The rental had a great location relative to all the activities my friends and I were looking to enjoy. Very clean, spacious, well maintained and equipped to facilitate trips to the village and fun nights staying in at the house.

We had a group of 16 people stay here for the long weekend and we loved it! The unit was as spacious as advertised with comfortable beds for everyone. The living room had plenty of seating for everybody and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, appliances and supplies. There was also plenty of space for parking.
Great location within walking distance of Blue Mountain Village as well!

travel with snowboard team for jr nationals - lots of space and lots of beds!

The property was just as described in a great location close to the village. Easily walkable and lots of space inside the chalet for a group of 16 people. Lots of parking to easily fit 8 cars in the driveway. Clean and all amenities provided. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit if you are travelling with a larger sized group!

There is plenty of room and the upstairs was a great place for gathering and family activities. It comfortably fit 18 of us.
It was nice that it was around a 15-minute walk to the village, so we were able to check out the Reggae fest nearby. There were also fishing spots and beach areas about 15-minutes drive out. There's plenty to do in the area and the top floor was great for indoor family activities. We would consider booking again in the future!

We had an extended gathering of siblings and cousins (6 adults and 9 kids) and this place was perfect. There were rooms we didn’t use as the kids snuggled together in the many bunks. It’s nice and close to Northwinds beach, which was sandy and shallow for the kids (aged 4-10), and we spent the next day at Blue Mountain, which is also a very short drive. The kitchen, table and hang out zones are rarely big enough for these big groups but there was so much space! It was exactly what we needed.

You won’t regret the stay.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The bbq worked great and the property management was very pleasantly responsive (for example, the AC unit was not working and the main floor was very, very warm. They tried to fix the AC unit and couldn’t, so quickly brought over a portable unit). If you’re using the amenities at blue mountain, this home is very close.
We were there over the Canada Day long weekend. There are many other large units in the area, and there were many young people having parties throughout the night while we were there. If that’s your thing, then this is your location. It was a bit loud for us, though the bottom bedrooms are well insulated and quiet. Just pay attention while walking on the road as a lot of the partiers were driving wildly in the community.

We had an amazing time. Place has a great open concept main area where everyone can relax. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. We had a large group with 18 people and the space was perfect.

We rented this property for a get-together with four families with children ranging from ages 5-15. There was plenty of space for the entire group to eat and socialize on the top floor, which was bright and spacious. There are two fridges in the kitchen which were a nice surprise. The house is conveniently located 15 minutes away (walking) from Blue Mountain Village.

We rented Birch View for a birthday weekend, and it was fantastic. It’s a great space to host and super close to the town. Dan was very responsive and the checkin was easy and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Very clean and very spacious. The rooms had either a queen or double-sized bunk beds. This is probably the first time I've ever been on a bunk bed without fearing for my life because of how sturdy and clean they were! Not a single spiderweb in the house! Check-in was made super easy, lots of space for parking, and very close to the village. It also wasn't freezing, and the temperature setting was just right, even for the rooms in the basement level.

The place was as advertised, it was clean and comfortable, exactly as we were expecting. Good response time with queries to the rental manager, fully stocked dishware and appliances in the kitchen, and good proximity to the village.

15 of us stayed in the unit, 8 adults and 7 grandchildren, it was far superior than staying in the Westin, as we all under one roof.
The main living floor was ideal for meals and family fun

Overall a very nice place, We enjoyed the stay...
Easy to reach location, close to the village.
The only comment i would have is that with number of people the property can accommodate and the number of bathrooms on the property are less.
Also, bathrooms should have at-least hand towels or else there should be a washer dryer on the property, especially if someone has to stay for 4-5 days or a week... It would be of great help with the washer dryer on the property

It was a lovely stay, spacious, clean, and everyone enjoyed it! Definitely recommend!

Lots of space, only hot water pressure was poor.

This is our second time there for a family get away and had more than enough room to accommodate all 18 of us! Check in process was quick and easy and great communication with the owner. It’s a short walk to the village. Many hiking and biking trails. We will definitely be renting there again next year

Property spacious for everyone. 2 fridges and lots of beds for everyone. Will not hesitate to stay here again. The only recommendations would be that the picnic table be replaced...unsafe. Also the BBQ is in need of inside cleaning not just the grill.

My friends and I had a great time in this property at the Blue Mountains. Arrival instructions and communication were excellent. Location was nice and walkable to the Blue Mountain Village. The cleanliness upon arrival was ok but could have been better (didn't bother our group but may to some). Also, the main open-concept room has windows on either side and can become very hot if the sun is out. There is a wall-mounted A/C unit, however it struggled to keep up even in 25 degree weather for us. Again, wasn't a deal-breaker but something we weren't expecting. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our group!

Like I said for it's other half.....it's shameful and disgraceful that for the cost of this place the linens and towels do not come with the place. They must be preordered and are an additional cost per bed. Not cool.
The bathroom door would not stay closed and we had to use a brick to keep it closed. There are not blinds to block out the afternoon sun which gets very hot in the summer making the inside temp very warm.
The space is great. Had everything we needed to cook and the grill worked great. This space accommodated our huge family reunion and was close to town and the mountain.

Great property, great location. If you have a big group it fits everyone very comfortabley.

This property fit a large group really well, there were more than enough bedrooms and the kitchen/family room fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen has two fridges and lots of space for cooking prep and serving. The only downside was there wasn't enough cutlery for everyone (we had less people than the chalet could accommodate so bigger groups would have had an issue with the lack of forks) and the cookware was very bad quality. I'd suggest you bring your own pans if you plan to do a lot of cooking.

We had a 5 day holiday after Christmas and the rental worked very well for all of us. There was plenty of room and the living-dining area made our large group able to be all together. I found the check in confusing in that I didn’t clink on the correct link to discover that we had to bring our own linens. As a result, we were scrambling to finding bedding and towels for all of us. I would suggest that that information be part of the initial description of amenities provided.

Overall good, great location and size. Floors were sticky on arrival, lighting dim and very dirty in kitchen. A blue pill was found on the floor in one of the rooms, not good with a 2,5 and six year old. Curtains in bathroom filthy… a dust pan, oven mitts and kettle would have been appreciated. Also a shirt found in one bedrooms bedding. Over all great and we unfortunately forgot to turn on the dishwasher…

Family get together for 2 birthdays. Great stay, plenty of room and very clean. Will definitely be back!!

We had fun, and the place was clean and big enough, as described.
The views of the ski hills and all the beautiful fall colours were wonderful. The location was nice and close to wherever we wanted to go. We loved the main living space, kitchen and living room.
The only things we weren’t super happy about was that the dishwasher was broken and the roof leaked when it rained, which was something I was surprised to hear management knew about but didn’t tell me. We also noticed a number of missing lightbulbs and small things that upon closer inspection were less lovely.
For what we wanted it was great. I would rent again, but hopefully get some better weather.

The cottage had everything we needed.

I booked this chalet for my sisters Bachelorette! It was absolutely perfect for the event. We had 17 girls total and the place accommodated us perfectly (each having our own double bed for the most part). The backyard was a good size but if you are looking to do outdoor water activities, there is no hose. We managed this fined and didn’t disrupt our stay! Will come again!

Everything was as advertised! Perfect for a long weekend
