Welcome to Sand Dollar Villas in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island! This Beach Front Condo has exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean and sugary sand beaches. We're the second unit closest to the beach, on the first level and amazing southeastern views from private balcony. This beautiful and immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been recently remodeled and upgraded - has everything you and your family will need. In addition to phenomenal views, comfortable amenities, and convenient location, there is a large deck with patio table and chairs where you can relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee as the sunrises. Take a walk down the private boardwalk where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. At night enjoy moonlight walks on the beach and listen to the waves; a more romantic place just doesn't exist. Washer and Dryer, linens, a dining room table with 5 chairs and a bench, free wireless high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master bedroom has a soft queen bed and a private master bathroom. There's also a queen bed in the guest bedroom along with a super comfortable fold out sofa that sleeps two. Free Wifi, Large 55" HD Flat screen w/ cable and Netflix too! Located just minutes from historical downtown Fernandina beach and many incredible restaurants, dining experiences, night life and shops. Just like last time…we had a great time! The condo was great, the location was fantastic, the whole property is well maintained, and the non-commercialization of Amelia Island makes it the perfect Spring Break location for families! We will be back!

Brian, the host, was great to work with. Had a small wiggle when we checked in. Gave him a call and it was handled immediately. Great view from the patio. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. 10 min drive to downtown with lots of great bars, restaurants and shops. Condo was perfect, nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. We had a great time.

Perfect location for our son’s wedding weekend in the area. We were very busy so only had quick couple of opportunities to enjoy the location right on the beach. Location perfect to Fernandina Beach area. Helpful to have two full baths. Very comfortable amount of space.

We stayed over winter break, loved being so close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was very conveniently located. The pool is not heated, but would be great in the summer. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy clean with everything you need. the kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable. nice strong shower and nice deck with a dune and ocean 🌊 view.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for two of the couples to call home for the weekend! Spacious, clean, and so close to the beach! One note (not property related): I would recommend renting a car since Ubers/taxis on the island were not super reliable, and the main larger stores are beyond walking distance.

Beach access from the condo is easy. During the Christmas season, movement around the island was easy. There are very nice restaurants close by. The Surf Restaurant Bar and Grill is within walking distance to the condo and I would recommend checking it out. A short drive to Harris Teeter for supplies. If you like fishing, surf fishing opportunities abound. You can also get to the fishing pier on the south of the island quickly. Opportunities for day trips are numerous and we really enjoyed a trip to St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed the down town area with all the Christmas lighting. I look forward to visiting the island again and would have no hesitation in renting the same condo unit.

The only two things I can really complain about is worn linens and the pool being dirty for a few days. Excellent communication with the property manager and great condo/unit. Easy beach and pool access and the kids loved it! Thank you!

Been to the island a few times and this property was as good as advertised. Our daughter lost one of her stuffys on the trip and they were totally helpful and understanding in our search (it was dropped somewhere else). Great view, great property, great location.

We had a very nice stay. When we checked it and entered the villa, it hasn’t been scheduled to be cleaned due to a mixup in dates. However Brian was contacted and immediately contacted the cleaning lady and they came and cleaned while we went to a late dinner. Brian also was very kind to compensate us for dinner while it was being cleaned. Brian was always available to answer any questions or concerns! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend renting from Brian.

Convenient location. Furnishings were a little tired but were fully functional and clean. Very easy access to beach which is a little more angled than we like to walk on. This was just after a hurricane had skirted offshore, so could have just been washed out and the sand not replaced yet. We were here about the 3rd week of October and the weather was warm a couple of days and rather cool the remainder of our stay. Water was warmish, but not warm enough for most of the beach goers to brave. Mostly just walkers and a few book readers here and there. This place was quiet this time of the year. Nice pool (be aware that one end of the pool is 7 feet deep), but again the water was too cool to try it out. Never saw anyone else in there either. If you like pizza, may we suggest you try Black Cat Pizza back toward Yulee. It's not very far from this location, maybe a 10 minute drive.

Very nice condo, everything available as advertised in the online representation. I would prefer to have the option to check in earlier, if only one hour. That , 3:00 vs 4:00 would be more inline with commercial standards, and provide an additional afternoon on the beach. Highly recommend this property.

This unit is in an excellent location, first floor easy access. You can see the beach from the balcony, and the pool from the deck. Owner was very communicative with us the whole time. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Condo situated on the beach. With a view of the beach. The Resort has an excellent pool. You get what exactly what is outlined on the Website. The Owners have put their personal touches to the Condo making it a true home from home experience. Would have no hesitation recommending this property or any other property owned by the Condo Owner.

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Dollar Villas! The owner was great to work with, we didn’t have any issues, the condo was stocked with everything we needed, the property was clean and well maintained, the view was spectacular, the pool was in a great location (and nice after 100* weather), the covered parking was super convenient, and we ate out half the time but got take-out the other half because the condo was just so welcoming and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! We love the area and the charm of the island! We will definitely be back! A big thanks to the owners for making everything perfect, they really thought of everything!

We have stayed there two years in a row for a friend's birthday. Great spot on the beach withing walking distance of Surf with good food and good live music. Easy to downtown for shopping. We looked at other places thinking we might change it up this year, but just could not find a better spot. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. There was enough room for us and it had everything we needed. Our kids loved the balcony with ocean views, pool, and short walk to the beach. As soon as we left, they asked when we can go back. Owner was helpful answering questions and property manager was around. There were lots of families staying and our kids enjoyed playing with the other kids there. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and the historic downtown is very cute with lots of shops. We went the first week of June. The beach was not busy. We didn't have to wait at any restaurant we went to, either. Weather was great. We are hoping to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was on the 1st floor, so not a lot of walking getting to get to our room like we had last year in same building but on the 3rd floor. We had a great view of the ocean! Definately recommend!

This beachfront condo was perfect for our vacation. The deck was ideal to sit outside while listening and watching the waves roll in, with super easy beach access. The complex is an older one, but well maintained. The costs were more than reasonable for the area. Brian was super helpful, too! Already planning our next visit!
