. we had 10 people stay and there was plenty of room for everybody!! the pool was also fantastic we were in it almost the whole time. the house is located in a perfect area, anything you could want as at you fingertips! yes we would stay here again! only bad thing is not having the elevator, but you can get around that!!

Great location. There were places in the house that could use some updating. Curtains in the bedrooms would be nice to keep out the sun, especially on the east side. Kitchen is on the top floor so be prepared if carrying a lot of food and beverages. The lower level, pool area is great for gathering.

This property is perfect for large or multiple families. We loved the grill and lounge area at the pool. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining area and deck. It would have been nice if elevator was working. However, the owner did let us know it was out of order prior to paying our balance. I appreciated that. Also the communication with the owner is great!

The perfect getaway

Our family decided a change of scenery was needed. While mom and dad worked, the rest of the family played in the pool and spent days on the beach. The only thing I’d do differently if I owned this home would be a new bed in the master bedroom, but it worked for us the week we there. Thank you for letting our family stay in your beautiful home.

Nice property but a few flaws

The house was the perfect set-up for what our family needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with all needed items. The elevator is not in service and has been down for some time. It is listed in the listing but the owners did not notify us ahead of time. We had a family member with a prosthetic leg so this was a real let down. That needs to be removed from listing so others are not surprised. The wifi is not strong which makes watching TV really difficult. There is no cable just streaming services. As we were there for Thanksgiving we wanted to watch football. We were able to make it work with a combo of mobile hotspots and a laptop. The beds are older and make a ton of noise when you are getting in and out. The location was great. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and there is a great grocery store and ice cream stand just 3 blocks down. The house is very spacious with ample seating.

The condo was a great location and home. Just a short walk to the beach, perfect pool area for a large group to hang out, and plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The one major downside to this property was that they DID NOT provide any sheets or towels and it is not stated anywhere on their listing page. Once we arrived and realized there were no linens, we had to rush to Walmart to purchase for the whole group. I later checked the Rental Agreement and found the "no linens provided" note in fine print. Just a vacation hassle we were not expecting since most every condo rental provides sheets and towels. I'd recommend they add that boldly in the Overview or Amenities section on the VRBO listing page so future guest do not have that added stress or cost on their vacation.

House had plenty of room for our group of 13. Location was great! 2 min walk to beach, close to grocery store, food, and entertainment. Kids/teens stayed in pool and at the beach most of the time. Kitchen and dining area was huge. loved sitting out on top balcony and watching sun sets and rises. Only a few problems. Elevator did not work while we were there which made it difficult for some in our group to go up and down the 3 flights of stairs, darts for dart board were all broke, and there was some water damage in all bathrooms on the walls by tub, kids bunk room stays warmer than the rest of the house but since they were only in there at night to sleep when it was cooler it was not so bad.For each problem we had the owner was very prompt in responding to us and very polite. Overall house was nice but could use some updates in certain areas. We really did enjoy our stay. Great Family trip. Thank you Mendnes Family.

Nice setup, great location. But for price elevator should be working especially if advertised. Carrying big bags of luggage up and down all those stairs was not okay. Wouldn't recommend if you have a lot of luggage. Also the T.V in kids room and game room did not work. Whirlpool needs updating.

Very nice large rooms. Very nice pool and the surrounding pool area. Nice spacious kitchen/dining/living room. Nice working elevator. With all that was so nice the few things that could have made it excellent would have been better WiFi and mattresses. TV reception was non existent as WiFi was too weak. We had to use our own hot spot to watch anything. Mattresses(not all) can use an upgrade. If not for these couple things, the location and spaciousness of this VRBO was absolutely wonderful! Owner also allowed beach chairs if needed.

Great beach house only 1/2 block from beach. Easily accommodated 10 people. The pool area was a plus and very refreshing after going to the beach! The only negative was the WiFi isn’t strong enough for a house this size. It was very slow and spotty at times. (One of is had to work during part of the week) Overall, a wonderful house!

Communication with owner was smooth and responsive. Property is very nice and well laid out. Our family enjoyed this rental for Thanksgiving this year. I wish the heater for the pool was worked as a swim would have made our Thanksgiving complete! Would definitely stay here again.
