A Texas beauty right on the water, updated kitchen, baths and floors located in the gated community of April Sound with golf, gym and pools available. A large wall of windows in the family room that is just steps away from the water, its a great place to unwind and relax. Family room has a 70" TV when you want to stay inside as well as high speed wifi and every room has an HD TV with an Amazon Firestick so you can access your subscription services, make sure to bring your login and password. You can also dock a boat (No overnight boat docking allowed) behind the condo for quick and easy access to the lake or fish right off the boardwalk. Master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with a loft. Don't miss out on this spacious rustic beauty.

We liked the Texas vibe of this house and having the lake just steps away from the patio. The beds were comfortable, and it was perfect for our family, although we had to keep a close eye on our toddler granddaughter because of the stairs. Only two complaints. The supplies of paper towels and toilet paper were frugal, and there were no Kleenex or dishwasher pods at all. The other thing to be aware of is that the map on VRBO locates this house in April Point North, but it is really in April Point South. Not a big deal for most people, but we had expected to be closer to our extended family in April Point North and didn't find out until a few days before we arrived. Overall, we would recommend this house as a good place to stay in April Sound.

The place was perfect for us! House was very clean and roomy! We loved it so much my family was disappointed we were leaving and wanted to stay there longer! Forsure would look to stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks. The property was clean and tastefully decorated. The boys enjoyed fishing right off the back porch. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for boating. There is a salt mine for kids down the road which our boys really enjoyed. There are several restaurants within a couple of miles. The only downside was the shower was too intense. Al in all a nice place to unwind

We really enjoyed our stay this is an amazing property and the location is beautiful. It’s so quiet and relaxing yet it’s very close to everything you could possibly want. Shopping, restaurants and more… We spent 2 months and enjoyed every minute. The condo is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The host very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much!

A great few days stay set around a wedding. This property is very spacious and comfortable. VERYCLEAN which is important to us. A little more expensive than other properties in this location BUT WORTH IT.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lakefront condo. We fished, paddleboarded, and swam right off the dock and we loved the use of the community pool and gym. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious and well-equipped for our stay. There is even a library and a bonus loft perfect for kids. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

we stayed a month! Beautiful place....excellent location...had a few hiccups but owner was quick to respond and fix...if we have another vrbo in TX (we're from out of state) will stay here again 5 out of 5 stars :-)

From the moment we stepped foot into the condo we were incredibly pleased. Everyone that came out to our small birthday celebration thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the spacious condo, and of course the lake right in the backyard. Mr. Gibson, property owner was so incredibly pleasant and ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be reaching out again for futures stays!!

This is a nice property with a great view of the lake. However, it was not very clean. The floors had not been swept or mopped, there was toothpaste from a previous guest left in the primary bathroom sink, and the towels were very old and dingy. I would stay here again if it was properly cleaned.

This condo was perfect for our family! Celebrated my dad’s 91st bday - plenty of room for everyone! The location was so peaceful and quiet. The condo had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be adding a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom by library., or at least an oscillating fan. There are no air vents in there and was very warm. Also the living room could use a nice big drop-down fan too to keep it cooler. We would highly recommend this place and will likely book it again in the future! Thanks, Jeff!
