Very nice stay but property could have been cleaner. Owners belongings not put away properly. Bathroom needed proper cleaning. Other than that, enjoyed stay.

Great location! Great views. This place was awesome. Loved the traditional touches. Not ultra modern but perfect little getaway with everything you could possibly need and the location can’t be beat! Very clean. Spacious. Easy walk to everywhere. Will definitely book this again.

The appartment was well equiped
The beds were confortable
The location cant be beat!
The only downside (for us who love to listen to the waves) is the bar just beside the complex...
They were music every afternoon and night and lots of loud rock music in the day...Some people did not mind but for us who love peaceful environnment it was not our cup of the...
But we mostly had a good time😊

Wonderful location and views. Proximity to the town is great and it is handy having Unico right next door. The condo's amenities are older but all in working order. If you are looking to cook and enjoy major meals in the unit it would be tough. However, I would suggest skip it and go eat out there are so many wonderful spots in town. You have the best view from your balcony! Enjoy.

The property is very nice and in a great location right in the beach. The condo has an amazing view and we spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the sea. The third bedroom is not really a bedroom and we had to walk through it to get to our room and the futon was not very comfortable. This was the one disappointment we had with the place given the price we paid.

Perfect getaway in the sun!
This condo is in a perfect location. Easily walkable to town, but quiet and felt very private. Loved having Unico beach club next door for great ceviche and cocktails. Balcony of condo is perfect for taking in the gorgeous view of the water. Condo is well equipped and property manager was responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean property in Puerto Morelos
The property is clean and well cared for. The community is great and was filled with other American travelers. Beautiful beach and little town with a small selection of good restaurants. Great grocery store 15 min walk and the stove, cooktop, fridge all worked great. The bathrooms need some work and are really showing their age. The fixtures are functional but not nice and the shower is acceptable at best. This property worked great for our family trip to Mexico.

Absolutely Lovely
Great views of the sea greeted us when we arrived. The condo is very nice and well equipped. Watching dawn break from the porch is amazing. The pool and grounds are beautiful, and it's an easy walk to town for lunch, groceries, etc.
We can't wait to return!

The condo was as describe, we loved our stay it's à little piece of paradise.
It a very quiet location, if you want to fiesta it's maybe not for you. But the action of the town center is not far and you could go by foot. It's about a 15min. Walk.
Roberto was very helpfull with everything we needed. We had a great stay, we recommand it and what to say with the view WOW ! If we go back in the area for sure we will rent it again. Thanks for the lovely vacation.

Wonderful!
My husband and I stayed in this condo, it is more than just a "rental" condo, it is like a comfortable home with good seating in the living area as well as a very comfortable bed and the view from the balcony, living area and bedroom is second to none! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of glasses, plates, silverware etc and a coffee maker, I did not notice the cookware as we don't cook while there, (so many great restaurants that are within walking distance) The air conditioning was very efficient, we only used it 3 nights because this condo gets wonderful cool ocean breezes all day & night, we also enjoyed the music from Unico (next door) while sitting on the balcony. *Note: condo is on the 3rd floor and no elevator which we are fine with but for some, steps might be an issue. Working with Carter is extremely easy and also knowing that Roberto and his staff (who keep the grounds immaculate!) are onsite is a plus also. This condo is not fancy or new but very clean and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

Paradise on earth
This was easily the best vacation place I have ever been to. You will wake up, open the sliding doors to the balcony and wonder why you live in a city. The perfect breeze all day long, the perfect beach to soak up some rays (with private section for privacy and nice umbrellas), and the perfect town to grab drinks and great food. This town is untouched by obnoxious corporations on every corner -- it's the real deal. If you go into the town, there is a man named Jesus at a travel center that will give you a great deal on fun adventures -- Isla de Mujeres is supposed to be incredible, but they also have ziplines, RV's, etc.
Do yourself a favor -- BOOK NOW.

Best vacation in years!
This gorgeous condo was the perfect place to unwind and warm up after a long New York winter. Nothing beats waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean and hearing the rustling of the palm trees just outside of our window. The condo was immaculately kept and was cleaned multiple times during our stay by the condo's cleaning staff. The unit easily fit our 4 guests and could have accommodated an additional 5th guest on the futon in the 3rd bedroom if needed. Casita Blanca boasts a pool as well as private beach chairs and cabanas that are reserved for guests. This was very convenient as we were always able to find free chairs to lounge in during our time at the condo.
The locations was also great as it is right next door to a trendy beach bar and restaurant call the Unico Beach Club. In addition to the food, which was fantastic and well priced, they also offered snorkeling equipment rentals, outdoor massage services and live music. We typically stopped by most days to grab a drink or a snack and enjoy the atmosphere.
In addition to the beauty and the amenities of this condo, the location, just a ten minute walk to the town centre, was incredibly convenient. The town boasts numerous restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies and a grocery store that has most of the basic food staples.
All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casita Blanca Condo A5 and are looking forward to coming back again next year.

Casita Blanca Condo 5A - Great view, morning sunrise, nice breeze, short walk to beach, comfortable
The condo was in a great location - walking distance from the town and very quiet. Friendly neighbors, excellent view and location with pool and beach. The unit was just what I wanted. Separate quiet bedrooms, bathrooms, with adequate kitchen equipment and comfortable living room for sitting and reading. the place was very clean with periodic additional cleaning. I spent much time on the porch which was a real treat for view and sunshine. I would definitely go there again.

Fantastic Location, Responsive Management, Just a few Glitches
The previous reviews pretty much cover the many good aspects about Casita Blanca condos, unit A5 and its owner. The complex's buildings, grounds, pool and beach areas were all well maintained. We found it an easy walk (about 8 Mexican blocks) down a sandy beach to PM's town square where most restaurants, shops, ATMs, money exchange, etc are located. Also a local grocery store, Super Casa Martin, where you can purchase about all your food and drink needs. The property manager Roberto while kept very busy maintaining the complex; was always friendly and responded to any issues in a timely manner.
The condos are individually owned so the décor, amenities, updates, etc. can vary widely depending upon which unit you rent. I recommend a 3rd floor unit for the best views of the beach during the day and for moonlight shimmering on the ocean at night. The ground floor units view of the shoreline are blocked by a hedge along the property's front and the coconut trees have grown to the height where some 2nd floor balcony views may be partially blocked by their palms. Our 3rd floor condo had spectacular views as shown in the photos. The unit was adequately furnished and housekeeping came thru about every other day or so to clean. Roberto and his crew were swapping out our water heater when we arrived; after a couple tries we had muy caliente agua (alotta hot water). The rest of the appliances and utilities worked fine. The WiFi worked best out on the balcony. The safe in the back smaller bedroom with the double bed works fine if you follow Roberto's instructions. There is no real 'wall' between the bedrooms, just a large sliding wood-paneled door. We're a well-traveled crew, so this was not a privacy issue for us. Both bedrooms only have sheers for curtains. So if you get the king-sized bedroom with east ocean-facing windows; plan on being an early-riser as you awaken to the brilliant morning sunrises illuminating the room. We did not find out until after we arrived that while A5 had a large HD TV, there was no satellite/cable/local TV reception? Which pretty much made our decision to watch the Superbowl at a local cantina vs in our condo. Which while more expensive, was mas fun. Another slight glitch, the knob on our dead bolt broke off? Luckily we'd packed a of pair of needle nose pliers with us so we could grab and slide the bolt open to avoid the quandary of being locked in a 3rd floor condo. We info'd Roberto about it. He said Don't use it. Wise advice.

Lovely spot-- all made so easy!
The condo was ideal for catching the breezes! The coast was quite windy while we were there and we opened all the windows and let the breezes keep us cool at night... The master bedroom has wonderful windows that allow the air to come right through-- we fell asleep listening to the waves crash and the palm trees rustle. In the mornings, the sunrise over the ocean greeted us from the bed. I couldn't have asked for more! Everything was very easy. Despite being on opposite sides of the world, working with the owner was very easy. And Roberto, the manager, was wonderful as well. I appreciate everything. We would love to return!

Amazing location
Just wanted to write a quick review about our visit. We had a fantastic stay at Casita Blanca. Roberto was amazingly helpful. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The walk to town for supper in the evenings was so beatiful. We loved our stay and can not wait to visit next year.

Great Location
We loved the location of this condo. The beach is beautiful and the complex well maintained, i.e. clean with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo was comfortable with fab views but it's a bit 'weathered' and needs some updating, especially the bathrooms!! The bedrooms were fine for our family with kids, but as there are no real walls, privacy could be an issue amongst friends sharing. One item for those who like to sleep in: bring eye masks as there are only sheers on the windows and the gorgeous sunrise awakens you every morning. We had to contact the manager several times to arrange the cleaners, get towels and because the WIFI was out for days--many neighbors complaining of this as well. It's spotty at best. The bar next store, Uniquo- is good fun, and there is also a fab restaurant at the street side serving Argentine fare and live music! We ate in town every day and there are plenty of great spots. EL sabor de México is great for breakfast, el merkadito on the beach has super fish tacos, el ojo de agua hotel/café has 2/1 drinks etc. etc. We also did a snorkel boat and a fishing boat, beachside massages, and went to Tulum and Akumal to swim w/ the tortugas! All in all we loved PM and will likely be back soon!

Amazing condo at Casita Blanca
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Puerto Morelos and renting this condo unit was the best decision we could have made. Both the listing description and the listing photos are completely accurate and the owner was a pleasure to deal with- very business like, pleasant and very prompt in all his replies to our emails. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and very well maintained . The managers of the property - Roberto and Selene are always available to help and are very responsive to any needs that may arise. As well they are so warm and friendly they truly make Casita Blanca a special place to stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo as it was just perfect in so many ways!!!

Lovely, gracious and accommodating all the way around
Our family of five was invited to Mexico for a wedding, which was held at a nearby all-inclusive resort. We opted to stay off-site, or, as my husband said, "Actually in Mexico." We were very lucky to find Casita Blanca A5. The views are as breath-taking as the photos show, the condo is comfortable and welcoming, and the nearby village of Puerto Morelos is charming and fun to explore. We loved having the snorkel boat we arranged through Jessie James come and pick us up right in front of the condo, and day trips zip-lining and to Coba were easy to navigate. We were not sure we would like Mexico, but we ended up loving it, thanks in part to our wonderful home away from home.
Carter was great working with me on our dates, which were somewhat fluid as we tried to fly on miles awards. We appreciated his flexibility and graciousness.

We Hit the Jackpot! Dreamy, Delightful and Inspiring!
I'd buy this condo in a heartbeat! My husband and I had an amazing, quiet, restful, playful, creative time here. We're longing to return! It's perfect for a couple like us. Or for a family. Or with a couple of dear friends. Might be awkward for 3 couples...may be a little tight bathroom-wise. From the WONDERFUL master bedroom, you must walk thru the 3rd bedroom...so, there could be privacy issue...that's a personal thing...it wouldn't bother us particularly. But, as this stay there were just the 2 of us: FABULOUS!!! We usually do fancy timeshares and enjoyed ourselves more here! For us, it was about the light, the ocean and the beach, living in "real world", not a resort with only tourists. Enough of that! Being here instead was dreamy, delightful and inspiring! Experiencing living that close to the ocean. Getting back to nature, simplicity, no stress. Getting up with the sun, reading, swimming, long beach walks, buying fresh fish at the markets, fresh farm veggies at the Wednesday Farmer's Market...or hopping on the Collectivo to buy juice and veggies in Colonia. When there's a breeze, there are no mosquitios, so you can eat on the terrace or at the tasteful, handsome dining room table...light the candles, feel the breeze and gaze at the stars. Romantic! There's a fun, charming TIKI bar just next door with excellent ceviche, music and be sure to walk to the loos...hip, clean, cool, imaginative. Gotta see the "old bucket" shower surrounded by tropical plantings. Loved it! Oh...and: The A5 Condo owners are top-notch who will always communicate promptly, clearly, fully and are open to answer any questions you might have. Trustworthy and all-round super. Can't wait for our next visit!!!

The owner saved my 20th Anniversary please read
I had booked a property for our 20th Anniversary to surprise my husband. Prior to us coming the reservation was cancelled on us which left me in a state of panic as we were leaving the next day. I found the listing of Casita Blanca A5 and contacted a lovely man by the name of Carter he assured me his place would be there waiting for us and with such little notice. I felt confident it would work out just by the kind and attentive e-mail's that were sent by Carter. When we arrived we were met by Roberto WOW, he and his family were in an emergency situation of their own and he STILL managed to come and meet us. I just wanted to give him a big hug. There is every shred of truth to all previous reviews. The Condo is absolutely amazing and very user friendly. Put it this way "the beauty of the Condo reflects the beauty of the owners and manager" I can't thank them enough. I am 40 years old and my marriage of 20 years is my biggest accomplishment and it couldn't have been more perfect or romantic considering our location. I can't wait to show the pictures to our friends back in Calgary. Thank you so much again Casita Blanca suite A5 until next time because there will be a next time.

our winter cottage......
We have enjoyed this light-filled condo for the past two winter vacations and highly recommend you book this specific unit in the complex. It is located on the top floor (3rd) and the view is spectacular ( you can see up and down the beach for miles). The condo is huge and is very comfortable and has the most glorious breeze that the air conditioners are never needed (and I always usually have them on in most units we have rented before). The condo has a full size refrigerator with a large freezer department. The furniture and colours used in the decor are tasteful, soothing and current. It is decidedly one of the nicest, most updated condo in Casita Blanca
One of the things we love about the complex is the comraderie. Roberto and Selene, the managers, are persons that aim to please and I have only great things to say about their effort in making you comfortable. Rent this condo, you will fall in love with the unit and Puerto Morelos.
