The place was nice. We had an issue with the AC but Shannon handled it right away. One of them just wasn’t working. She moved us to another one of her locations which was a few feet away. It was a much better solution than waiting for someone to come and fix it. She handled the situation swiftly. She was communicative and nice. Property clean and spacious.

This is a very clean, well supplied condo. Two bedroom, two bath separated by the living area. Located in a beautiful, quiet resort, yet close to shopping & restaurants. Our only suggestion would be some more comfortable furniture. The couch back leaned way back, and one of the beds was quite soft. But still a nice week with our family.

We stayed at this same property several years ago in a different condo. We really like the property. Nice main pool and lots of smaller pools plus a fitness center and a restaurant open on the weekends. The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of bath and pool towels. We liked that it had two master bedrooms. Check in process was easy and the owners were great to deal with and responded quickly to questions. I am only giving this property 4 stars for 2 reasons. We found the lighting in the interior of the condo to be very dark. During the day we would open all the windows and turn the lights on and it was ok. At night with the shades closed, it was too dark for our liking even with all of the lights on. Not sure how the owner would resolve this, maybe some bright floor lamps. The cell service was sketchy inside and outside the condo. We have iphones and communicating with other iphone users was not a problem. However, texting or calling people who don't have iphones (inside and outside the condo) was non existent. We were traveling with other people at a different property that don't use iphones so it created a bit of a challenge. Overall, I would recommend this property if lighting is not an issue.

We stayed 2 weeks at Shannon's rental in Legacy Villas and had a fantastic time. Shannon was terrific to deal with and, when our travel plans changed abruptly, was able to get us in a day early with only a few hours notice to her. The location was ideal, being so close to the main pool area but also close to another smaller and less used pool. Believe the reviews, this place is great for a short getaway or for a multi-week retreat.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was great for 2 couples with the separate bedrooms each with their own ensuite. The Villa was well equipped with all utensils and dishes. The grounds were well kept with lots of pool options. Shannon was great to deal with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great relaxing spot in La Quinta for the family to celebrate the new year. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Listing as described and shown in pictures. Great amenities in the complex and well located close to the La Quinta resort. Will return.

Perfect place for my nephew and I. We were in town for his Ironman and the location was excellent. Close to everything we needed, clean, comfortable and the room set up was ideal! We enjoyed our stay and would use this place again. Check in was a breeze. It had everything we needed in a quiet setting.

We loved our stay at Legacy Villas - it was fantastic- clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool was so great, close by, It was quiet and relaxing exactly what we were looking for. We can’t wait for our next visit!!

This Villa was great! Roomy unit with patios overlooking fountains and mountains, also conveniently located in the complex. Owner Shannon provided us everything we needed, including tips on stores/restaurants nearby. Made a good “home away from home”.

The property has all the facilities necessary for a vacation with family or a group of friends. It is also very clean and can easily acomodate 6 persons because it has an extensible couch in the living room. The hosts are very kind and helpful If you need their asistance.

The condo has two large rooms and bathrooms, perfect for our stay with two small children. The complex has many accommodations for young children. We would stay again, it was wonderful!

Shannon was easily available for questions and slight changes. This might have been the most reasonably priced villa and it was just perfect for us to visit my daughters for a mini vacation. I cannot thank the owners enough for making it all possible.

The property was fantastic and we recently stayed for our wedding on site. Host was very accommodating and left us a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate which was greatly appreciated. Great location, clean, tidy and comfortable and was a great experience. We will be back for sure. Thank you for making a great weekend we will never forget 😊

The property was very clean and stocked with appropriate cooking utensils, towels, beach towels, etc. The location is great, the gym was well furnished, and I especially liked the Lap Pool. It is truly a lap pool. Beautiful and has a hot tub right next to it. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained.

This property is beautiful. The grounds are lovely, pools, walking paths all within the complex! The villa had everything we needed and Shannon was so quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We've stayed at many different Legacy units and this one was above average and worked out well for us. The space is accurately depicted in the listing and everything worked fine. It may have been the time of year, but inside, it seemed a little dark and I think that could be helped by some brighter LED lights. Like most Legacy units, there are a lot of different light and fan switches, some doing parallel service with others, and it would be nice if the switches were labeled as they are in many other units. The shower in the primary bedroom was a roll-in type with a shower curtain that would allow for easy access and I believe it had a seat that folded down from the wall. The shower tied to the second bedroom was a typical fully enclosed glass set-up. Access through the front door keypad worked fine and there was plenty of parking right outside the front door.

Beautiful property with great amenities including multiple pools, a gym and restaurant. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the host was great. Legacy Villas is close to many awesome restaurants and shops in La Quinta. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in this clean spacious condo! The beds were comfy and the thick curtains made sleeping in too easy! Shannon was such a great communicator and made sure we were prepared for our trip from start to finish. There were pools galore to choose from. Overall, we had a great time and can’t wait to return!
