Inviting 2 story townhome located in the April Sound gated community. Enjoy gorgeous views of Lake Conroe from within the unit and under the covered patio. Steps away from the April Sound Country Club where you can enjoy delicious meals and live music on Friday nights during the warm weather. Fully furnished with all new beds, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. Lots of attention to detail to ensure you create an experience to remember. Kids of all ages will have fun with the 3 in 1 pool table/air hockey/ping pong table in the second floor loft area or out in the lake on rafts provided for your enjoyment. Cornhole, water floats, as well as other games, are also available. Dock your boat directly behind the house or grill a great meal on the patio with the provided propane grill. Fish or take a stroll along the April Point South Boardwalk or enjoy one of two private pools for residents and guests of the community. Enjoy the amenities as a guest at the April Sound Country Club including a pool with wait staff and a gym. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area and 20 minutes from The Woodlands upscale shopping, restaurants, and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for concerts. Only an hour from downtown Houston.

This unit sleeps eight comfortably and includes 3 new queen size beds and 1 full size. The third "bedroom" is an open loft area with great views of the lake. Table seating for 8 and additional bar seating for 4. High speed Internet and live streaming TV from two 55 inch TVs, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster included.

This is our second year staying in this home for the Fourth of July weekend. Christine is always available when we need her. My family and I love staying here and you will not be disappointed in renting this condo...it has everything you need and great lake view. Can't wait to be back again!

We were in town for my son's wedding and decided on the VRBO approach for our family of 6. The site was even better than advertised. Beautiful views, beautiful area, very spacious and clean. The golf courses were really fun as well. We couldn't have scripted a better weekend nor a better place to stay than Christine's place.

Great location and clean, upscale lodgings. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the thermostat so that the temp can be adjusted remotely a couple of hours before the guests are set to arrive. It took several hours for the house to cool off. All together a great stay in a great location.

Great multi-generational family stay!

3 generations of family enjoyed a 4 night stay at this lovely house. First floor bedroom and bathroom very accessible for our older family members and our younger family enjoyed the game table upstairs. All enjoyed sitting on the patio, playing cornhole, using the pools and just being able to hang out together in a comfortable home. We took advantage of the grill each evening. We rented a pontoon boat nearby and enjoyed some hours on the lake. Home was clean and well cared for and Christine was easy to communicate with in making arrangements for our stay. Family all very happy with the stay - can certainly recommend!

We had a wedding to attend in the area and chose to stay in April Sound. I am glad we did because this property was an excellent choice. It was very spacious and accommodated our party of six. We loved hanging out back and chillin. We rented a pontoon that was only five minutes away and was able to dock it right in the "Backyard". I would definitely stay there again. It is very convenient to restaurants, gas and grocery store.

This was a wonderful home to spend Christmas with family, plenty of space with lots of entertainment venues inside and a beautiful setting outside on the lake. The home is very comfortable with updated appointments and the furnishings were top of the line. To say we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement; it is highly recommended. Our host made our stay very pleasant!

We had a mom/son trip to Lake Conroe with 3 moms, and 3 boys (all going into high school.) The property was amazing! It was clean, well taken care of, and fully stocked to meet our needs. The beds were comfortable, the a/c was cold, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two tv's were equipped with a Roku, and allowed us to login into our own streaming services and continue binge watching our favorite shows too! The dock in the back was a great place for us to dock our boat, and for the boys to fish and swim from. All the community perks were great too. The property is very close to the onsite gym, swimming pools, and restaurant. There are also tons of choices for restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive as well. If you are looking for a great place to stay... look no further!

Loved it!!

My family stayed here during the Fourth of July holiday weekend and we loved it!! Christine was so nice and very responsive. Our first day there was a little incident with a leakage in the upstairs shower and weren't able to use. However the owner called a plumber and they came the next day and were done within an hour. We did not let this ruin our stay and Christine even reimbursed our money back for that day. The little ones enjoyed the games upstairs, we had plenty of room for all of us.The family had a great time and can't wait to come back!!

Great location on the water. Nice, spacious condo. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We played games, watched movies, cooked out, and enjoyed the water. It was so relaxing and lots of fun. We would stay at this condo again!

We all enjoyed this great condo! Great views with lots of room! We loved having a separate living area for the kids to watch there shows and the play games. It is very nice to have the boat right at the back door. We also enjoyed the swimming pools. We will be back!

We enjoyed hosting our extended family for my son’s graduation. The younger cousins especially liked the ping pong and pool table in the loft-type area upstairs. Relaxing stay and right on the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Our event for the week-end was our sons wedding. Christine was very accommodating both the weeks before and after our stay. Her home is beautiful and exactly what we needed for two nights. The children truly enjoyed the pool table/hockey table, plus the new DVD player that Christine was so kind to provide. The view is awesome and just a short walk along the lake to the clubhouse. We will return for another visit and would recommend this as a vacation or special event anytime!
