About this villa rental
Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!
There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Tons of room short distance to the beach

We wanted a house right on the beach because we were bringing our 85 year old mom. However, this house is right behind the houses on the beach and there's a road that separates the houses. There didn't seem to be too much traffic so getting to the beach was not an issue. It was a super short walk. There seemed to always be a nice breeze blowing through. The house was awesome! All of us hung out on the main floor and played cards, cooked, or watched tv, and it never seemed crowded...very large living area. There are all kinds of pots and pans for cooking. Having beach chairs was a wonderful convenience. We didn't bring any and was happy to see that the chairs were provided. We had 4 cars...3 medium size and 1 large. We never had a problem getting a parking space. The beds are super comfy. As a matter of fact, a couple people in our group used to have back pain but during vacation, their backs felt great. They realized the mattresses at their own homes must be the issue...lol. The owner, Lori, was very responsive. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place!

Had a good time staying here for our mother's 75th birthday. Had a small hiccup with the plumbing but the handyman and plumber that were provided were great and very quick. The ability to go right across the street to the beach via the public acess was very convienient. Lots of room for all of us.

This property checks off ALL the boxes for my groups needs. The property is well equipped, clean and convenient! This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and there is ZERO reason to think we won’t be making it a 3rd and more!

My family ( 4 generations) have stayed in this condo once a year for multiple years and are always satisfied with our stay. Perfect location and hosts are wonderful about communicating back quickly if you need anything.

We had sixteen in our group. We celebrated Thanksgiving and my husband and I celebrated our 50 Wedding Anniversary. The house is very nice and was perfect for our stay. It looks just like the pictures online. Very spacious and clean. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly book again.

This is the second year that my golf group has stayed. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Owner was helpful to us. We have stayed in a few different 8-bedroom places—one guy in each room—and we agreed that this is the best 8-bedroom place we have found in the Myrtle Beach area. We will definitely try to book here again!

Indeed it was a paradise! 8 golfing ladies stayed for 4 days. The kitchen and eating are and living area were large and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could ever need.
Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable with lovely finishing touches. Bathrooms were great. Area was quiet at night . Parking area under the house worked fine.
Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We have stayed in the N Myrtle Beach area several times and this is the nicest unit we have ever rented.
We will be booking it again for next year,

This place was just great! The location is amazing super close to the beach! Great parking & has an elevator which is always a plus! The actual place itself was wonderful! Very considerate of families with kids, had a large amount of space! Host was also great. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family beach trip. There was 20 of us ranging from age 1-75 and at no point did it feel crowded. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It is only about a 5 min walk to the beach which was great. Parking was easy and the pool was perfect for all the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our family stay in North Myrtle Beach at this resort. It was a wonderful place to just be together again after recently losing the patriarch of our family. We had a family group consisting of 14 adults ranging from 19-77, a 13 year old and a 5 month old. The condo was very large with very comfortable and nice size bedrooms and enough bathrooms for us all. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plates and bowls, cups and glasses and every pan, serving or baking dish and any utensil that you would want. The 2 refrigerators gave us plenty of space to store food for cooking in which was easy with all of the seating space. The laundry facilities were nice and large and the beach towels were an added bonus. The beach was easy to access and the beach chairs were a very nice addition. Lori was a blessing to work with and provided us our much needed family vacation time.

The property was clean, spacious and just breathtaking. It was more then what our group could imagine. The kitchen was huge and being that we had a party of 14 that really made a difference. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. This property is definitely a 5 star in my opinion. When traveling with a large group of women sometimes its hard to please everything but i must say i didn't have no complaints at all.

The Location was great right across the street from the beach. The pool is shared with other tenants in the condo. I thought we would've had our own Pool and Jacuzzi. Parking was really tight spaces. The condo was semi clean. The bathrooms had a lot of hair behind the toilets and walls. The bedrooms were very clean with fresh linen. The TV in the upstairs family room didn't work. The instructions on the rules of the house were a plus. May I suggest instructions on operating the TV's it was a lil difficult. Also, extra Blankets. Kitchen was stock with all the supplies you would need. Wine glasses would be nice. I would definitely book again. Lori was very quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you again.

We had (12) golfers stay here for a long week end of golf. There was plenty of room for all us to stay comfortably. The area was quiet and peaceful - not bad traffic of anyone being loud and rowdy.
We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Everything was great from booking to end. Slept 20 people comfortably. Very clean and stocked with all necessities. I will be trying to book summer 2023. Host Laurie was great. She answered every message prior to coming. The type of person I love dealing with. Parking was my only issue. Provided spaces used up by overflow cars with no parking pass.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed (except food, of course). The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were filled with towels for the week and enough supplies to get us started. The kitchen dining areas filled all of our needs. We really appreciated the two refrigerators. This place was an excellent spot for our large family to gather together for most of the little kids in our family first beach experience. This condo has everything you need to have a wonderful time on vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space while still being together. It was awesome to know there were beach chairs and towels and all the linens we would need. Thank you so much for your hospitality Ms. Lori! ❤️❤️ We hope to make more trips in the years to come.

Great beach spot for a large group
This was the perfect spot for our extended family beach vacation. Plenty of room for the 16 of us. Loved that the kitchen/dining area provided more than enough space for us to all eat together. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. The beach chairs, towels, toys and umbrella were a bonus!

Spacious, Clean, and Wonderful Memories!
We had 3 families with child age ranges from 1-17, and they all had space for naps or their noon wake up times! It was so easy to cook family meals and fit all together for dining. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, with extra beach towels and chairs at the condo. Lori was very communicative and addressed any issues quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, but the condo was also close to restaurants and lots of mini golf and ice cream.
The drawback for our stay was the 3:30am garbage pick up 4x during our visit. Only the 2 of us in the King bedroom on the 1st floor heard it, so put your sound machines and heavy sleepers in that room! The noise cut through our box fan.
The pool and neighborhood felt a bit tired, but there seemed to be a mix of old buildings being replaced with newer ones. It did not feel too loud or hectic as we thought Myrtle Beach itself might. The lifeguards were very attentive in this area.

Everything was 1st class in this condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. We totally enjoyed our stay. The beds were very high
and difficult for some our older,shorter folks to navigate but that was the only negative we had.
