The check in process was simple, and the Maple Apartment was a good size for our group: two adults, our daughter, and one grandparent. The apartment has nice light with skylights throughout, the kitchen is small but has everything you need to make breakfast, including a coffee maker. We enjoyed the outdoor garden seating, and the owners' small dog Yoshi is the one of the cutest dogs I've met. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the Ashland shops. We enjoyed the Hither Cafe for lunch and some breakfast scones. And the Bloomsbury Bookstore nearby is wonderful - a good place to find your next read or stop for a drink in the upstairs cafe.

Was at this property several years ago. It is fine. You could use a little more kitchen area, though I know that would be difficult. It is too bad that temperatures are difficult to regulate from upstairs and downstairs. The curtains are horrible and need to be replaced.

The place was great for our family. It was clean and awesome for our family. We had plenty of room and the place was clean and easy to access. It was a great location and we will stay there next year. Thank you.

We loved the location of the maple cottage. We walked to and from the Oregon Shakespeare festival and sat out in the shady patio in the cool evenings. Perfect for us and our adult daughter!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The two bedrooms were spacious and bright. It was nice having two bathrooms, since our 11 year old grandson stayed with us two of the six nights. The location is perfect.

Cute apartment located convenient to downtown Ashland. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic, with many vintage homes with beautiful flowers and trees to admire on walks. The courtyard at the apartment is shady and inviting to sit and relax after a day exploring.

It was a wonderful experience. The cottage was perfect for us! The rooms had a lot of space, the kitchenette worked perfectly for us! Thr Breville was great,(I have one) The property has an outdoor area that reminded me of the courtyards in New Orleans, it was well shaded and private.
We are hoping to rebook next year! Thank you for you hospitality!

Clean, comfortable, and as described. Approximately 15 min walk to OSF theaters and downtown Ashland. We appreciated that this place had air conditioning, as many rentals in Ashland do not. We would have loved some black-out curtains in the bedrooms so we could have slept in, but other than that, great place!

We had a lovely time at the Maple Apartment at Tudor House. The house was super comfortable and very cozy. One of our members felt under the weather and spent all day in the house, but that was just fine by him! The location is excellent, making it easy to walk downtown or to OSF (or to Morning Glory, the esteemed breakfast place). And as the owner of a hybrid plug-in vehicle, we were pleasantly surprised to see a charger on the garage! Apparently we may have taken it on its maiden voyage. Thanks, Raliegh!

Heat was off and temperature was 42 degrees f which is not safe for a toddler to be in. Took 6 hours for apartment to heat up to 65 degrees f. The property is not safe for toddlers in general. Back yard is a mess

A lovely, cozy place w all the amenities. Tho no stove, a sort of electric appliance one can cook a whole chicken or chili in, plus a nice toaster oven. Our week here was quite nice.

The space is clean, charming and well appointed. And it was quiet with comfortable beds. I loved the watercolor paintings on the walls in every room!

Cute and quiet!
Sweet space with kind property manager... It had everything we needed! The location was perfect (we could walk downtown and to see family over by the college). Extremely quiet with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Wifi and ability to steam from our own streaming services was also great. Thanks so much for making our time in Ashland comfortable and convientent!

Lovely place to stay!
We spent two nights here and had a lovely time. It's a very cozy, clean, comfortable suite. I wish the fridge was bigger but the owner has done a fabulous job of maximizing such a small kitchenette space.

Already booked for next year!
The Maple Apartment was exactly as advertised. The rooms all have lots of natural light and the beds are excellent! The kitchen is minimal, but we knew that going in and it worked just fine for us. Raleigh was a super host, nonintrusive and responsive. We loved walking in the neighborhood. We were disappointed in the plays the Festival offered this year, but delighted to find this great place to stay. We'll be back!

Very nice, will stay again if in the area
Very nice. Just so you know, we didn't know that the parking spaces were marked. The refrigerator is set too cold and freezes some items. Hard to keep windows open as the blinds are broken.

Cute, quiet, private, and comfortable place close to pretty much everything in Ashland, walking or driving. Walking downtown and to Lithia park was a snap.
We appreciated having two full baths plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy and I slept like a log. Also loved the spacious Jack n Jill upstairs bath with lots of counter space, plenty of linens, a great adjustable shower head and deep tub for a relaxing soak -- plus a sturdy, convenient grab bar for getting in and out.
The unit is especially cheerful and bright upstairs with its windows and well-placed skylights that offered lots of sunshine without compromising privacy. There's even a well stocked bookshelf in case you forget to bring a good book.
Entry gate and parking are off a gravel alley with two spots allocated to the unit, plus on street parking the next street over if needed.
A single wish list item would've been more counter space in the tiny kitchenette and a bigger fridge and freezer vs mini fridge. But no matter - we'd all still stay again!

Short stay
Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Will definitely be back. Especially enjoyed Yo shi, the owners dog. The only short coming of this rental is the untidy back yard. It is the first thing you see when you arrive. We were gone a lot so it did not really hamper our stay, but it could be a sweet back yard and a nice place to sit and enjoy the warm summer evenings in Ashland. Other than that a very nice find.

Great home base for a visit to Ashland
My dad and I stayed in the Maple Suite during a visit with family who live in Ashland. The unit was cozy and comfortable, and may be one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in. The location was ideal and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Get away weekend
This was the perfect place for us when we needed a getaway weekend in Ashland for some hiking. Communication with the owner was easy, directions to find it and enter the unit were clear. The apartment is a cozy place in a lovely neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the plaza, and a grocery store nearby. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and lots of light throughout the unit. It was clean and well cared for. Thanks for a great stay! We hope this place is available next time we visit Ashland!

Two day stop over in Ashland
We had been in Bend for a week and stopped over in Ashland to do some white water rafting for my husbands bday. We had five of us and the house was perfect. Just enough room to play cards at the table at night and the beds and bedrooms to spread out. Fold our sofa couch for fifth person worked just fine. The kitchen is a stocked and has just enough necessary items for a couple of days. Lots and lots of towels and blankets and the AC worked great! We ate at Hearsay for dinner one night and I couldn’t recommend it more. The service and food were AMAZING!
also, if you are looking for a top of the line rafting experience, book with Noah’s rafting company. Super nice staff who are well trained so you have an adventure but live to tell about it. The last bonus of this house rental was the owners little dog Yoshi, this dog will win your heart and if you’re weird animal people like our family you might even ask to say good bye to Yoshi before you leave ha! Cute, quiet and clean house for a great price!

Comfortable place to stay!
Nicely appointed two story house / cottage at the back of the property. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main plaza in town. The upstairs bedrooms / bathroom are very nice: light and peaceful. The downstairs living / kitchenette is a little dark, but not a big deal if you spend most of your time out seeing the sights of Ashland!

Cozy
Perfect little place for a weekend getaway.
